Abstract

AbstractPerusahaan manufaktur merupakan sektor terbesar yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Banyak perusahaan yang sudah berkembang dan memiliki keuntungan yang besar. Sehingga menarik pemegang saham untuk melakukan investasi dengan harapan mendapatkan keuntungan berupa dividen. Agar dapat berinvestasi di perusahaan manufaktur yang tepat, pemegang saham perlu untuk mengetahui profil kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur dan faktor penentunya seperti profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2013-2017 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), likuiditas (CR), pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth), dan ukuran perusahaan (Size) sebagai variabel independen serta kebijakan dividen (DPR) sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebaran data pada variabel kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terbilang cukup baik. Ini terlihat dari nilai standar deviasi yang lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata (mean). Sedangkan pada variabel ukuran perusahaan nilai satndar deviasi lebih besar daripada nilai rata-rata (mean). Sehingga sebaran data menjadi kurang baik. Ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang jauh antara nilai terendah dengan nilai tertinggi dari variabel ukuran perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif tersebut perusahaan manufaktur cenderung membagikan dividen dalam jumlah yang cukup besar. Keywords:           kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan mendapatkan sumber dana dari berbagai pihak, baik pihak internal maupun pihak eksternal. Begitu juga dengan perusahaan manufaktur, salah satu sumber dananya berasal dari investor. Dana yang diinvestasikan oleh investor tentunya tidak diberikan secara percuma. Melainkan investor bertujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan berupa dividen atas dana yang telah diinvestasikan. Agar tujuan tersebut tercapai, investor perlu memperhatikan sejumlah variabel yang mempengaruhi besarkecilnya deviden. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam periode 2013-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2013-2017 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan yang menentukan kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2013-2017. Sedangkan leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur

Abstract

The development of the Scientific Method in the interpretation of the Philosophy of Science are 2 matters that have a strong attachment. Scientific provisions are very binding on the philosophy of science related to the scientific method itself. There are several dimensions or aspects so that science has objects in the scientific method, including 1) Ontology, 2) Axiology, and 3) Epistemology. Inductive mindset and deductive mindset are the ways of thinking used in the scientific method itself, including formulating problems, conducting library research, formulating hypotheses, testing hypotheses, gathering information, analyzing and interpreting information, finally drawing conclusions. There are several schools of thought and paradigms in the philosophical world related to research, including: positivism, post-positivism, constructivism and pragmatism. These views have an influence on research participants. Science has a significant role in the development of scientific methods by leading to qualitative, quantitative and combined research methods. This is evident from the implications and contributions in the development of scientific procedures, including: a, the philosophy of science provides guidelines for a person to distinguish between all matters that are scientific or not, so that solutions are found for these cases. b, purpose, the philosophy of science in the development of scientific procedures can provide a logical study of every science that is studied and can share a clear orientation and values for each scientific discipline. c, through the philosophy of science one finds guidance in a reflective manner and research and reasoning so that one can balance logic, experience, reason and religion in achieving a prosperous life. d, the philosophy of science shares the principles of scientific procedures, because the scientific method that is developed must be accountable logically and rationally, so that it can be used universally.Keywords: Development, scientific method, philosophy of science

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop an e-learning platform using Moodle Application ofacid based topic. This is research and Development (R&D). The Development model used is a 4-D which consist of stage define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research is limited to the stage of development, namely the validity. The E-learning was Validated by 7validators. Data from validity the result were analized using the Aikens'V formula. Based onthe result of the study, it was found that the average Aikens’V of content validity test was0,84 with a category valid and the average Aikens’V of construct validity was 0,81 with acategory valid. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan konten pembelajaran e-learning berbasis aplikasi moodle pada materi asam basa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model 4-D dengan empat tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap pengembangan yaitu penentuan validitas. Validitas dilakukan oleh 7 validator. Data diambil dari angket validitas lalu dianalisis menggunakan rumus formula Aikens’V. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas konten menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata formula Aikens’V adalah 0,84 dengan kategori valid dan hasil validitas konstruk dengan rata-rata formula Aikens’V adalah 0,81 dengan kategori valid.

Abstract

Self-control is the ability to rule out or change responses in a person, as well as eliminate unwanted problems and refrain from doing anything necessary for adolescent in using smartphones. Self-control of adolescent in using smartphones in this study is viewed from aspects of self-discipline, deliberate / non-impulsive, healthy habits, work ethic and reliability. This study aims to describe self-control of adolescents in using smartphone. This research is a descriptive analytic study, with a sample of 246 adolescents at SMAN 2 Padang obtained using propotional stratified random sampling technique. The study used a questionnaire instrument complied using a likert scale mode. The results of this study indicate that self-control of adolescent in using smartphones is generally appropriate in the high category. This needs to be corrected and improved in order to avoid the negative effects of using a smartphone.

Abstract

Based on the research of previous researchers, the ratio of emotional intelligence has an effect on improving employee performance. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance. In this study, researchers will analyze various previous studies that have been conducted in this field. Search for articles using Google Scholar with keywords used in Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. The criteria for the articles used were published in the last 4 years, namely 2019-2022, the title and content are in accordance with the research objectives, the entire text and its relationship to employee performance and employee emotional intelligence. The result of the impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance is important in business operations and has an impact on the success of the entire organization. One's emotional intelligence has a significant influence on one's personal communication. Emotionally intelligent people are able to recognize emotions, manage emotions, motivate themselves, empathize, and socialize so they can communicate with others. Based on the results of this literature study, which is theoretically based on scientific evidence, it is very important to pay attention to the emotional intelligence of an employee because it plays a very important role in success.
