Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul peningkatan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan komunikasi para pengajar di Yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Cendana Rawakalong Kec. Gunung Sindur Kab. Bogor. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membagikan informasi dan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia dan komunikasi kepada para pengajar.  Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi secara langsung serta diskusi mengenai penerapan MSDM dan komunikasi para pengajar. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian  kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa penigkatkan pengetahuan dalam memahami ilmu manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Komunikasi bagi para pengajar di Yayasan TPQ Nurul berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar dan akan memotivasi murid untuk memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik serta akan dapat menangani berbagai masalah dan situasi sulit yang dihadapi di Yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhlas.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Komunikasi The title of this community service is improving human resource management and communication for the teachers at the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Cendana Rawakalong Foundation, Kec. Mount Sindur Kab. Bogor. The general purpose of this community service is to share information and knowledge to improve human resource management and communication with teachers. The method used is the direct delivery of material as well as discussions on the application of human resource management and communication for the teachers. The conclusion of this community service is that the increase knowledge in understanding human resources and communication management for teachers at the TPQ Nurul Foundation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance and will motivates students to have good communication skills, able to handle various problems and the difficult situation at the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Communication

Abstract

At Coffee Singa, recording and processing data on goods, quantities and prices of goods, as well as sales transaction data is still done using handwriting. The difficulty of recording and estimating the number of types of goods, the number of goods, and also the amount of the price, resulted in the data obtained being inaccurate. To improve the accuracy of the data, it is necessary to develop a computerized sales information system. The Web-based Sales Information System application at Coffee Singa is made using the Php programming language, Adobe XD software as the main interface maker and MySQL as the database. This program allows users to enter data, edit data, delete data, search data, filter data and print data to paper media. The data entered is in the form of data on goods, data on types of goods and sales of goods. While the output produced by this information system is in the form of data reports about goods and sales of goods with a Thermal printer to print sales transactions directly. This sales application can be a solution that can be used to make it easier for sellers to process data on sales of goods, and make reports on goods data, reports on purchases and sales of goods, selling goods becomes easier, faster and more efficient. The method used for system development uses the Waterfall method.
