Abstract

The change or inovation in Indonesia Islamic education is related with recontstruction idea which influences scientific progress in education environment including Islamic Boarding School. Reconstruction idea has found its momentum since the beginning of 20th century, while in the education field was transformed into the establishment of modern educational institutes. College in the Islamic boarding schools that spread among East Java are one of many colleges in the Islamic boarding school which can not avoid from reconstruction that has run through all over regions.The research aim is finding out the background of implementation form, also the input and output reality of Islamic education reconstruction base on Islamic boarding school college multydiciplinary in East Java. It is a discriptive qualitative reasearch with etnographic approach. The methods of data collection are participant observation, interview, and documenter method.Base on the research, it is identified that the Islamic boarding school colleges in East Java are independent college which have shown their strength by building scientific pillars that cover all of part in science, both general and relegion, with the base of multydiciplinary learning. Islamic education, from time to time, has conducted recostruction on its system and management by holding on college tridarma, which are education, research and community service.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang menjadi bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran membantu proses penyampaian pesan dari guru kepada siswa. Pemilihan media pembelajaran tepat guna menuntut dipergunakannya suatu prinsip-prinsip dan kriteria tertentu agar tepat dalam memilih suatu media pembelajaran, karena setiap media pembelajaran memiliki karakteristik dan spesifikasi kegunaan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi sumatif ketepatan pemilihan media pembelajaran tepat guna yang digunakan oleh guru saat mengajar di sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Banjarmasin. Media pembelajaran tepat guna yang akan di evaluasi sumatif adalah semua mata pelajaran yang ditemukan oleh peneliti di sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Banjarmasin melalui metode populasi dan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling sebanyak 20 sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Banjarmasin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Dokumentasi dan observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru, sedangkan wawancara untuk mengetahui kegiatan pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Teknik analisis data dalam evaluasi sumatif ini dilakukan secara deksriptif-kualitatif menggunakan model prinsip-prinisp dan kriteria yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan pemilihan media pembelajaran tepat guna yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: kesesuaian dengan materi, kesesuaian dengan karakteristik siswa, kesesuaian dengan gaya belajar siswa, dan kesesuaian dengan fasilitas pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemetaan ketepatan pemilihan media pembelajaran tepat guna di sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Banjarmasin telah memenuhi empat kriteria ketepatan pemilihan media pembelajaran yang tepat dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Distance learning media is a learning component that is an integral part of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of distance learning media can help the process of delivering messages from teachers to students to be more effective. Selection of the right distance learning media requires the use of certain principles and criteria so that it is appropriate in choosing a distance learning media because each learning media should have different characteristics and usability specifications. This study aims to conduct a summative evaluation of the accuracy of selecting distance learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Distance learning media that will be summative evaluation are all subjects found by researchers in junior high schools throughout Banjarmasin City through the population method and the sample using purposive random sampling technique as many as 5 Banjarmasin City Junior High Schools. The data analysis technique in this summative evaluation is carried out in a descriptive-qualitative manner using a model of the principles and criteria used to evaluate the accuracy of the selection of distance learning media which consists of four components, namely: suitability with the material, suitability with student characteristics, suitability with learning styles. students, and the suitability of supporting facilities. The results showed that the mapping of the accuracy of the selection of distance learning media in the Banjarmasin City Junior High School has fulfilled the four criteria for the accuracy of selecting the right learning media with good categories. Abstract

This study examines the complexity of academic problems caused by important dichotomical components. It also analyzes the curriculum dichotomy (among natural, social, general and religion sciences, Furthermore, the research also determines the dichotomy in students cognitive, affective and psychomotoric abilities and in teachers, which includes three aspects, namely intellectual, social and spiritual, in order to achieve an impact on the gap, in theory, practice (process) and output. Due to these reasons, the right solution for solving educational problems is needed. One of the solutions is implementing an integrative Islamic education pattern. This study discusses the paradigm of integration-interconnection education, integrative Islamic education as the dynamics of scientific diversification development, the urgency of integrative Islamic education, the objectives of integrative Islamic education as an educational totality, and components of integrative Islamic education. The result shows that Integrative Islamic Education provides solutions to academic problems in terms of the important components dichotomy in education, which includes the curriculum, students and educators or teachers.

Abstract

Cognitive psychology is a psychological process that involves human knowledge. Islam has a unique view of humans from the cognitive realm, which contains God's instructions about the creation of humans. The study of human nature expressed or implied and offers problem-solving for the problems of human life. This research is a qualitative study. Data was collected through the literature review of Cognitive Psychology from an Islamic perspective. The research was conduct by collecting document studies from different research results, observations and interviews. Cognitive psychology in Islam does not only focus on the brain because the thought process also includes feelings, passions, and conscience. The study of cognitive psychology from an Islamic perspective presents the method of Islamization of knowledge and an effort to explore aspects of cognitive psychology in Islam. The Islamic perspective of cognitive psychology provides an alternative to the criticism of modern psychology, which breaks away from religious values.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the Covid-19 pandemic, the creativity of digitally created learning content is a must to increase the effectiveness of online learning. Students can learn effectively when they are enthusiastic in the learning process. The enthusiasm of students is influenced by the motivation obtained through learning media such as videos. The continuity of the online learning process that is being implemented in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be separated from the role of educational institutions that provide education itself. Digital learning content is an important part of the process, teachers should be able to provide good digital learning content for students. The tendency of teachers who is more dominant to use existing learning video media rather than editing learning videos creatively results in the incomplete learning message being delivered to students. This research methodology is a type of qualitative research model evaluation of the CIPP program (Context, Input, Process, Product) in the training program for developing video-based teaching materials for teachers in schools who are members of the K3SD communication forum in Central Banjarmasin district to be able to look for alternative solutions in planning and implementing appropriate online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research activity resulted in 1) Dissemination of alternative online learning solutions that were more practical and efficient through the development of PowerPoint teaching materials into learning videos. 2) A training program to equip teachers who are members of the K3SD communication forum in developing PowerPoint teaching materials into learning video media. 3) Produce effective video-based teaching outputs for online learning during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the urgency of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program along with its implementation and challenges of higher education in Kalimantan, which has launched the Merdeka Learn-Independence Campus. It also identifies and evaluates the indicators for identifying Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, including student exchanges, internships/work practices, project assistance, economic activities, independent studies/projects, thematic KKN, and teaching assistance in education units. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Data was collected using literature and field studies. Interviews and observations were used in field studies. University-based data sources in Kalimantan include Tanjungpura University, Palangka Raya University, Lambung Mangkurat University, Mulawarman University, Borneo Tarakan University, and the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. The research findings show that the five tertiary institutions in Kalimantan have implemented the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program by carrying out student exchange programs, apprenticeships/work practices, project assistance, economic activities, independent studies/projects, thematic KKN, and teaching assistance in higher education units. , while the implementation process is carried out highly sustainably by its singularity. The five tertiary institutions already have the capacity by the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka standards stipulated by laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of smart ladder learning media. Moreover, this is to know the feasibility and the effect of smart ladder learning media on students' numeracy abilities. This type of research is Research and Development (RD) using the Four-D (4D) development model. The development stages include: the define, the design, the development, and the disseminate stage. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, questionnaire, and test. The feasibility test involved four experts consisting of instrument, material, media, and learning experts. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that smart ladder learning media is appropriate to use based on the results of the assessment of material experts obtaining score 94.54%, media experts 96.25%, and learning experts 90.90%. The results of improving the numeracy skills of students grade 1 obtained an N-gain value of 0.97 and students grade 2 obtained an N-gain value of 0.91, which the two N-gain values were included in the "High" category. Thus, smart ladder learning media is feasible to use and can improve students' numeracy skills in elementary school arithmetic operations material.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between religiosity, spirituality, and individual character in the work context. Religiosity and spirituality have an important role in shaping individual values and beliefs, which can influence their behavior and character in the work environment in the era of society 5.0. Individual character includes aspects of morality, ethics, integrity, responsibility, and other qualities that are relevant in the professional world. This study uses a qualitative approach by combining a comprehensive literature review and analysis of data from interviews with individuals with diverse work experiences. The results of the study show that religiosity and spirituality can provide a strong moral basis and influence the way individuals interact with colleagues, superiors, and customers. Internalized values through individual religious or spiritual practices can shape ethical attitudes and behavior, reflect integrity, and strengthen responsibility towards work. In addition, this study also found that religiosity and spirituality can enrich individual work experiences by providing a sense of purpose, meaning, and balance in professional life. Individuals who have a deep understanding of religious values or spirituality tend to be more satisfied in their jobs and have a more positive perception of the organization they work for. However, this research also underlines that aspects of religiosity and spirituality do not always have a positive impact in the work context. Some individuals may use their beliefs as an excuse to justify unethical or discriminatory behavior, which can create tension or conflict in the workplace. In addition, individual religious or spiritual views may differ, and these differences may affect interpersonal relationships in the work environment. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the importance of considering aspects of religiosity, spirituality, and individual character in the work context. The implications of this research include the importance of organizations promoting an inclusive work climate and respecting the diversity of individual beliefs, as well as providing space for individuals to express their religious or spiritual values in a positive way and in line with universal ethical and moral principles.

Abstract

The government is obliged to provide the best educational services for the younger generation in order to create superior quality human resources as regulated by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning National Higher Education. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology established the Independent Campus Orbit Future Academy (OFA) program which is an institution that is a pioneer in developing adaptive and innovative learning models. There are two main dimensions carried out by OFA to commit to improving the quality of life, namely providing special skills learning and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Skills development at OFA aims to solve complex problems in the context of retail inventory management. Therefore, this study will discuss further the implementation of AI in retail inventory management with computer vision carried out at OFA. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and research carried out directly at Orbit Future Academy. Data were analyzed using library research techniques. The findings show that the application and modeling of AI systems can be applied in retail inventory management through Python programming. The existence of AI can be applied in developing applications that have a real impact on the business sector and solving retail investment problems. Specifically, Computer Vision was developed as a smart and efficient solution for managing inventory. The resulting technology is a system that can see and recognize products automatically from visual images, minimize slow stock updates, optimize operational efficiency and reduce human error. Thus, overall the application of AI through Computer Vision in OFA can be an innovative solution developed as the latest technology to improve retail inventory.
