Abstract

For an algebraically closed field K, given a finite dimensional K-algebra A of  finite representation-type, we can store all the information of the module category mod A by its Auslander Reiten quiver of mod A. In this paper, we will determine the Auslander Reiten quiver of Nakayama algebra Nn-2,n  for every natural number n greater than or equal to 3, that is the  Nakayama algebra KQ/I where Q is a linear orientation cyclic quiver with  vertices and  denotes the ideal of the path algebra KQ generated by the paths of length of n – 1. Keywords: AR-quiver , Nakayama algebra, Quiver.   Quiver Auslander Reiten dari Aljabar Nakayama Nn-2,n AbstrakDiberikan K-aljabar A berdimensi hingga tipe representasi hingga dengan K suatu lapangan yang tertutup secara aljabar,  kita dapat menyimpan semua informasi dari kategori modul kanan mod A menggunakan Auslander Reiten quiver (AR-quiver) dari mod A. Dalam artikel ini, kita akan menentukan quiver Auslander Reiten dari aljabar Nakayama untuk setiap bilangan asli n lebih besar sama dengan 3. Aljabar Nn-2,n adalah aljabar Nakayama KQ/I dimana Q adalah quiver siklis berorientasi linier dengan  titik dan I adalah ideal dari aljabar lintasan KQ yang dibangun oleh lintasan panjang n – 1. Abstract

Background: Growth problem, such as stunting is still a major issue in the world. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia increases throughout the years. Chronic undernutrition in adolescent with stunting, low socioeconomic, and education levels in a family can contribute to low iron intake. Low iron intake leads to low hemoglobin level. This study aimed to compare iron intake and hemoglobin level between stunting and non-stunting adolescent.Methods: This study was conducted to 59 respondents aged 11–14 years old from a Junior High School in Jatinangor, West Java from September to October 2014. Those respondents were divided into two groups: stunting and non-stunting group. This study was an analytic comparative study using cross-sectional method. Data were collected through body height measurement, hemoglobin level examination, and interviews of iron-containing food intake. The collected data were analyzed using t-test and Mann-Whitney U test.Results: Twenty eight of 59 subjects were stunting and 31 were normal. The mean of hemoglobin level was 12.95 (0.95) in stunting adolescent and 13.66 (1.35) in non-stunting adolescent. The mean iron intake was 23.9 (24.39) mg/day in stunting adolescent and 23 (22.6) mg/day in non-stunting adolescent. There was a difference of hemoglobin between those groups, but not in iron intake.Conclusions: Stunting adolescent has lower hemoglobin levels compared to non-stunting adolescent. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan sekolah dalam membuat keputusan untuk penentuan tingkat SMA berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy. Pengembangan aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode. Adapun teknik metode pengujian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan dan aplikasi penentuan jurusan tingkat SMA menggunakan logika fuzzy berbasis web.

Abstract

Pada proses pelaporan hasil Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) setiap mahasiswa yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan KKN dituntut untuk dapat menyusun laporan sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan sertifikat sebagi bukti kelulusan peserta. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing maupun staff LP2M yaitu kurang efektif dan efisiennya proses pelaporan KKN tersebut. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi yang dapat membantu serta memudahkan proses pengelolaan pelaporan KKN berbasis website. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall dalam perancangan system dimana bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP dan MySql. Hasil pengujian sistem yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 210 responden maka diperoleh total hasil persentase sebesar 90,8% yang artinya responden sangat setuju dengan adanya sistem tersebut dan sangat berpengaruh dalam memberikan kemudahan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine theInfluence of investment, governmentspending and labors on economic growth inAceh province. The method used usingmultiple regression analysis (Ordinary LeastSquare). The data in this study is secondarydata in the form of Aceh economic datafrom 1991 - 2017 sourced from the CentralBureau of Statistics (BPS), the Agency forInvestment and Promotion of Aceh, and theDinas Keuangan Aceh. The results showedthat investment variables, governmentexpenditures and manpower have a positiveand significant impact on economic growthin Aceh province with the value ofcoefficient of determination (R2) of 0.92which means the equation of economicgrowth sector / GDP is able to be explainedby independent variables of investment,government and labor with a confidencelevel of 92%. The conclusion of this study isthat economic growth can be increasedthrough increased investment, higher laborproductivity and government expenditure tobe oriented on community economicdevelopment.

Abstract

The main purposes of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and transformational leadership style on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of Aceh Education Council Secretariat. The study conducted of 42 employees of the office. The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of path analysis. The study found that work environment and transformational leadership style positively and significantly effect on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of the institution. The job satisfaction mediates the effect of the two exogenous variable on employee’s performance. The mediating effects of the job satisfaction in mediating the effect of the two variables on employee performance is partial mediation

Abstract

Many factors affect the performance of an employee, such as job satisfaction, competence, commitment and compensation. The purpose of this research is to know 1) The state of competence, commitment, compensation, job satisfaction and performance of employee of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 2) The influence of competence on job satisfaction of employee of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh 3) The influence of commitment to job satisfaction of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 4) The effect of compensation on the job satisfaction of the employees of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 5) The influence of competence on the performance of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 6) Influence of commitment to performance of employee of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 7) The effect of compensation on the performance of the employees of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 8) The influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 9) The influence of competence on the performance through job satisfaction of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 10) The influence of commitment to performance through job satisfaction of employee of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. 11) The effect of compensation on performance through job satisfaction of the employees of Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh. The number of respondents in this study was 126 people. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) which operated with AMOS software (analysis moment structure). The results showed that the competence, commitment, compensation, job satisfaction and performance of the employee is good. Competence and compensation significantly affect employee job satisfaction. Competence, commitment and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance. Competence and commitment have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Commitment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

This article aims to know the application of dividend policy in developing and developed countries. After reviewed 29 articles that located in ASIA and Europe and published by Elsevier and J-Stor publisher found the system of Common law is more dominant used in developed countries where the protection of the investors in stock market tends to be higher. Meanwhile, the system of Civil law tends to be applied by developing countries where the protection of the investors in the share market is relative low. Based the research results in some developed countries found that the application of the outcomes model related to dividend policy, although there exist different outcomes related to tax on dividends and profitability of the firms. While in developing countries, dividend policy is relatively lower that depends on the management of firms, and indicated the application of substitution model related to dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to provide the understanding of the performance of family firms, explain the relationship of family ownership and family involvement in management and the performance of firms, and to show the differences in the performance of family firms and non- family firms. The analysis carried out based on the results of the review of 29 articles published in the international journals. The selected article is an article that proves the role of family ownership and family involvement in management as a monitoring of firms in order to increase the performance of firms. The results of the literature review found that family ownership and family involvement in management improved the performance of firms. Small scale firms, middle scale firms, and young company positively contributed to the performance of firms. The performance of family firms was better than the performance of non–family firms.
