Abstract

ABSTRAKSampah merupakan produk sisa dari hasil kegiatan manusia yang sangat sulit untuk diatasi. Permasalahan sampah tidak pernah lepas dari jumlah sampah yang semakin banyak dan tidak diiringi dengan konsep pengolahan dan pengelolaan yang baik. Lokasi penelitian mengambil tempat di Desa Belatungan, Kecamatan Pupuan, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali dikarenakan lokasi desa tersebut memerlukan studi, penanganan dan penciptaan konsep sistem pengelolaan sampah guna mendukung konsep banjar pintar berbasiskan masyarakat yang dicanangkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Banjar Munduk Gawang terdiri atas 17 KK menghasilkan sampah seberat 2.53 kg/KK/hari atau ? 0.5 kg/orang/hari dan untuk volume sampah sebesar 8.36 liter/KK/hari atau 1.67 liter/orang/hari. Untuk Banjar Delod Ceking untuk total 33 KK menghasilkan sampah seberat 2.09 kg/KK atau ? 0.4 kg/orang/hari dan volume 4.28 liter/KK/hari atau ? 0,85 liter/orang/hari. Komposisi sampah di Banjar Munduk Gawang adalah sampah organik yang bersumber dari sampah dedaunan, sampah sayur-mayur dan sampah sisa hasil upacara keagamaan (canang) sedangkan di Banjar Delod Ceking didominasi oleh sampah organik, sisa canang, sisa sayuran dan buah yaitu sebesar 80 % dan yang terkecil adalah sampah tekstil sebesar 2%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik variabel antara karakteristik internal individu dengan faktor eksternal dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dalam penelitian diperoleh berpengaruh tidak nyata (p-value<0,05) atau tidak signifikan. Sedangkan, antara variabel karakteristik internal individu dengan variabel persepsi masyarakat desa berpengaruh nyata (p-value< 0,05) atau signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keinginan peran serta masyarakat tinggi untuk mengelola sampah namun tidak didukung sarana dan prasarana serta tingkat pengetahuan yang memadai.Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Sampah, Kompos, Pupuk Cair, Banjar PintarABSTRACT Garbage is a waste product from human activities which is very difficult to overcome. Waste problems are never separated from the increasing amount of waste and are not accompanied by the concept of good processing and management. The research location took place in Belatungan Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali because the location of the village required study, handling and creation of the concept of a waste management system to support the concept of community-based smart banjar that was proclaimed earlier. The results of the study showed that the Munduk Gawang Banjar consisted of 17 families producing waste 2.53 kg / KK / day or ? 0.5 Kg / person / day and for the volume of waste of 8.36 Liters / KK / day or 1.67 liter / person / day. Banjar Delod Ceking consiste of 33 families, producingwaste 2.09 kg / KK or ? 0.4 kg / person / day and the volume was 4.28 Liter / KK / day or ? 0.85 liter / person / day. The composition of garbage in Banjar Munduk Gawang is organic waste sourced from leaf waste, vegetable waste and waste from the results of religious ceremonies (canang) while in Ceking Banjar Delod is dominated by organic waste, leftover canang, remaining vegetables and fruit by 80% and the smallest is textile waste by 2%. Based on the results of statistical analysis of variables between the internal characteristics of individuals with external factors and community participation in the management of household waste in the study obtained no significant effect (p-value <0.05) or insignificant. Meanwhile, between the variables of internal characteristics of individuals with perceptions of the village community have a significant effect (p-value 0.05) or significant. Abstract

The health and environment program is a program that focuses on the school's commitment to preventing disease during a pandemic and maintaining cleanliness and preserving the environment. This program is in line with the government's goals to jointly protect the environment amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The choice of primary school is not only because basic education is accepted here, it is also possible to instill environmental awareness as early as possible in school children to care more about the surrounding environment and instill the importance of health protocols. Singakerta 5 State Elementary School is located on Jalan Raya Br. Tunon No. 4 Singakerta Ubud Gianyar Bali, where this school has been accredited A. The number of male students is 52 students and 54 girls and has 9 teachers. This school is led by I Wayan Metro as the Principal of the School. From the results of field observations, 3 main problems were obtained, namely 1) Environmental Health in particular how to provide knowledge about personal health for elementary school children, prevention of viruses and bacteria and provision of adequate health facilities, 2) Problems in the field of Information Technology (Computer), in accordance with the circular of the Governor of Bali to hold E-Learning in their respective homes during school holidays, so that knowledge and training are needed for teachers and students about the system, 3) Problems in the field of Biology, according to the objectives of environment-based schools, are appropriate training and assistance, especially in the field of Biology. Activities in the field of Environmental Health include the provision of health protocol facilities, assistance in the management of health protocols, procurement of garbage bins, assistance for sorting waste and composting. And in the field of information technology, namely assistance in the use of E-learning such as Google meet and Google classroom. Meanwhile, in the field of Biology, training and assistance in the maintenance and cultivation of plant nurseries will be conducted. Each activity is measured the level of progress of its success by conducting tests both before and after the activity, monitoring and evaluating scheduled.

Abstract

Energi telah menjadi kebutuhan hidup utama manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga menyebabkan ketergantungan umat manusia terhadap energi tersebut. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari pesatnya pembangunan baik di bidang transportasi, industri dan bidang-bidang lainnya yang tentu saja memerlukan energi yang tidak sedikit misalnya energi listrik. Ketergantungan tersebut memicu terjadinya masalah, yaitu dapat terjadinya krisis energi jika tidak diimbangi dengan kebijakan penggunaan hemat energi dan tidak adanya sumber energi lain atau energi alternatif. Konsep sistem penghematan energi dapat dimulai disekitar lingkungan kampus, dengan menciptakan konsep peralatan yang menggunakan sumber listrik terkendali atau otomatis. Dalam penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan pada sistem penerangan lampu, dimana sistem penerangan ini dirancang agar dapat beroperasi secara otomatis dengan menggunakan sensor sehingga penerangannya dapat dikontrol secara otomatis, salah satunya menggunakan sensor LDR. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh otomatisasi pengunaan lampu dapat dilakukan, di peroleh dari hasil pengukuran sistem yang telah berjalan. Selain itu efektifitas penggunaan energy listrik diperoleh dari pengukuran perbandingan sebelum dan setelah sistem berjalan. Diharapkan kedepannya sistem ini dapat diujicoba dalam jangka waktu yang lama agar dapat memperoleh daya tahan dan reabilitas kemampuan sistem yang baik.

Abstract

The results of the air microbiology examination in 2018 in the operating room of Surya Husadha General Hospital, Denpasar, conducted by the environmental health laboratory of Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali, showed the presumed germ index in the operating room of Surya Husadha General Hospital Denpasar Bali not meeting the standard of Kepmenkes No.1204 / Menkes / SK / X / 2004 concerning about hospital environmental health requirements. If it is not followed properly, this can potentially cause nosocomial infections. In this study analysis data from was carried out from laboratory results based data and analyzed descriptively, regarding the identification of bacterial patterns in the air before and after surgery in the operating room.Sampling before surgery, there were 6 CFU / m3, 3 CFU / m3 and 8 CFU / m3 pathogenic bacteria, namely Staphylococcus Coagulase Negative and pseudomonas sp. Sampling after surgery was 104 CFU / m3, 104 CFU / m3 and 206 CFU / m3 pathogenic bacteria, namely Negative Staphylococcus Coagulase, Bacilus sp., Pseudomonas sp. and E. coli. Sampling before surgery has fulfilled the requirements of Kepmenkes Number 1204 / Menkes / SK / X / 2004 which is 10 CFU / m3 while the sample retrieval after the operation does not meet the Kepmenkes requirements. Keywords: Operating Theatre, Nosocomial Infection, Bacterial Pattern

Abstract

Hospital waste consists of medical waste and domestic waste. Medical waste has the potential to pollute the environment and can cause disease pollution. Medical personnel are particularly vulnerable to the risk of occupational exposure and diseases. This study was conducted to determine the Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Medical Services Personnel to the Medical Waste Sorting Behavior at UPT RSUD Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali.This study uses a cross sectional study design by observing and interviewing based on the questionnaire. Data collection was carried out at the same time to find out the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables studied. The results obtained were then processed using the Chi Square test. Obtained a significant value (sig) for the knowledge variable is 0.00 and a sig value for the attitude variable is 0.00 which means the value of sig < 0.05 means that the hypothesis or Ho is rejected.So it can be concluded that the knowledge and attitude of Medical Service Personnel has a strong influence on the behavior of Solid Medical Waste Sorting at UPT RSUD Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali. In connection with the results of the research obtained, medical service personnel require the provision and provision of material accompanied by an evaluation relating to the management system of solid medical waste in hospitals. Keywords: Medical Services, Behavior, Waste Sorting, Solid Medical Waste

Abstract

ABSTRACTBali is a world tourism destination that is very popular with tourists, where along with the positive impact of foreign exchange entry, rapid economic development, entertainment and tourism objects that continue to grow also have an impact on social problems, especially the issue of security and public order. Gianyar is one of the areas in Bali that is also the center of tourism destinations, one of which is Ubud which is famous for its culture and rural atmosphere and was once a tourism destination in the top 5 of the world.The research method uses secondary and primary data analysis with the use of GIS Arcview software. By digitizing maps, overlaying and synchronizing the coordinates of crime cases that occur so that the results of mapping the crime area are obtained. For grouping, determine the vulnerability of an area using the cluster method. Grouping is taken based on the crime scene density from the crime that occurred at the location so that the output produced can facilitate information users in distinguishing the level of vulnerability between regions. The results of the research in the Gianyar regency state that the highest incidence of criminal acts in cases of theft with weighting (Curat), cases of theft, theft with violence (Curas) and gambling. Sukawati is a vulnerable area of Curat, the tourist area in Ubud is a vulnerable area, while the case of Curas, while cases of theft and gambling are scattered in several cities in the Gianyar region. In terms of the time of crime with the highest intensity, it occurred at 12.00-18.00 with an incidence of 32% of the total criminal acts that occurredKeywords: GIS, Community Service, Information Systems, Mapping, ClustersABSTRAKBali merupakan destinasi pariwisata dunia yang sangat digemari oleh wisatawan, dimana seiring dampak positif masuknya devisa, perkembangan perekonomian yang pesat, bidang hiburan dan obyek wisata yang terus berkembang juga berdampak pada permasalahan sosial, khususnya permasalahan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (Kamtibmas). Gianyar merupakan salah satu daerah di Bali yang juga menjadi pusat destinasi pariwisata, salah satunya Ubud yang terkenal budaya dan suasana pedesaan dan pernah menjadi destinasi pariwisata yang masuk dalam 5 besar dunia. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa data sekunder dan primer dengan penggunaan software Arcview GIS. Dengan melakukan digitasi peta, overlay dan sinkrinisasi koordinat kejadian perkara kriminalitas yang terjadi sehingga di peroleh hasil pemetaan daerah kriminalitas. Untuk pengelompokan penentuan tingkat kerawanan suatu daerah di gunakan metode cluster. Pengelompokan diambil berdasarkan kerapatan/density TKP dari tindak kejahatan yang terjadi di lokasi sehingga output yang dihasilkan dapat memudahkan pengguna informasi dalam membedakan tingkat kerawanan antara wilayah satu dengan lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian di wilayah Kabupaten Gianyar menyatakan pola kejadian tindak kriminalitas yang tertinggi pada kasus pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat), kasus Curanmor, pencurian dengan kekerasan (Curas) dan Perjudian. Kecamatan Sukawati menjadi daerah rawan kasus Curat hal ini sebanding dengan jumlah penduduk diwilayah tersebut yang paling padat di Gianyar, daerah obyek wisata di Ubud menjadi daerah rawan sedang kasus Curas terutama menyasar daerah pariswisata dan beberapa korbannya adalah para wisatawan sedangkan kasus Curanmor dan Judi tersebar di beberapa kota di wilayah Gianyar. Ditinjau dari segi waktu tindak kejahatan dengan intensitas paling tinggi terjadi pada waktu 12.00 – 18.00 dengan frekuwensi kejadian sebesar 32 % dari total seluruh tindak kriminalitas yang terjadi.Kata Kunci : SIG, Kamtibmas, Sistem Informasi, Pemetaan, Cluster

Abstract

ABSTRACTIncreasing the types of hospital services are increasingly numerous and complex to make the hospital as a distribution source of disease when the resulting waste is not managed well and appropriately. General Hospital Sanglah is a government hospital have waste treatment systems (IPAL) that manages the waste from the hospitals themselves and also cooperating treating waste from other hospitals in Bali, this causes makes lot the volume of waste managed by the IPAL. To make it easier to analyze and process data on the effectiveness of the IPAL is used a computerized system Microsoft Visual FoxPro. The results of the research both the quality and effectiveness of sewage treatment systems (IPAL) can be displayed in computerized interface. This program is the development of the industry Microsoft is enabled for a database application that is closely related to the data processing system. From the research data obtained by a number of parameters still exceed the quality standards set like Ammonia 10.25 mg / l where quality standards are allowed 10 mg / l and COD value of 95 mg / l where the quality standards are allowed is 80 mg / l. This requires further handlers to increase the effectiveness of the IPAL effluent treatment systems that are safe for the environment. The combination of the computerized system and wastewater treatment system (IPAL) hospital capable of generating data analysis system-based sewage treatment process computerized technology is a technology based on Microsoft Visual FoxPro.Keywords: Hospital Waste, Standards of quality, quality, effectiveness, IPAL, Visual FoxProABSTRAKPeningkatan jenis pelayanan rumah sakit yang makin banyak dan kompleks menjadikan rumah sakit sebagai sumber distribusi penyakit apabila limbah yang dihasilkannya tidak dikelola dengan baik dan tepat. Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Sanglah Denpasar merupakan rumah sakit pemerintah terbesar di Bali yang memlilki IPAL yang mengelola limbah dari hasil rumah sakitnya sendiri juga bekerjasama mengolah limbah dari beberapa rumah sakit di Bali hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya volume limbah yang dikelola oleh IPAL Sanglah. Untuk mempermudah dalam menganalisis dan mengolah data dari keefektifan proses IPAL tersebut maka digunakan sistem komputerisasi dengan microsoft visual FoxPro. Hasil penelitian baik kualitas maupun efektifitas IPAL dapat ditamplikan secara terkomputerisasi dengan interface. Program ini merupakan pengembangan dari industri Microsoft yang difungsikan untuk aplikasi database yang berkaitan erat dengan sistem pengolahan data. Dari data hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa parameter masih melebihi bakumutu yang ditetapkan, yaitu Amonia 10.25 mg/l dimana baku mutu yang diperbolehkan 10 mg/l dan COD dengan nilai 95 mg/l dimana baku mutu yang diperbolehkan adalah 80 mg/l. Hal ini memerlukan penangan lebih lanjut untuk dapat meningkatkan efektifitas IPAL sehingga aman untuk lingkungan. Perpaduan antara sistem komputerisasi dan sistem pengolahan limbah (IPAL) rumah sakit mampu menghasilkan sistem analisis data proses pengolahan limbah yang berbasis teknologi komputerisasi yaitu teknologi yang berbasis Microsoft Visual FoxPro.Kata kunci: Limbah Rumah Sakit, Baku mutu, Kualitas, Efektifitas, IPAL, Visual FoxPro

Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (TBC). Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Denpasar, total sebaran kasus tuberculosis tahun 2021 sebanyak 1.054 kasus. Pemetaan penyakit dapat diketahui melalui SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis). Sistem Informasi Geografis merupakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk mengolah serta menyimpan data ataupun informasi geografis. Adanya sistem informasi geografis dapat memetakan atau memberikan suatu informasi mengenai pemetaan masalah penyebaran penyakit pada suatu wilayah. Pemetaan merupakan tersajinya informasi terkait bumi yang nyata dari segi permukaan atau sumbu alamnya dengan berpacu pada sistem proyeksi, skala peta, serta simbol-simbol dari unsur muka bumi yang tersaji. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 290 sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis klasifikasi spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data pemetaan kasus TBC di Kota Denpasar Tahun 2021 diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu tinggi, sedang rendah. Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan observasi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Umum Primagana Gianyar menunjukan kelengkapan pengisian lembar RMK sebanyak 61 formulir ringkasan masuk dan keluar bulan November 2019 yaitu terdapat ketidaklengkapan 55 (90,1%) dan lengkap 6 (9,9%). Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui hubungan review identifikasi pasien, review autentifikasi, review laporan penting, dan review pendokumentasian yang benar terhadap indikator kelengkapan mutu rekam medis rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar . Rancangan penelitian adalah deskripitif kuantitatif, jenis penelitian cross sectional (potong lintang). Jumlah sampel 64 formulir ringkasan masuk dan keluar pada bulan Maret-Mei 2020. Berdasarkan hasil riset, nilai kelengkapan terhadap review identifikasi (ρ value = 0,000<0,05), review autentifikasi (ρ value = 0,000<0,05), review laporan penting (ρ value = 0,000<0,05), review pendokumentasian (ρ value 0,490 >0,05). Ketidaklengkapan tertinggi terdapat pada laporan penting di item penilaian tindakan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah review identifikasi pasien, review laporan penting, review autentifikasi berhubungan terhadap indikator kelengkapan mutu rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar sedangkan review pendokumentasian tidak ada hubungan terhadap indikator kelengkapan mutu rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan sosialisasi dan pembuatan prosedur kelengkapan ringkasan masuk dan keluar,Kata Kunci: Kelengkapan Rekam Medis, Mutu Rekam MedisABSTRACTBased on preliminary observations at the Primagana General Hospital, Gianyar shows that there are incompleteness for 55 (90,1%) forms and completeness for 6 (9,9%) forms of 61 summary forms for entry and exit of the RMK sheet in November 2019. The research objective was to determine the relationship between patient identification review, authentication review, important report review, and proper documentation review for indicators of completeness of medical records quality at Premagana General Hospital, Gianyar. The research design was a quantitative descriptive, cross-sectional research type (cross-sectional). The number of samples is 64 summary forms of entry and exit in March - May 2020. Based on the research results, the completeness value of the identification review is (ρ value = 0.000 <0.05), the authentication review is (ρ value = 0.000 <0.05), the report review important is (ρ value = 0.000 <0.05), review the documentation is (ρ value 0.490> 0.05). The highest incompleteness was found in important reports of action assessment items. This study concludes that review of patient identification, review of important reports and review of authentication relates to indicators of quality completeness of medical records at Premagana General Hospital, Gianyar. Meanwhile, documentation review has no relationship to indicators of quality completeness of medical records at Premagana General Hospital, Gianyar. Based on this research, it can be suggested that the hospital needs to do socialization and make procedures for completeness summary entry and exit.Keywords: Completeness of Medical Records, Quality of Medical Records
