Abstract

PT AAA is a company engaged in the process of instrumentation and electrical design, procurement and construction of instruments. In an effort to improve employee performance PT AAA provide salary increase to employees who have good performance. In employee salary increases are sometimes not in accordance with the results of its performance. Employee salary increases are often hammered flat, or sometimes pay raise only by ingesting it, without the application of strong calculations. That is why there is an application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for a raise. One of the methods used is using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to complete the assessment of employee performance based on predetermined criteria, which will be used as a reference in the raise of the salary itself. The results of the application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for salary increase not only determine who the employees are eligible to get a raise but also determine how much percentage of salary increase each employee.

Abstract

Service and management of SMK NU Wado Kedungtuban library data still uses the manual method by recording member data, borrowing, repaying and reporting still using books as a medium for recording loan transactions so that it is less effective and efficient. The purpose of research is the design, development and implementation of library information systems to help the process of library service management and data implementation using Java NetBeans IDE-based information systems. The design of the information system is modeled into diagrams in UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the method of developing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. This Mobile Based Library Information System Research is expected to help library staff in the process of managing library data, as well as assist students in the process of finding books so that it is easier.

Abstract

Registration and Admission of new students in MI AT-TAQWA Kedungtuban still uses the manual method in the form of filling in the registration form first and then moved to the ledger, slowing down time and writing errors often occur during the process of recording in the ledger. In addition, there are also often obstacles when the registrant form slips when it is submitted to the ledger. These constraints will cause the PSB committee to feel difficulties when inputting new students. The purpose of research, design, development, and the process of applying new student admissions using a Java NetBeans IDE-based information system. The design of information systems is modeled into diagrams in UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the method of developing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The test results of the New Student Admission Information System obtained 96% of the Interface tested well. The research data was taken from MI AT-TAQWA Kedungtuban in 2019/2020. This research can help the school to make maximum and accelerate registration and acceptance of new students to the maximum.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan kebutuhan dasar dan penting bagi semua manusia. Menyadari itu semua, banyak developer menawarkan berbagai alternative rumah dari mulai harga, lokasi, desain, fasilitas, maupun luas tanah. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan konsumen harus pandai-pandai memilih perumahan mana yang akan mereka ambil yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang diinginkan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun untuk membantu orang dalam menentukan pilihan dalam kasus ini adalah membantu orang untuk memilih perumahan yang diinginkan dari berbagai pilihan perumahan yang ada berdasarkan ke lima aspek tersebut. Sistem dengan metode AHP ini juga menjanjikan proses penilaian yang lebih baik karena dapat memberikan bobot kepada berbagai aspek penilaian. Fuzzy Mamdani berperan sebagai pendukung keputusan karena dalam dunia nyata pembeli sering kesulitan untuk memilih rumah idamannya dengan beberapa kriteria yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) AHP dan Fuzzy Mamdani dapat dijadikan sebagai analisis dalam sistem pendukung keputusan  menentukan pilihan rumah. 2) Perbandingan AHP dengan Fuzzy Mamdani dengan kasus pemilihan rumah adalah 0,90298. 3) Tingkat akurasi AHP lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Fuzzy Mamdani pada kasus pemilihan rumah dengan MSE sebesar 0.048538.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan rasio keuangan yang memperlihatkan kemampuan operasional perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba operasi melalui modal sendiri. Untuk melihat kondisi kemampuan operasional perusahaan pada masa mendatang, bisa dilakukan dengan memprediksi nilai rasio tersebut. Teknik dalam menangani masalah prediksi ini adalah menggunakan model data mining. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi prediksi profitabilitas keuangan perusahaan melalui model data mining neuro-fuzzy ANFIS dengan data time series. Data penelitian adalah data sekunder bersifat kuantitatif dari wibe site www.idx.co.id. Populasi data dari perusahaan emiten LQ45 di Bursa Efek  Indonesia(BEI) tahun 2011-2016 berjumlah 45 perusahaan. Pemrosesan awal menghitung nilai rasio keuangan perusahaan yang akan dipakai sebagai data input pada model ANFIS. Simulasi dan evaluasi model menggunakan aplikasi GUI program Matlab. Perbandingan antara perhitungan rasio profitabilitas tahun yang di prediksi dengan nilai dari model ANFIS. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa nilai model ANFIS sangat optimal, efisien, konsisten dan paling mendekati rata-rata nilai rasio tahun yang di prediksi sebesar 9.95% pada fungsi keanggotaan Segitiga. Sedang hasil prediksi tiga fungsi keanggotaan lainnya Trapesium, G-bell dan Gauss kurang optimal.

Abstract

Beras miskin (Raskin) adalah salah satu cara untuk memberikan bantuan beras hanya kepada orang miskin. Banyaknya jumlah orang yang kurang mampu membuat pemerintah merasa kewalahan dalam pendistribusian beras Raskin, terutama di wilayah Kasiman Bojonegoro. Karena kondisi masyarakat sangat beragam dan status warga berbeda di mana orang-orang di daerah Kasiman yang terlihat miskin tidak selalu miskin dan yang terlihat kaya tidak selalu kaya, ada berbagai gejolak antara kaya dan miskin. Kemudian diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan siapa yang berhak menerima bantuan. Banyak metode yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy. Proses pemilihan calon penerima Raskin menggunakan beberapa kriteria yang dapat digunakan sebagai variabel data pendukung yang meliputi luas lahan, jumlah tanggungan dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan beras bagi masyarakat miskin (raskin) yang dapat memberikan alternatif berdasarkan prioritas yang dipilih dengan menerapkan fuzzy tsukamoto dalam mengukur tingkat kemiskinan.

Abstract

As the number of vehicles in Indonesia increases, the number of crimes that occur also increases, resulting in an increase in the problem of traffic violations and an increase in the number of vehicle parking activities. Seeing the importance of number plate detection to overcome this, a system that is able to detect number plates quickly and accurately is needed. The segmentation process using Connected Components has better performance when compared to Diff and Fast-RNN methods. Pre-processing is an important step before carrying out a number plate detection. begins by changing the image size using the resizing function and by converting the RGB image into a grayscale image which aims to reduce the image size, thereby speeding up the next process. Then the segmentation process uses the connected components method. The test results on 10 test images produce an accuracy of 80%. In terms of detection time, it shows a decrease. The number plate detection process without using pre-processing takes an average of 3.721519 seconds, whereas when using pre-processing only 1.45731 seconds. It can be concluded that the addition of pre-processing is able to speed up the detection process

Abstract

Web-Based Learning System entitled Introduction to Tatasurya is one of the web-based learning media. The learning system aims to make it easier for students to learn about the introduction of the solar system. Designing a web-based learning system entitled Introduction to Tatasurya using PowerPoint software, website 2 APK builder Pro and HTML programming language. The results of the discussion show that the wab-based learning system entitled Introduction to the Solar System is feasible to use in the learning process. This is based on an average value of 83.3% from 100% so that the application can run properly.

Abstract

This inventory information system provides several facilities that can be used by the manager, including: input of item data, delete item search item, and item data inventory report, item inventory system at the Electrical Engineering Workshop - STTR CEPU aims to facilitate the laboratory manager in data collection goods, both complementary goods or consumables, which are web-based, for example inputting new goods or damaged goods, can be done online, and the number of goods will be automatically entered in the database, without us adding up the goods manually, search results for item data more easily fast, accurate, and the results of reports that can be downloaded in PDF type, and can be printed. The purpose of the research is to increase efficiency in managing computerized laboratory inventory so that it can support the performance of lab managers, Archives and Electrical Engineering workshops, Designing this application using language programming PHP, CSS, HTML, Windows 10 64 bit Operating System, Visual Studio Code software version 1.69.1, Xampp Server version 1.7.7, PHP version 7.3.2, Bootstrap version 5.0, Google Chrome, 000webhost. The test results show that 77% of this application can run and make it easier for the Cepu-Sttr Laboratory manager. Keywords: Inventory System, Laboratory, Cepu Sttr
