Abstract

Public facilities provided by the government are a tool for the community to carry out daily activities. From the start of pedestrians, roads, traffic lights to landfills. In addition to public facilities, information on making E-KTP is also very helpful for the community in finding information on making E-KTP to make it easier. If there is damage or misuse of the facility, a corrective action or a quick solution is needed so that it can be reused. With the ignorance of the government or the surrounding apparatus regarding the damage or misuse it can cause disruption of the activities that occur every day. With the web-based application that I call "Report It" it can help the government or the surrounding apparatus to find out about damage or misuse of public facilities, rubbish piles that need cleaning, roads that need to be repaired, and also know which facilities should be held or increase again. So that the handling of justification will be faster. Information on making E-KTP will also help the community in finding information on making their E-KTP, so they do not bother to look for that information in the authorized sub-district office. The system is designed using the waterfall method, UML modeling, data structure modeling and the relationship between ERD data while the programming language used is PHP, and for the database it uses MySQL.

Abstract

The process of controlling assets in a company is often constrained because of the lack of tools and systems. To facilitate the control of assets owned by the company in reducing the budget, a web-based application was made with the name "REMINDsset" that can be accessed by web browser any. This application is based on the needs of the company to check the condition of the assets owned by the company. Abstract

Sebagai perusahaan penyedia, manajemen pergudangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi PT Dolok Mitra Sinergi khususnya dalam proses pengadaan barang, seperti dengan melakukan pengecekan di dalam gudang secara realtime sehingga terciptanya efektivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan. PT DOLOK MITRA SINERGI memiliki sebuah gudang yang dimana gudang tersebut masih menerapkan pendataan barang dengan menggunakan Excel, kesalahan koordinasi dan komunikasi antar unit berkaitan , sehingga terdapat banyaknya kesalahan yang ditemukan dalam proses pendataan stok barang dan juga banyaknya waktu yang digunakan dalam proses pendataan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan pada gudang perusahaan, penulis mengusulkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat mengelola inventori pada perusahaan. Dalam proses perancangan aplikasi ini digunakan metodologi Iterative Waterfall dalam menyusun alur. Dengan Adanya Aplikasi Inventory ini diharapakan bisa membantu PT Dolok Mitra Sinergi untuk menagani permasahalahan yang ada pada aktivitias pergudangan.

Abstract

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Merupakan salah satu Bank yang berada dibawah naungan BUMN, berdiri sejak tahun 1895, Bank BRI menawarkan berbagai macam fasilitas untuk masyarakat dan merchant atau nasabah yang berkerjasama dengan BRI. Diantara fasilitas yang ditawarkan Bank BRI adalah penyediaan jasa EDC (Electronic Data Capture). pelayanan pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan pada EDC yang ada pada merchant, namun untuk saat ini pelaporan kerusakan pada EDC harus melalui beberapa tahapan, artinya tidak bisa langsung berhubungan dengan tim terkait, sehingga proses perbaikannya memerlukan waktu yang lama, hal ini membuat kurang maksimalnya pelayanan Bank BRI dalam mengumpulkan dan menjaring komplain kerusakan EDC. Dengan membuat sarana pengaduan kerusakan dan keluhan merchant EDC yang berupa web maka Merchant Bank BRI dapat mengadukan permasalahan yang ada pada EDC dan diharapkan dapat penanganan langsung dengan tim terkait tanpa dibatasi tempat dan waktu, sehingga merchant pengguna EDC mempunyai kemudahan untuk melakukan komplain mengenai permasalahan EDC kapanpun dan dimanapun

Abstract

Di era digDi era digital saat ini dan semakin berkembang pesatnya teknologi informasi banyak manusia yang semakin menuntut teknologi – teknologi yang praktis dan mudah di gunakan. Salah satunya adalah sistem pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan. Pengaduan merupakan suatu bentuk partisipasi karyawan agar perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut dapat dengan cepat memperbaiki kualitas dan layanan. Saat ini sistem yang berjalan pada PT MITRA BAKTI UT masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu masih menggunakan form saat melakukan pengaduan kerusakan, dan memerlukan waktu 1 minggu untuk mengetahui jawaban dari manajemen mengenai keluhan yang di ajukan oleh karyawan. Sehingga informasi yang di dapat kadang – kadang tidak sesuai. Maka dari itu pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan yang masih manual ini dapat di kembangkan menjadi sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis web. Untuk dapat mempermudah karyawan dan dalam pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan sehingga penanganan dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan efisien.ital saat ini dan semakin berkembang pesatnya teknologi informasi  banyak manusia yang semakin menuntut teknologi – teknologi yang praktis dan mudah di gunakan. Abstract

The Corona virus has now infected more than 100 countries in the world. WHO has also declared the Corona virus a pandemic. This means that the Corona virus has spread to almost the entire world, including Indonesia. The virus is spread through human interaction from an infected person to another through droplets from the nose or mouth when the infected person coughs, sneezes and even exhales. This condition made the Indonesian government immediately make a decision to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 by carrying out activities from home including learning system activities in a network or called online as an effort to prevent transmission of the Corona Virus. From the impact of the Covid pandemic, it has a very bad impact on underprivileged students, because there are still many students who do not have facilities for online learning or e-learning. Therefore, the author intends to provide support for students facing the Covid 19 pandemic in facilitating the rental of gadget and laptop equipment as well as individual and collective internet packages for Citizen Homes (RW) at affordable prices and open acceptance of donations gadget or laptop for people who want to help students through based applications. web with the Codeigniter framework, namely "NRS" which will be described in this report with the title "MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PANDEMI COVID STUDENT SUPPORT WEB-BASED" which later students can access the web through the browser and the data. will be stored in the mysql database

Abstract

Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop is a business that is engaged in selling frozen meat and frozen food consisting of beef, mutton, chicken, fish, and frozen processed products with well-known brands. Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop has problems in the sales process that only relies on offline transactions. Then the recording of product purchase orders, product sales reports, product stock reports, to income reports are still done manually, which results in report documentation not being properly structured so that business owners and employees experience difficulties during the process of finding the required data. The information system for selling frozen meat and frozen food is expected to help overcome these problems with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in managing business operations. Seeing the situation and conditions in the Saldas Meat Shop business in Jakarta, business process analysis and system analysis were carried out using the SWOT method and system development using the Waterfall method.

With the rapid advancement of technology at this time, it supports the speed of the information dissemination process. to create an Information System application for information on festivals and annual events throughout Indonesia, as well as promote website-based ticket sales. This website-based application is a festival information and data collection application that can be accessed using the website. This application is expected to help people find festivals or annual events during this pandemic. Analyzed using the WATERFALL method. With this website, it is hoped that it will make it easier for all of us who want to visit festivals or annual events in Indonesia. This web software is made using a simple user interface so that beginners can use it practically. The result of this research is an application for the Festival Indonesia information system website. The conclusion of this study is to make it easier to find festivals and annual events.
