Abstract

In the era of digital technology the role of the media is very important in changing people's habits and becoming an important part in the lives of social communities. The existence of the media now greatly influences the culture of the community in obtaining information, but the negative side is that the media can control the community and make it subject to the rules made by the media itself. Go-food is present as a medium that makes it easy for people to meet the needs of high urban mobility. The business or trade sector is a sector that has an important role in the process of producing goods and services. The research method uses a cultural studies approach (cultural studies) in examining the Go-food phenomenon which is reflected in the socio-cultural context of the urban consumer society. Data collection techniques using the study of literature. The results showed that Go-food succeeded in mediating and changing the order of habits of users in meeting food needs through the media. There is a process by which the community begins to depend on the application and the existence of power which results in the community being subject to the rules that are made.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan membuat kantong belanja kain tote bag ini merupakan salah satu jalan untuk menekan banyaknya limbah plastik dan mendukung peraturan pemerintah dalam  pengurangan penggunaan plastik. Peraturan tersebut membawa dampak yang positif bagi para pemuda wirausaha di Blitar atau Formusa untk membuat tas belanja tote bag yang ramah dengan alam dan terbuat dari kain. Tote bag adalah tas jinjing yang terbuat dari kain kanvas yang biasa digunakan sebagai tempat bawaan saat belanja, bawa buku bahkan anak sekolah dan para remaja sekarang banyak yang menggunakan tote bag, ini dikarenakan tote bag mudah dibawa, multifungsi, simple, elegan dan disukai oleh semua kalangan. Metode kegiatan membuat tote  bag diawali dengan FGD. Melalui FGD ini dihasilkan pemuda di Formusa tidak bisa membuat sendiri sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan harga jual yang mahal. Kegiatan yang kedua adalah pembuatan tote bag dari persiapan bahan sampai produk jadi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pembuatan kantong belanja kain tote bag peserta mendapatkan banyak ide-ide kreatif untuk mengembangkan dan berinovasi dalam membuat tote bag kearah yang lebih bagus lagi sesuai dengan selera dan kebutuhan konsumen.Abstract: The goal of Community Service in the form of training to make shopping bags for cloth tote bags is one way to reduce the amount of plastic waste and support government regulations on reducing plastic use. This regulation has a positive impact on young entrepreneurs in Blitar or Formusa to make shopping tote bags that are friendly to nature and made of cloth. A tote bag is a tote bag made of canvas fabric which is commonly used as a place to carry when shopping, bring books and even school children and many teenagers now use tote bags, this is because they are easy to carry, multifunctional, simple, elegant and liked by all circles. The method of making tote bags begins with an FGD. Through this FGD, it was produced that youth in Formusa could not make their own, so it took a long time and an expensive selling price. The second activity is making tote bags from material preparation to finished products. Based on the results of the activity of making tote bag shopping bags, the participants got lots of creative ideas to develop and innovate in making tote bags that are even better according to the tastes and needs of consumers.

Abstract

Braille geometry teaching materials have media that can be touched by low vision students' sense of touch. This study aims to obtain conclusions about the feasibility and description of braille geometry teaching materials for low vision students. This research was conducted at SLBA Bina Insani Bandar Lampung and MTsLB Yaketunis Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 10 low vision students and 4 teachers. The research instrument is a feasibility questionnaire for low vision teachers and students. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) required mathematics learning media contained in teaching materials for low vision students, (2)  braille geometry teaching materials get an average score of 91%, the appropriate category of material experts and learning, (3) braille geometry teaching materials obtained from students an average score of 86.6% included in the Very Appropriate category and from teachers with an average score of 94% included in the Very Eligible category.Bahan ajar geometri braille memiliki media yang dapat disentuh oleh indra peraba siswa low vision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan tentang kelayakan dan gambaran bahan ajar geometri braille bagi siswa low vision. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLBA Bina Insani Bandar Lampung dan MTsLB Yaketunis Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 siswa low vision dan 4 guru. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kelayakan guru dan siswa low vision. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dibutuhkan media pembelajaran matematika yang terdapat pada bahan ajar bagi siswa low vision, (2) bahan ajar geometri braille memperoleh skor rata-rata 91%, kategori sesuai ahli materi dan pembelajaran, (3) bahan ajar geometri braille yang diperoleh dari siswa rata-rata skor 86,6% termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Sesuai dan dari guru dengan skor rata-rata 94% termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan pemerintah dalam merekontruksi UMKM dari dampak pandemi COVID-19 utamanya di wilayah Blitar. Selain itu, penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi apa yang dapat ditempuh sebagai pelengkap kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam (in dept interview). Metode ini digunakan untuk memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan data sekunder. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari data-data yang dibutuhkan terutama yang berhubungan dengan data primer yang dianalisa guna untuk Mengkontrusksi realitas. Wawancara tersebut dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada daftar pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil dari peneitian ini adalah upaya yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Blitar untuk merekonstruksi dampak ekonomi UMKM di Kabupaten Blitar di tengah pandemic Covid-19 adalah dengan membuka layanan hotline 1500 587, mengajukan stimulus daya beli UMKM dan koperasi, program belanja di warung tetangga untuk menggerakkan ekonomi sekitar, restrukturisasi kredit bunga, memasukkan sektor mikro dalam program kartu prakerja, bantuan langsung tunai, hingga relaksasi pajak untuk UMKM. Selain itu Pemerintah Pusat juga memberikan bantuan berupa dana hibah kepada UMKM terdampak Covid-19 sebesar Rp. 2,4 Juta.

Abstract

Retardasi mental merupakan suatu ketidakmampuan yang ditandai dengan fungsi intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan rendahnya kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan diri (perilaku adaptif). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan layanan bimbingan belajar bagi anak retardasi mental di SLB Catur Bina Bangsa Metro. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru di kelas III dan siswa retardasi mental. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data diketahui dengan reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru di SLB Catur Bina Bangsa Metro Barat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan belajar menggunakan prinsip pembelajaran untuk siswa retardasi mental, tiga prinsip telah dilakukan, dan tiga prinsip pembelajaran kurang optimal dilakukan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi program bimbingan layanan belajar bagi anak retardasi mental dan secara teoritis berguna sebagai sumbangan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melaksanakan atau membuat bimbingan layanan belajar bagi siswa retardasi mental. Mental retardation is an inability characterized by intellectual function below average and low ability to adjust (adaptive behavior). This study aims to describe the tutoring services for mental retardation children in Catur Bina Bangsa Metro SLB. Research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects included teachers in class III and mental retardation students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is known by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the teachers in the Catur Bina Bangsa Metro Barat SLB carried out tutoring services using the principles of learning for mental retardation students, three principles had been carried out, and three principles of less optimal learning were carried out. This study produces a description of the learning service guidance program for children with mental retardation and is theoretically useful as a contribution to science in implementing or making learning service guidance for students of mental retardation Keynote: guidance learn service; child with mentally retarded.

Abstract

The aims of the research is to describe the thinking process at SMK students to solve matematic problems viewed from personality type phlegmatic. The research was a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research was students of class XI SMK Negeri 3 Metro. Technique analyzing of the data were: (1) classifying the, (2) presenting the data, and (3) concluding the data in each categories. The results of the research showed that thinking process for phlegmatic student: (a) understanding information and question, (b) devising solution, connecting the first equation with the planned solution (c) only using one way solution

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of learning models (STAD by problem solving method, STAD, and conventional) on mathematics achievement viewed from student creative attitude. The type of the research was a quasi experimental research. The population was the students in grade VIII junior high school in Central Lampung Regency. The conclusions of the research were as follows. (1) Students who taught by cooperative learning model of STAD by problem solving method type give better mathematics learning achievement than STAD type and conventional and then students who taught by cooperative learning model of STAD type give better mathematics learning achievement than conventional (2) For students who middle and low creative attitude, students who taught by cooperative learning model of STAD by problem solving method type give better mathematics learning achievement than STAD type and conventional and then students who taught by cooperative learning model of STAD type give better mathematics learning achievement than conventional.
