Abstract

Berdasarakan permasalahan yang dilatarbelakanginya penelitian yang ditemukan di kelas IX B di SLB Perwari Padang yaitu melihat dari proses pembelajaran keterampilan. Melihat dari hasil nilai yang di dapatkan oleh siswa masih rendah ketikan membuat lampu hias dari stik es krim, siswa membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk menyelesaikan pembelajaran keterampilan membuat lampu hias. Tujuan dari melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah dengan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membuat bagi anak tunarungu. Mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran meningkatkatkan keterampilan membuat Lampu Hias Dari Stik Es Krim Melalui Metode Demonstrasi Bagi Anak Tunarungu Kelas IX B di SLB Perwari Padang. Penelitian dilaksanakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian yang diteliti adalah guru dan siswa dua orang. Dilaksanakan penelitian dengan dua siklus, dalam setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat kali pertemuan yang dilaksanakan dengan berkolaborasi antara guru kelas dan peneliti. Hasil penelitian peningkatan proses pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang diberikan terhadap siswa dapat dilihat pada kondisi awal siswa memperoleh hasil nilai yang rendah 38,7% dan 38,3% dan dilihat dari perolehan nilai yang didapat pada siklus I 64,5% dan 64,5%. Pertemuan pada siklus satu masih belum meningkat dilanjutkan dengan siklus II. Siklus dua nilai diperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,3% dan 95%. Kesimpulan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membuat lampu hias dari stik es krim melalui metode demostrasi bagi anak tunarungu kelas IX B di SLB Perwari Padang dapat meningkat

Abstract

This study aims to identify and obtain information on the implementation of E-learning ang the constrains of online teaching and learning process at home due to the existence of a pandemic covid-19. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative case study method that is used tonobtain information related to the constraints and consequances resulting from the pandemic covid19 on theaching and learning activities in several schools in Medan City. In this study, respondens who ware asked to conduct interview ware as many as 5 teacher in several schools in Medan City. For confidentiality purposes, respondents are given the initials R1,R2,R3,R4 and R5. This research uses interview method through social media by asking a number of questions which are arranged to be developed based on related literature. The results of this study are hare, are some obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities, namely the mastery of technology is still lacking, additiona internet quota costs increase, there is assisting children learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents are reduced and working hours become unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other techers and school principals. And from the negative side also causes children to be too spoiled with gadgets so that social values and behavior are less affective because the religious theaching process that has been given is not optimally carried out. Abstract

The main competence required by teachers is the competence of assessment and decision making (judgment and decision making), which is defined as the ability to draw conclusions about the situation at hand and the ability to make decisions under any conditions, including when under pressure. This ability must be possessed by every individual including the teacher because the condition under pressure or often called stress has become an inseparable part of life. Stress can make someone who experiences it think and try hard in solving a problem or challenge in life as a form of adaptation response to stay afloat. But it also becomes a big problem for teachers because it can affect health and achievement and can have adverse effects on their students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the direct and indirect influence between organizational culture, work motivation on the performance of lecturers through accounting faculty job satisfaction throughout bojonegoro residence. The population in this study is the whole Lecturer in Accounting at the University Bojonegoro residence. While the sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis used in this study is Part Analysis Method, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on calculations indicate that variable of organizational culture on job satisfaction is significant. Based on the calculation results show that the variables of work motivation on job satisfaction is significant. Job satisfaction as be intervening variables between organizational culture with the performance of lecturer. Job satisfaction as be an intervening variable between motivation to work on the performance of the lecturer. Based on the test results showed that the variables of job satisfaction on the performance of the lecturer is significant. Adjusted R square of 0.543 indicates that 54.3 percent of the variance explained by the performance of the lecturer is the independent variable and intervening variables in the regression equation. While 45.7 percent is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Okra pudding is one of the dessert foods prepared from agar ingredients. Making okra as a pudding is expected to have more vitamin content than pudding in general. This study aims to determine the effect of different soaking time and agar concentration on crude fiber content, total sugar and organoleptic quality of okra pudding (Abelmoschus esculentus). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors, namely immersion time of okra (2, 3 and 4 hours) and agar concentration (2, 3 and 4%) each treatment was repeated 3 times. Determination of the best treatment of all research parameters was carried out using the effectiveness test. The results of the study showed that different lengths of fertilization and concentration had a significant effect on crude fiber content, total sugar and organoleptic quality.

Abstract

Natural phenomena formed on earth such as the formation of mountains can be used as a means for humans to always think and increase curiosity. In the world of education, natural phenomena can be used as a medium for learning. This study aims to analyze and study the legend of Gunung Wurung as a teaching material based on local wisdom and strengthening the character education in elementary school. The legend of Gunung Wurung is one of the folklore located Karangsambung area, Kebumen, Central Java. This research is a descriptive research. The research data was obtained from the results of observations and interviews with residents around the Karangsambung area and the results of the teacher perception questionnaire SDN 02 Kuwayuhan. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The legend of Gunung Wurung turned out to be less well known to residents around the Karangsambung area; 2) The legend of Gunung Wurung can be used as an alternative material in thematic learning in elementary schools based on local wisdom; 2) Character education values in the legend of Gunung Wurung include religious character, respect and obedience, cooperation, hard work, social care, patience, and commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of students' cooperative skills in entrepreneurial learning. This research approach is a qualitative approach and type of descriptive research. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of Brecong State Elementary School 2 Academic Year 2019/2020. The object of this study is the ability of students to collaborate in learning entrepreneurship. Data analysis was performed using descriptive techniques and existing data in the form of qualitative data from the observation sheets and student questionnaires, which were then described. The results showed that overall the ability of students to collaborate in learning entrepreneurship with "good" criteria with a percentage of 82.75% using the group discussion method. This can be seen from observations that show that students are able to participate in groups, interact face-to-face with their groups, accept responsibility, conduct deliberations, and help each other group members.

Abstract

This article reviews the results of a descriptive analytical study of the career decision making profile of guidance and counseling students at IKIP Siliwangi by applying the career decision difficulty questionnaire from Itamar Gati et al. The subjects in this study were 170 students. The results of this study are to examine the students’ difficulties in making career decisions related to: (1). lack of knowledge about the steps involved in the career decision making process; (2). lack of information about self (3). lack of information about the type of work; (4). lack of information about how to obtain additional information. The data obtained are tabulated and analyzed to get the results of the statistical description. The result of data analysis found that the level of students difficultues in making career decision categorized moderate.  The statistical test on differences of difficulty of career decision making based on gender showed that male students are more difficult in making career decisions.

Abstract

 Language is a communication tool used by speakers in everyday life. Language skills are needed for good interaction and the information exchange process. Therefore, language has been taught to children since birth and will develop according to their age and growth. Pshycologically, new children can say a word at the age of 2-3 years old. The tendency of language error that the children, who are 2-3 years old did, is an error in the field of phonology which is the children still difficult to pronounce one word perfectly. In addition, the children were often changed the phonemes of word, thus produce a different utterance from as well as it should have but still have the same meaning. The aim of study is to determine the level of children’s ability who are 2 years old in pronouncing a word perfectly. The research method used a descriptive qualitative method with the purpose is to describe with clearly and objectly the object of study. There are two children who became the object of this study, Arfa and Aimar, who are still two years old. The data collection was conduct by the researchers  as the main instrument that show the picture of animals to the children, then the children said it. The results of analysis shows that the much phonological error are the replacement an ellipsis/omission of phonemes. Therefore, there is a change in the sound of words that should be pronounced. Thus, in order to the acquistion of the children’s language more maximal, by training it in order to be better in spoken and a good guidance and stimulus by parent are needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil siswa Cerdas Istimewa Bakat Istimewa (CIBI) kelas XI dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Pengambilan keputusan karier ini mengambil aspek pegetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Siswa Cerdas Istimewa bakat Istimewa dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan IQ >125 dan berbakat  sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi yang  dilakukan pada subjek penelitian yaitu siswa CIBI kelas XI sebanyak 45 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket pengambilan keputusan karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa dengan kategori pengambilan keputusan karier rendah 6 siswa atau 13%, 34 siswa atau 76%  dengan pengambilan keputusan sedang dan 5 siswa atau 11% dengan kategori tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa cerdas dengan bakat istimewa membutuhkan layanan bimbingan karier untuk dapat mengambil keputusan kariernya secara tepat sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya.Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan Karier, Siswa Cerdas Istimewa Bakat Istimewa (CIBI).
