Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri 4 Prabumulih Barat Kota Prabumulih. Jenis Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan telaah dokumen yang diperlukan dalam kegiataan penelitian. dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1) strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya sekolah  yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan sumber daya manusia terutama guru dan siswa, peningkatan  sarana prasarana sekolah dalam menunjang kemajuan sekolah dan peningkatan mutu sekolah, dan 2) cara alternatif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan guru dengan pendidikan S1, menambah jam mengajar bagi guru yang kurang jam mengajar, menambah sarana prasarana sekolah yang dibutuhkan dengan mengunakan dana BOS maupun dana DAK dan meningkatkan pembangunan pendidikan didaerah pinggiran Kota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh Penempatan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS di Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara, Sumatera Selatan, Jambi dan Bangka Belitung. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah dengan sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel karena populasinya kurang dari 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Korelasi Dan Uji Determinasi menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 21.Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpukan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh variabel Penempatan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja, dan terdapat pengaruh Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja. Secara total pengaruh Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja lebih besar lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja, berarti kinerja akan lebih cepat meningkat apabila Pengembangan Karier terencana dengan baik.Kata kunci :Penempatan Kerja, Pengembangan Karier, Kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the design, organization, execution, and oversight of infrastructure facilities in order to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang II. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data analysis employs analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion making. The study's findings were examined through four components of infrastructure management implementation: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in order to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang II. The infrastructure design step involves developing many programs and carefully preparing so that students may have pleasant amenities while not incurring high school costs. The organizational stage begins with the selection of those who will carry out the responsibilities or job of task division, including the principal, vice principal, teachers, and TU personnel. The principal determines the procedure of implementing infrastructure with the cooperation of the treasurer, and the deputy head of the facility supplies any items as needed. The infrastructure facilities are then supervised to ensure that their usage and maintenance function smoothly and do not interfere with the continuous learning process.

Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of the principal's competence and school’s culture on student’s character development partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methodologies. The academic community of State Elementary Schools in Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency, is the population of this study. A sample of 123 third-grade kids is drawn to reflect the research data. We employ the entire population as a purposive sample. Questionnaires, observations, and documentation were used to collect data. The study hypotheses were evaluated and assessed utilizing basic and multiple linear regression tests to examine the data. The result showed that the principal's competence and school’s culture both impact the student's character development.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa berdasarkan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan yang diperoleh ketika terjadi suatu proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari belajar IPA yang dapat ditunjukkan dari hasil perubahan dan tidak bisa menjadi bisa, atau peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan sikap. Bahan ajar yang digunakan guru dalam kegiatan mengajar di SD Negeri 89 Palembang hanya terpaku terhadap buku tematik dan juga media pembelajaran hanya menggunakan media gambar. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran harus difungsikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar. Dengan demikian semakin menarik media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Developent (R&D) merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu serta menguji nilai kefektifan dari produk yang dihasilkan, untuk mencapai tujuan dari permasalahan maka peneliti menggunakan pengembangan (development Research) model ADDIE yang dalam pencapaiannya melalui lima tahapan yaitu: ( Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian dan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran Replika Katak Dalam pembelajaran materi IPA kelas V SD, yang telah divalidasi (tiga dosen dan satu guru), telah diterapkan didalam kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang media replika katak pada mata pembelajaran IPA materi organ pernapasan dan fungsinya pada hewan kelas V SD Negeri 89 Palembang yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media replika katak yang dikembangkan berdasarkan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil penilaian kevalidan menurut ahli media sebesar 83% ahli materi 87%. Media replika katak juga dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil penelitian kepraktisan pada uji lapangan one to one sebesar 84% dan uji coba lapangan small group sebesar 90%.

Abstract

The skill of teachers to teach in schools will determine the quality national education. The purpose of this study is to describe school principals’ efforts to improve teachers’ teaching skills. Data collection methods were documentation, interviews, observation, and a review of the literature. Descriptive qualitative analysis techniques were used in data analysis. The results obtained indicate that school principals’ efforts to improve teachers’ teaching skills through planning, implementing, and evaluating teacher competency improvement programs were technically successful and had a positive impact on teachers’ teaching performance. The establishment of a strategic program to improve teacher’s teaching skills, which refers to the school’s vision of producing students with high morals, intelligence, and discipline, has an impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process at SMA Negeri 2 Kayuagung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model to the learning outcomes of natural resource material for class IV SD Negeri 193 Palembang. The effect of the intended application in terms of student learning outcomes as long as the problem-based learning model is applied, the learning outcomes achieved after carrying out learning using the application of the problem-based learning model, the research subjects, namely class IV totaling 25 people with 16 male students and 9 female students, which will be given treatment using the Problem Based Learning model in natural resource science subjects. The method used is an experimental method with the type of One Group Pretest And Posttest. The data collection technique used the test method, and the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the calculation of the initial test (pretest) obtained an average value of 46.6 while the final test (posttest) obtained 81.2 and the overall average value of Product Moment, namely rxy, was obtained at 0.567 which is included in the category "Moderate Positive ”. This shows the results of inferential statistical analysis using Product Moment correlation obtained rxy = 0.567 ≥ rtable = 0.396 there is a significant correlation even though the correlation is moderately positive from tcount = 5.966 ≥ ttable = 2.3 and n = 23 with a significant level of 32.1% so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in class IV natural resource material at SD Negeri 193 Palembang.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of describing the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek. This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation instruments that discuss the factors of learning difficulties experienced by students. Based on the results of the research on the analysis of the difficulty of learning mathematics in building materials in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek, it can be ascertained that, the factor of learning difficulties in mathematics in the material of building spaces in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek consists of 2 factors, the first is internal and external factors. external. learning difficulty factors consisting of internal factors consisting of students' self and external factors consisting of outside students in class V SD Negeri 17 Air Salek were 81% included in the very valid category. There are 8 subjects who are not interested in learning mathematics, 7 subjects are not interested in learning mathematics and 5 subjects are not able to learn mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) To describe entrepreneurial motivation in SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih (2) To describe entrepreneurial creativity in SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih (3) To describe the unyielding attitude of entrepreneurship in SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih. The type of research that will be used is a qualitative descriptive method, the population was students at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih as many as 80 respondents, the instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The result of the study that there is a relationship between motivation, creativity, and abstinence attitude, the implication of this research is to give an idea that motivation, creativity, unyielding attitude can provide a positive relationship because it can increase the entrepreneurial interest of students and increase pre-employment and entrepreneurship learning in school. The results showed that (1) Describe entrepreneurial motivation in SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih is quite good 39%, well 27%, very good 14%. (2) Describe entrepreneurial creativity in SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih is very good 49%, good 10%, good enough 21% and less good 20% (3) Describe the unyielding attitude of entrepreneurship at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumuih. Very good 48%, good 21%, pretty good 20%, less good 10%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover (1) the principal’s plan for improving educational quality; and (2) the challenges and solutions for executing the principal’s strategy at Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Muara Enim High School in South Sumatra. A descriptive qualitative technique was used in this investigation. The school principal is the focus of this study. Data were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data triangulation is used to determine the validity of the data. Milles and Huberman’s interactive analysis was employed as the analytical model. According to the research, the principal’s plan at SMA Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Muara Enim South Sumatra has a reference, especially by looking at the 8 National Education standards. Attempts to increase the quality of education for school principals via collaboration in the health sector (PMI and local public health center); public universities; tutoring; state apparatus (civil and military resort command); and the surrounding community. Teachers who did not support and limited communication were hurdles. Teacher training and online communication are the necessary solutions.
