Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang Modifikasi  Pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SDIT Auladi Palembang. Modifikasi ini dibatasi pada Alat dan Peraturan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mana penelitian ini melihat persentase penilaian dari analisis penelitian. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDIT Auladi Palembang yang berjumlah 256 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu adanya pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu, maka dari itu sampel yang dipilih berjumlah 20 Orang. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan angket penelitian dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil pengolahan data dari Modifikasi alat dengan persentase yang tinggi adalah pada Alternatif jawaban Sangat Setuju dengan persentase 49,95 %, Setuju 35,36%, Cukup Setuju 11,79 %, Kurang Setuju 2,90 %, Sangat Kurang Setuju 0%. Berdasarkan hasil dengan demikian, maka Modifikasi Pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SDIT Auladi Palembang berada pada kategori Cukup.

Abstract

The principal as the pinnacle of leadership with a visionary leadership model must be able to improve the performance of Paramount Palembang Elementary School teachers. This visionary leadership can have a significant effect on improving teacher performance because the principal can provide a clear vision and can implement the vision he has made for the teacher's future, thereby providing motivation for improving teacher performance. The principal must be able to increase the strategic and technical role in improving the quality of learning and teaching, he is not only a learning leader but more than that the overall leader which includes leadership functions in a school institution such as planning, career coaching, coordination and evaluation. His leadership pattern is very influential and even determines the progress of education.The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of working motivation together on the performance of Paramount Primary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis carried out is the correlation analysis of t-test and F test. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire show that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Paramount elementary school teachers in Palembang. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. (significant level 5%).

Abstract

The research problem is about the  implementation of academic supervision held by the Paramount  Primary School Principal which considered unoptimal. The aim of this study are: (1) Explaining  the elements that being  focused in academic supervision of Paramount  Primary School. (2) Explaining the strategy of the Principal in improving teacher’s professional competency. (3) Explaining  the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal (4). Analyzing the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal in pandemic time. This reseach is a qualitatif descritive reseach, data collection technique used is participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The subject in this study are the principal, teachers  and students. The results of this study are: (1) the elements supervised, (2) Strategy applied in improving the professional competence of teachers and (3) The follow up conducted by the principal after the academic supervision activity.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the leadership style, infrastructure, and work climate of the principal on teachers’ performance. With a descriptive approach, this approach involves quantitative methods. 105 participants consisted of the researh population. There were 79 people in the research sample. In this research, the sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The technique of using a questionnaire was used to gather data. Using a Likert Scale to weigh values. Validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis (prerequisite test and classical assumption test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis analysis (t test and F test) and determination coefficient analysis were used to analyze the results. The findings showed that the leadership style of the principal, infrastructure advice, and work climate had a substantial influence on teachers' performance of SMP Negeri in the Sembawa District partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The achievement of the vision, mission and objectives of education depends on the wisdom and leadership skills of the principal as the leader of the education unit. While in general, this research aims to (1) Describe the leadership of the principal in improving the professional competence of teachers in the digital age. (2) Know the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal in improving the professional competence of teachers in the digital age. The result of this research was obtained that the implementation of the type of leadership of the principal at SMA Negeri 4 OKU by the principal received a good response from subordinates, it’s namely democratically, he always gave a good example to the teacher, so there is an improvement in the competence of the teacher's personality, delegate the teachers incidental related to the duties of officially and provide motivation to students, and open attitude becomes a place of consultation and implementation through decision making related to increasing the professionalism of teachers through meetings or deliberations, show how the way teachers are happy to carry out the verdict and feel satisfaction. The supporting factor of the principal’s leadership type in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 4 OKU is adequate from infrastructure facilities, thus supporting the teaching, training or learning process in schools. Furthermore, the obstacles encountered include, the limitations of teacher training programs outside office hours, there are still some teachers who are not active, and the results of the training can not affect their friends, then in the rules that have been determined there are still teachers who are less disciplined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum diketahuinya Kemampuan dari Volume Paru-Paru atlet Renang Andalas Swim. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Volume Paru-Paru. Kemampuan Volume dari seseorang dapat menggambarkan bagaimana tingkat Efektivitas tubuhnya dalam mendapatkan Oksigen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Renang Andalas Swim, sebanyak 30 orang. Penarikan Sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling, sehingga sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Instrument penelitian berupa Spirometer. Pengolahan data dilaksanakan secara Statistik Deskriptif (tabulasi frekuensi) yang dibantu dengan Program Exel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh: 1) Kemampuan Volume Paru-Paru pada Atlet Putra klub Renang Andalas Swim dengan tingkat pencapaian skor 46,8%. 2) Kemampuan Volume Paru-Paru pada Atlet Putri klub Renang Andalas Swim dengan tingkat pencapaian skor 66,6%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa atlet Renang Andalas Swim untuk putra memiliki tingkat kemampuan Volume Paru-Paru berada pada kategori Cukup, dan atlet renang putri memiliki tingkat kemampuan Volume Paru-Paru berada pada kategori Baik. Kata Kunci: Volume Paru-Paru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the Principal's leadership management in SMP Muhammadiyah Prabumulih and has uses in various parties, both from the place of research and the authors themselves. In this study, the population is the principal, vice principal and honorary teacher consisting of 10 people, each of whom has different functions, qualities and characteristics. Collecting research data through three main sources, namely: direct observation (observation) document analysis, and interviews to get the principal's leadership score and the teacher's performance score. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. These results indicate that: (1) the optimal form of leadership is played by the principal's role as a leader, manager, and motivator. (2) the obstacle faced by school principals when carrying out their duties is the performance of honorary work in this school has been running quite well even though some are still lacking discipline in attendance due to various reasons and interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang guru PNS dari SMP negeri 7 Prabumulih, SMP negeri 8 Prabumulih, dan SMP negeri 12 Prabumulih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) manajemen kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, (3) motivasi kerja dan manajemen kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Prabumulih

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi profesional guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif etnografi dan fenomenologis. Penelitian menggunakan sampel populasi yakni sampel penelitian sama dengan jumlah populasi yakni 62 orang guru dan pegawai. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif naratif yang diterapkan dengan tiga jalur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1) kompetensi Guru SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih relatif baik; 2) upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi professional dengan mengikuti diklat, pelatihan penataran, workshop, dan kelompok kerja guru, dan 3) kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi yang masih kurang, kurang kreatifitas guru, guru yang mengajar bukan dibidangnya
