Abstract

In an industry, information takes important role in every aspect involving industrial management. Inaccuracies will not only slowdown production process but also causes inefficiency in other processes. Research is conducted on supply chain performance indicators, namely product inventory level and order backlog. There are three major processes in PT Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang, a company specializing in leather industry. These processes are Beam House Process, Retaining Process and Finishing Process. Indicator measurement for the three steps uses application of dynamic system simulation by using Based Model Order Information Sharing and Demand Sharing to understand the underlying structure that generates inventory fluctuations and order backlog size. Based on the evaluation of the system, the demand sharing model is proven to be more stable compared to the based model.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Dashboard manajemen limbah industri di Badan Lingkungan Hidup kabupaten Magelang merupakan sistem untuk membantu Badan Lingkungan Hidup untuk menampung data-data limbah industri dan melaporkan kepada pemerintah pusat. Pada saat ini Badan Lingkungan Hidup masih menggunakan sistem manual manaement limbah industri yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pembuatan laporan dari industri ke Badan Lingkungan Hidup dan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup ke provinsi. Tujuan penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi dashboard untuk memberikan informasi manajemen limbah industri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Badan Lingkungan Hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dashboard yang berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi secara menyeluruh yang berbentuk grafik dan untuk memperbandingkan hasil limbah per tahunnya. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sistem informasi dashboard dapat memberikan data tentang manajemen limbah industri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Badan Lingkungan Hidup dan industri.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Dashboard manajemen limbah industri di Badan Lingkungan Hidup kabupaten Magelang merupakan sistem untuk membantu Badan Lingkungan Hidup untuk menampung data-data limbah industri dan melaporkan kepada pemerintah pusat. Pada saat ini Badan Lingkungan Hidup masih menggunakan sistem manual manaement limbah industri yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pembuatan laporan dari industri ke Badan Lingkungan Hidup dan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup ke provinsi. Tujuan penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi dashboard untuk memberikan informasi manajemen limbah industri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Badan Lingkungan Hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dashboard yang berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi secara menyeluruh yang berbentuk grafik dan untuk memperbandingkan hasil limbah per tahunnya. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sistem informasi dashboard dapat memberikan data tentang manajemen limbah industri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Badan Lingkungan Hidup dan industri.

Abstract

 Dalam sebuah industri, informasi mengambil peran penting dalam setiap aspek yang melibatkan manajemen industri. Informasi yang tidak akurat akan asupan produksi perlambatan dan pengaturan couse tidak sempurna. Supply chain adalah rantai baik secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dapat diterima formulir hulu hingga hilir dan itu adalah bentuk terbesar informasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada indikator kinerja supply chain, adalah produk tingkat persediaan dan order backlog. Dalam analisa indikator, ada beberapa langkah asupan di PT industri kulit. Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang yang Beam House asupan, Retainning asupan dan Finishing asupan. Indikator pengukuran untuk langkah tiga menggunakan aplikasi simulasi sistem dinamik dengan menggunakan Berbasis Model Berbagi Informasi dan Berbagi Informasi Model demmand. Output implikasi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perilaku persediaan dan pesanan backlog houbig PT. Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang. Penerapan simulasi di tingkat persediaan produk dan backlog indikator agar memberi hasil perilaku persediaan kenaikan atau penurunan antara Berdasarkan Model dan demmand Berbagi Model. Order backlog penurunan juga invluenced dengan persediaan, untuk Permintaan Berbagi cenderung stabil, dan dapat menurunkan tingkat backlog order yang menunjukkan besar dalam asupan industri kulit di PT. Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang. Kata kunci: Supply Chain, Dinamic Sistem, Produk Level Inventory, Order BacklogIn an industrial, information takes important role in every aspect involving industrial management. Supply chain is a good chain quantitatively and qualitatively which can be accepted form upstream to downstream and it is the biggest form of information. The research done on performance indicator of supply chain, it is product inventory level and order backlog. In analizing the indicator, there are some procces step in leather industri PT. Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang that are Beam House Procces, Retainning Procces and Finishing Procces. Indicator measurement for the three step uses application of dynamic system simulation by using Based Model Information Sharing and Demmand Model Information Sharing. Output of this implication is done to know inventory behaviour and houbig order backlog of PT. Lembah Tidar Jaya Magelang. The application of the simulation in indicator product inventory level and order backlog gives the result of inventory behaviour increasing and decreasing between Based Model and Demmand Sharing Model. The decreasing order backlog is also invluenced by inventory, for Demand Sharing tends to be stable, and it can decrease order backlog level which is show big in procces of leather industri in PT. Abstract

Library systems of Muhammadiyah University of Magelang still uses manual way for the borrowing, renewals and returns processes, so it takes a long time to get information needed. Therefore, it needs adequate library information system for the automatic borrowing, repayment, and borrowing requests processes which produces information quickly and accurately. This research aimed to design an online Self service information system for procces in the library of Muhammadiyah University of Magelang. This system uses the online Self service for the book reservation and book extension process. Self service on this study is in the transaction book service, because the system is able to record borrowing transaction data automatically after the lending process is completed. Thus it is not necessary to input the data manually by officers transaction. This research is able to make a reservation and extension system of books online. In addition the borrowing transactions will be automatically recorded if the user uses the system. The conclusions obtained from this study is the borrower will be easier to borrow and renew online. In addition, the system can also allow officers to keep the records of transactions and to monitor the books on library Muhammadiyah University of Magelang

Abstract

Saat ini minat baca anak-anak dan masyarakat desa masih tergolong rendah. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Terpadu, Universtias Muhammadiyah Magelang ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perpustakaan “Negeri Dongeng” Bahrul Ulum Desa Giyanti untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak dan masyarakat desa melalui program mendongeng dan program redesain perpustakaan. Metode pengabdian penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mendongeng bersama, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anak-anak, masyarakat dan pengurus perpustakaan desa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa melalui program-program unggulan, diantaranya redesain perpustakaan, mendongeng, serta pelatihan pembukuan komputerisasi bagi pengurus perpustakaan tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan minat baca serta meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak–anak desa dan masyarakat secara signifikan, namun juga menciptakan wajah baru perpustakaan “Negeri Dongeng” yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Diharapkan bahwa program ini dapat mewujudkan masyarakat melek ilmu pengetahuan melalui peningkatan literasi anak dan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Community Polling Activities in 2019 focus on the theme of smart city. The purpose of this activity is to obtain studies and recommendations on the results of research and studies as material for policy making. The purpose of this activity is to find out people's perceptions about the application of smart city in Magelang Municipality. The method used in this activity is direct observation to the people of Magelang Municipality, namely through interviews and semi-open questionnaires, using google form as a means of collecting respondent data. The results of the poll showed that the majority of respondents thought that the problems in the Magelang Muncipality could be overcome by utilizing information technology applications. This shows that the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) is a must to help the application of smart city. There are several problems identified in Magelang Municipality, namely: Public Transportation; Parking; Information on City Government Events/Activities; Licensin/Legality; Urban planning; University Information; Cleanliness of Public Facilities; Tourism spot; Hotel/Lodging; City/Disaster Security; Health, Environmental Sanitation; and Human Resources (HR)/Job Vacancy Information. The main problem that is desired to be overcome is public transportation (99.78%). The conclusion from the implementation of this activity is that public services in the Magelang Municipality are complete and numerous, but they have not been able to provide maximum services because they have not been integrated between the Regional Device Organization, making coordination difficult, almost all problems in the Magelang Municipality are considered to be resolved with the help of IT. Recommendations that can be followed up by the Magelang Municipality Government are the socialization to the people of Magelang Municipality for the introduction and development of smart cities, making a big data development scheme, and the introduction of the "Magelang Cerdas" application to the community as well as an appeal to enter personal data in the application (for example mobile number and NIK) for the development of big data.

Abstract

Sister city is a formal understanding agreement made between two cities, which have something in common, which is set forth in a memorandum of understanding, to establish cooperation in various fields. Judging from past history, demographic conditions, social culture, and economic performance, Magelang Municipality and Breda Municipality have many similarities, namely as a City of Military Education, City of Students and Culture, City of Industry and City of Services. This similarity raises the potential for cooperation in the sister city program with the main objective of sustainable development of human, economic, socio-cultural and environmental resources. To achieve these objectives, there are 5 (five) priority programs proposed, namely urban planning, management and construction, vocational education in tourism, water and renewable energy engineering, promotion of cities and regions, and military education cooperation. Some strategic steps, starting from planning and implementation, and the control mechanism and sister city scheme are proposed in this paper as consideration for Magelang Municipality in implementing the program.

Abstract

The development of toll road and airport transportation infrastructure is considered to have a strategic role in efforts to improve the local economy. The Magelang Municipality area is a strategic place in the construction of the Bawen-Yogyakarta toll road infrastructure and the construction of the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). The construction of a toll road with a toll exit located in the city of Magelang and the presence of an airport whose area is adjacent to Magelang Municipality opens up opportunities for the people of Magelang Municipality to get direct and indirect impacts that can improve welfare. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Magelang Municipality government in dealing with the infrastructure development of the Bawen-Yogyakarta toll road and Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) so that it can have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Magelang Municipality. This study resulted in recommendations, namely: the need for a grand design of exit toll development that accommodates the interests of the community, initiation of the Community-Based Economic Development (CBED) program to empower the community by forming several cluster centers or MSME villages, as well as increasing the role of ABGC (Academic, Business-Governmental). – community).

Abstract

Currently the condition of Magelang Muncipality is said to be a "waste emergency" considering the rate of waste production (waste volume) which continues to increase every year is inversely proportional to the rate of waste reduction programs and the decreasing capacity of TPSA. At the upstream level, various waste reduction program efforts have been carried out by the Magelang Municipality Government, including the Waste Bank program, Organic Village, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Waste Disposal Sites (TPS3R), and Integrated Waste Processing Sites (TPST) which have been carried out since 2012 was only able to reduce waste generation by 9.3% of the total waste generated. The main problem of waste management in Magelang Municipality lies in limited land. Therefore, it is necessary to study the efforts that will be developed as far as possible that do not require a large area of ​​land but can produce optimal waste management. In addition, these efforts involve various parties, especially those that focus on community empowerment. This research uses desk research method. The results of the study explain that waste management is not only the duty and responsibility of the Regional Government but also the duty and responsibility of the community. The role of various parties, including local governments, stakeholders, and most importantly the community, is the largest producer of waste. Hereinafter known as community-based waste management or Community Based Solid Waste Management (CBSMW). CBSMW is a waste management system that is planned, compiled, operated, managed, and owned by the community. The goal is to create community independence in maintaining environmental cleanliness through environmentally friendly waste management. The principles of CBSMW are community participation, independence, efficiency, environmental protection, and integration.
