Abstract

Abstract— The learning activities in SMK Islamic Village are still conventional with face to face directly in the classroom, knowledge sharing process is still constrained by space and time spesially Produktif TKJ. While current technology is already highly sophisticated, enabling knowledge sharing people can do anytime and anywhere by using their smartphones. Therefore, applications need to be made to support the learning activities based android smartphone. The purpose of this study is to help overcome the existing problems by building an application that can help students and teachers in learning activities and knowledge sharing that can be done online through the android smartphone that is expected to improve  the productivity of the students and teachers to produktif TKJ subject. The method used in this research are descriptive analysis of the work and activities and  prototype Model for system design. In the application of this android-based smartphone, students and the teachers can perform learning activities and knowledge sharing activities anytime and anywhere without constrained by time and space, which is expected to improve the productivity of teachers and to Produktif TKJ subjects. Intisari— Kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMK Islamic Village  masih bersifat konvensional yaitu dengan bertatap muka secara langsung di kelas, dimana proses knowledge sharing masih dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu terutama mata pelajaran produktif TKJ. Sedangkan teknologi saat ini sudah sangat canggih, sehingga memungkinkan orang dapat  melakukan knowledge sharing kapan dan dimana saja dengan menggunakan smartphone mereka. Untuk itu, perlu dibuat aplikasi yang dapat mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berbasis smartphone android. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang dapat membantu siswa dan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan knowledge sharing secara online yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android serta dapat meningkatkan produktifitas guru dan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran produktif TKJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deksriptif analisis kerja dan aktifitas, dan prototype model untuk perancangan sistem. Dalam aplikasi yang berbasis smartphone android ini, siswa dan guru dapat melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan knowledge sharing kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa terkendala oleh waktu dan ruang, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas guru dan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran produktif TKJ. Kata Kunci— Aplikasi Android, Kegiatan Mobile Learning, Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

This article wants to examine the importance of inclusive education for students in SMA Negeri 3 Malang. Through one of its religious activities entitled B’Religi, this school wants to teach its students about tolerance and respect for different groups. This is based on the plurality of the Indonesian nation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used a descriptive-exploratory model involving three components of analysis, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research paper concludes that the application of inclusive education cannot be done only in a conceptual level, namely formal learning in the classroom. Inculcating an inclusive attitude which means respecting different religious groups, for example, because in SMA 3 Malang there are several students from various religions, it is very important to be nurtured through refraction and modeling.

Abstract

This research focuses on the process of understanding the implementation of character education in SMA Negeri 3 Malang through Bedhol Bhawikarsu activities. This activity is organized by and for students in rural communities under the guidance of educators. On one hand, this activity is designed with the hope of internalizing normative values character ​​in students. Therefore, this research will understand the design and implementation of character education models based on normative values. This research uses a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data in the form of written, oral, and observable behaviors. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods, and then analyzed by interactive analysis of Miles and Hubermann. This research concludes character education through the direct implementation of Bedhol Bhawikarsu in society can internalize values ​​such as the values ​​of honesty, tolerance, religiosity, patriotism, hard work, and independence. These character values ​​are forms of values ​​that are sourced from Islamic values. Therefore, the construction of the character education organization will be able to be realized through activities that unravel many Islamic values ​​to be internalized in students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the value of tolerance instilled in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung and the process of planting it to students. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the place of research is at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung. The research data were obtained from the principal, Ismuba teacher and students using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing by checking the validity of the data in the form of credibility and confirmability. The results showed that the cultivation of tolerance values ​​in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung was carried out through Ismuba learning materials which contained tolerance values. The process of planting through active learning both in terms of theory and practice. In ensuring success in instilling the value of tolerance, the school makes direct observations of both the status of active students and alumni. They are monitored regularly without them knowing by involving all teachers. From this evaluation, it was found that there were no cases of intolerance and blasphemy against multicultural values ​​by active students and alumni

Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the dynamics of religious education as indicated by students' attitudes from non-Muhammadiyah backgrounds to the dynamics of spiritual practice at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Malang.. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis is done through collection, condensation, presentation, followed by concluding. The study results show that religious practices that non-Muhammadiyah students often observe include; Qunut, the number of rakaah in Tarawih prayer, Tawassul, Dhikr together after fardhu prayer with a bright voice (jahr). Students consider the ordinance of worship as unimportant, and it is a subjective choice that must be respected and should not be disputed. On the one hand, non-Muhammadiyah students remain committed to sticking to the worship traditions that have been practiced since childhood. However, the practice of worship is still based on Fiqh, so it is flexible and dynamic.

Abstract

There are three reasons for al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) to be used as courses at Muhammadiyah Higher Education, including: so that students are able to become Indonesians who are Muslim and have a modern mindset; students can be touched by their souls and able to practice their values; and fostering student ethics in the midst of the Muhammadiyah Higher Education environment. However, when AIK came into contact with students who had various religious ideological backgrounds, it gave birth to various perceptions. Based on this reality, the focus of this research is formulated in the form of a question: how are students' responses and perceptions to the AIK course system? This research is descriptive analytical with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and open-ended questionnaires. This research concluded that all respondents agreed that AIK was used as a subject for reasons, among others: it was able to understand Muhammadiyah's struggle; and he is able to have a strong Islamic provision, knowledge and understanding of pure Islam, and can practice Islamic values ​​in real life. However, AIK learning is considered too monotonous which emphasizes cognitive aspects, so that AIK does not encourage the awakening of daily values; learning methods, facilities and infrastructure also need improvement so that students avoid burnout. Keywords: religion, Islam, students Ada tiga alasan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) dijadikan mata kuliah di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah, antara lain: agar mahasiswa mampu menjadi bangsa Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan mempunyai alam pikiran modern; mahasiswa dapat tersentuh jiwanya serta mampu mengamalkan nilai-nilainya; dan menumbuhkan etika kemahasiswaan di tengah-tengah lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah. Namun, ketika AIK bersentuhan dengan mahasiswa yang mempunyai latar ideologi keagamaan yang beragam melahirkan berbagai persepsi. Berdasarkan realitas tersebut, fokus riset ini dirumuskan dalam bentuk pertanyaan: bagaimana respon dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap sistem mata kuliah AIK?. Riset ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan angket yang sifatnya terbuka. Riset ini menyimpulkan, semua responden menyetujui AIK dijadikan mata kuliah dengan alasan, antara lain: bisa untuk memahami perjuangan Muhammadiyah; dan ia mampu memiliki bekal keislaman yang kuat, pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Islam yang murni, serta dapat mengamalkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan yang sebenarnya. Namun pembelajaran AIK dinilai terlalu monoton yang menekankan pada aspek kognitif, sehingga AIK kurang mendorong terbangunnya penjiwaan nilai nilai keseharian; metode pembelajaran, sarana maupun prasarana juga perlu pembenahan agar mahasiswa terhindar dari kejenuhan. Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of muslim teacher in providing motivation to the elderly in the Ta'lim Nur Hasanah Sawojajar Malang Council. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. While the objects in this study were the chairman of the assembly, ustadzah and 5 elderly people at the Ta'lim Council of Nur Hasanah Sawojajar Malang. The selection of the Ta'lim Council of Nur Hasanah Sawojajar Malang as a research site was based on the lack of people who no longer studied the Qur'an, but it turned out that there were still elderly people who had various limitations starting to study the Qur'an. With these limitations, the researcher wants to know the efforts of the cleric in motivating the elderly to continue to be istiqomah in studying the Qur'an. Data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results showed that: the efforts given by the cleric were: 1). Awakening the interest of the elderly to return to reading the Qur'an, 2). Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, and 3). Instilling positive values ​​in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of the Thematic Tahfizh learning online class and its evaluation at Bait al-Hikmah Foundation Malang. The type of this research is case study. It is located at Bait al-Hikmah Foundation, Jl. Tirtotaruno IX/28 Klandungan Landungsari Malang. The technique of the research consists of observation, interviews, and documentation with several informants, Such as education and religious administrators, teacher and TQT coordinators, and online class students. While, the data analysis utilized descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of the Thematic Tahfidz al-Qur’an learning is based on many people who want to study religious knowledge and to learn the al-Qur’an in-depth, besides, they want to continue to exist in grounding the al-Qur’an, which can be reached by all communities, not only national but international community also. (2). Evaluation of the Thematic Tahfidz al-Qur’an learning includes 4 types, namely: evaluation of learning outcomes ( evaluation carried out after completing one theme), evaluation of grade promotion (evaluation carried out after completing several themes), evaluation of munaqasyah ( graduation stage after 3 months of learning).

Abstract

This research focuses on knowing the theory of the coming of Islam to the process of Islamization in the archipelago. The method used in this study is through a literature review. Researchers collected secondary data regarding the theory of the arrival of Islam to the process of Islamization in the archipelago. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the data triangulation method. The result of this research is that the process of Islamization in Indonesia is difficult and long, and is based on various ideologies. The indigenous people embraced Islam progressively incorporating Islam into the customs, conventions, and arrangements of the daily life of the local population. As suggested by the theorists above, this mentality has contributed to creating Muslim communities in coastal locations that were originally centers of contact between local residents and other nationalities, especially from Arabs, Persians, Indians, Bengalis, Chinese, and Turks. The presence of other nations is indicated by the existence of settlements in Indonesia such as Pakojan (Arabic village), Pachinan (Chinese village), Keling (Indian village), and so on. Indigenous groups who had become Muslim were politically formalized in the form of Islamic kingdoms in the area from the start.
