Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the development and implementation of the tahfidz program of at least 1 chapter with the tahfidz program of at least 1 juz as a condition for taking   the exam and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of students in participating in the tahfidz program of at least 1 juz. The type of research is field research. Primary data sources are data regarding student perceptions of the tahfidz program at least juz 'amma and secondary data sources in the form of documents, books, magazines, journals, and official websites. Data collection tools, namely observation, FGD, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data processing, and data conclusions. The result of the research is that the tahfiz juz 30 program is very useful for students because in addition to being a prerequisite for thesis and munoqosah, the tahfiz juz 30 program also equips students in memorizing the Koran and providing religious knowledge as professional teachers in the future. Supporting factors for students to implement the tahfidz program are high student interest and motivation, the role of universities, family and student environmental conditions, facilities and infrastructure as well as community demands for the need to develop an Islamic spirit that will be carried out by professional teachers. While the inhibiting factor for students to take part in the tahfidz program is the lack of efficiency and time effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the history of the founder of the Da'wah Markaz; to know the progress from the year of establishment until now; to find out what methods used ustadz in learning. The research method used is the field study research method. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of the study are the city of Palembang is the place where the headquarters of Da'wah was established, because there is no conflict between religions or races. Education and development of learning delivered by the clerics in the propaganda markers as follows: Aqeedah and Morals, Fiqh of worship, Prophetic God, and Tilawatil or recitation of the Qur'an. As for the various teaching methods conducted by the cleric to convert Muslims to improve understanding of the Islamic religion are: lecture method, question and answer method, and method of giving assignments.

Abstract

Principals in Nur Iman Kindergarten are required to have a concern for the problems faced by students. The head of the foundation has functions as supervisors, leaders, teaching staff, and school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the leadership style of the foundation head in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, to find out the foundation head's achievements in improving teacher performance and educational processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, and to find out the supporting factors and obstacles to the foundation head's leadership style in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten. The research method is field study research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results showed that the head of the foundation had maximized the performance of teachers in Nur Iman Kindergarten.

Abstract

The study program has many practical courses and wants to graduate to have real skills. The IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management study program directs its graduates to become educational staff at Islamic education institutions and agencies that handle education, become institutional managers, become Islamic education management researchers, and become planners and developers of ICT-based learning resources. So the existence or availability of a laboratory is a must. The research objectives were to determine the needs of lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program for laboratories and to determine the strengthening of laboratories in improving the quality of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program. This type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative research methods. Sources of data from the Head of Study Program, lecturers, laboratory managers and students of the MPI IAIN Curup study program, observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the need for lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program to strengthen the function of labor because there is a mandatory leadership practice course for Islamic Education Management students, and students are required to have various abilities, both work skills, knowledge, and the ability to become leaders. Strengthening the labor function of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program is carried out in a number of stages, namely (1) creating a labor organization structure consisting of the Chair of the Labor, secretary, laboratory assistant, technicians and students, (2) making laboratory administration, (3) preparing laboratory facilities and infrastructure. study program, (3) create a labor curriculum. And (4) study program labor is designed with a U-shape model.

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to find out the religious values in SMP IT Khoiru Ummah, to find out the values of Religious Moderation at SMP IT Khoiru Ummah, and to find out whether religious values were relevant to the values of religious moderation at SMP IT Khoiru Ummah. This research used a qualitative research type. This research was conducted at SMP IT Khoiru Ummah Curup. The subjects of this research were the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques steps were reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results show that the Religious values had been carried out well. The evidence of the application of religious values was such as applying the values of faith, worship values, moral values, independent values, being orderly in business, keeping time, maintaining lust, and benefiting others. Religious Moderation values had been implemented with the implementation of religious moderation values such as the values of justice, tawazun, I'tidal, tasamuh, musawah, and shura. In addition, religious values were already relevant to the values of religious moderation, such as the values of faith which were relevant to the values of justice, balance, and tolerance, and the value of worship was relevant to the value of balance and the nature of being straight and firm, the moral values that were relevant to straight and firm nature, tolerance, equality (musawah), deliberation (shura), the religious values that were maintained, and their passions that were relevant to the values of straight and firm nature.
