Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji 1) pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 2) pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan 3) Pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 16 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y) di SMA se-kecamatanTanjung Raja, 2) ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y) di SMA se-kecamatan Tanjung Raja, 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1), dan penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) kepala sekolah adalah pemimpin pendidikan dalam tingkatan satuan pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan juga maju mundurnya sekolah yang dipimpinnya. kepala sekolah juga merupakan seorang figur yang harus menjadi teladan bagi semua yang ada di lingkungan sekolah; 2) Penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru memberikan menjadikan proses belajar mengajar lebih menyenangkan, membangkitkan keinginan dan minat baru, meningkatkan motivasi dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar, bahkan berpengaruh secara psikologis kepada peserta didik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sekolah menengah atas negeri (SMAN) di Kota Sekayu, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yaitu 115 guru di lima SMA Negeri di Kota Sekayu yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25 for windows yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis asosiatif, dan analisis koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen guru dengan nilai koefisien sebesar0,438, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen guru dengan nilai koefisien sebesar0,506, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan nilai koefisien sebesar0,584. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mendorong peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pengembangan budaya organisasi guna mengoptimalkan komitmen guru dalam melaksanakan tugas.

The artilce was a correlational study which aims to determine the effect of the contribution of interpersonal communication and perceptions of the principal's leadership style on the teacher's commitment to carry out tasks. The population and research sample were public high school teachers in the city of Palembang. There were 22 public high schools in Palembang City with a total of 1,269 people. Data collection techniques were carried out in four ways, namely through observation, distributing questionnaires, and documentation, and interviews. Further data analysis was performed using the SPSS Ver computer program. The results can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on teacher commitment in carrying out the task (Y), the perception variable about the principal's leadership style (X2) has a significant effect on the teacher's commitment in carrying out the task (Y), and the interpersonal communication variable (X1) and the perception of the principal's leadership style (X2) simultaneously has a significant effect on teacher commitment in carrying out assignments (Y). The problem in this study between counseling teachers and students is that students are more interested in counseling through cybercounselling, counseling guidance teachers are easier to inform students through cybercounselling, students can be closer to counseling guidance teachers, students can also tell the problem more openly with counseling guidance teachers and make it easier for students to counsel remotely in addition to face-to-face counseling. This study aims to determine the application of cybercounseling in SMK PGRI 2 Palembang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of information in this study are counseling guidance teachers who apply cybercounseling, totaling 4 people and students totaling 3 people. The results showed that the implementation of cybercounseling at SMK PGRI 2 Palembang was running quite well, but it did not occur regularly because there was no specific schedule between the Guidance Counseling teachers and students at the time of implementation. The application of cybercounseling as a medium between Counseling Guidance teachers and students to assist students in solving problems and finding solutions to their problems.

This study aimed at determining how high leadership style and lecturers' performance on students' achievement in STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study used a quantitative survey by using questionnaire to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows. The results obtained indicate that there is no effect of visionary leadership toward students' achievement, but there is an effect of lecturers' performance toward students' achievement. While tested simultanously, the visionary leadership style and lecturers 'performance toward students' achieved had significant effect.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Banyuasin III. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru-guru SMP Negeri 1 dan SMP Negeri 2 Se-Kecamatan Banyuasin III yang berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Banyuasin III.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran, 2) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran, 3) pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap mutu pembelajaran, dan 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan manajemen kelas terhadap mutu pembelajaran SMP Negeri di Indralaya Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 16 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran, 2) ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran; 3) ada pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap mutu pembelajaran, dan 4) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan manajemen kelas terhadap mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract: The principal's strategy is an important factor in determining the success of quality improvement in schools. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal, the principal's strategy and the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the quality of learning. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data presentation and verification. Meanwhile, the research subjects were school principals, vice principals and teachers. The results showed that the role of the principal in improving the quality of learning was going well. The strategies that have been carried out by the principal in improving the quality of learning include: increasing the teaching ability of teachers, utilizing media and educational facilities, implementing regular supervision, establishing cooperation with the community and implementing strict time discipline for both teachers and students. The obstacle faced by the principal in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 9 Prabumulih is the lack of permanent teaching staff, so that many teachers are used as honorary teachers and there are still teachers who teach not according to their educational qualifications in order to cover the shortage of teachers in certain subjects.

This study determined the influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism both partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers of State Junior High Schools in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia. The sample of this study were 135 civil servant teachers. Research data collection techniques 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation; and 3) observation. The research data analysis technique used the SPSS for Windows 21. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of school-based management on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 2) there is a significant influence of teacher professionalism on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 3) there is a significant influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism together on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia.

This study evaluated the integrative holistic early childhood education at Ananda Palembang Kindergarten. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP Model. The data analysis technique used was qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that 1) context evaluation states that there is no strong legal foundation in the integrative holistic early childhood development program in Ananda Palembang Kindergarten; 2) input evaluation states that Ananda Palembang Kindergarten has been running existing services in holistic integrative early childhood education by having adequate resources; 3) process evaluation states that Ananda Palembang Kindergarten in education, health and nutrition, nursing, care services, protection services and welfare services has been implemented in this institution; 4) product evaluation states that Ananda Kindergarten has been proven by being accredited A in 2018. This paper contributes to other Kindergarten in Indonesia where they will have good accreditation could see Ananda Palembang Kindergarten.
