Abstract

In the context of commercialization, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an effort to build a positive image of the company through the role of Public Relations in the publication of CSR programs. One form of CSR program implementation carried out by PT Aqua Danone is WASH (Water Access, Sanitation and Hygine). This study aims to analyze the role of PR with the four - step method and the 3P concept in CSR . The qualitative method used in this research is through a descriptive approach. The research data obtained are documentary secondary data conducted by researchers on the website and social media of PT Aqua Danone, as well as interviews with the mass media. Data acquisition technology utilizes library research and observations on the Danone website and online news. As a result, the fact on the ground is that the need for clean water sanitation is very high in 18 districts, especially in watersheds (DAS) and post-disaster. Planning and programs are carried out in a participatory manner with the government, NGO partners and the community. Action and Communication is carried out with various parties and the media. The evaluation was carried out using the 3 P (Planet, People, Profit) concept, namely 120,000 beneficiaries, Badung, Bali and Kupang regencies, NTT received the title of Village Free of Open Defecation, and PT Aqua Danone earned a stable net income. This enhances a positive image for PT Aqua Danone so that it gets awards from the central and local governments

Abstract

This study uses critical discourse analysis method that aims to reveal the meaningof Indonesian keynthones in Tjokroaminoto Guru Bangsa film. The results showthat the representation of meaning at Indonesian level at the text level is arepresentation of the dominance of ethnic or racial tribes of Europe and Arabiaand subordinan tribes or races of Javanese, Chinese, Sundanese and do not havecitizenship. At the messo level the purpose of the film production system is thegoal of Tjokroaminoto's historical reconstruction based on the spirit of Islam asthe basis for the struggle. At the macro level shows the construction of nationalleadership is a rational effort in order to fulfill party politics based on the spirit ofkeindonesiaan. Keindonesiaan is the essence of the teachings of cultural Islamthat upholds human values in order to realize the concept of hijra or civil societyin Indonesia.

Abstract

Ketua program studi adalah seseorang yang dipercaya bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan program kerja Program Studi melalui metode kepemimpinan yang spesifik agar visi, tujuan, dan sasaran program kerja Universitas dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan bersama. Dalam situasi pandemi ketua program studi dituntut memimpin secara efektif untuk dapat menyelesaikann masalah yang terjadi selama pandemi. Penelitian ini melihat efektifitas kepemimpinan ketua program studi Teknik Informatika dalam masa kerja work from home sesuai dengan teori lima ciri kepemimpinan yang efektif menurut peter duncker dengan metode kualitatif terhapad subject dan juga object topic. Hasil dari penelitian ini ketua program studi cukup efektif dengan model kepimpinan yang dilakukan. Dengan memenuhi kelima kriteria ciri kepempinan yang efektif.

Abstract

Kanal YouTube ‘Bamsoet Channel’ milik Bambang Soesatyo merupakan sebuah terobosan dalam sejarah kepemimpinan MPR-RI untuk menjalankan visi dan misi organisasi. Perbedaan generasi akan berimbas pada perbedaan gaya komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran mengenai gaya komunikasi yang diterapkan Ketua MPR-RI periode 2019-2024, Bambang Soesatyo dalam YouTube Podcast ‘Ngompol’ (Ngomong Politik). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualititatif dengan pendekatan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Konsep yang digunakan adalah Communicator Style Measure(CSM) dari Robert W. Norton, kemudian Tipe komunikasi pemimpin dari Tubbs & Moss. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan gambaran gaya komunikasi Bambang Soesatyo di video podcast ‘Ngompol’ (Ngomong Politik) dalam kanal YouTube  ‘Bamsoet Channel’, ditemukan enam gaya komunikasi Bambang Soesatyo yaitu Impression Leaving, Open, Friendly, Relaxed, Dramatic, dan Attentive, dengan tipe komunikasi equalitarian untuk mengatasi perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi.

Abstract

Pentingnya berkomunikasi terlihat dari perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi yang semakin inovatif. Dalam mengatasi persoalan waktu dalam berkomunikasi, kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dapat menghapuskan batas-batas geografis atau wilayah. Munculnya alat-alat elektronik dengan sistem terkini menyebabkan teknologi komunikasi berkembang dengan pesat, contohnya adalah perkembangan ponsel pintar dan teknologi internet yang memudahkan orang dalam melakukan komunikasi tanpa dibatasi jarak dan waktu. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi juga diikuti oleh kehadiran berbagai platform aplikasi obrolan yang banyak digunakan oleh individu, kelompok, maupun organisasi sebagai media komunikasi. Salah satu aplikasi obrolan yang menjadi favorit banyak orang dan digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi serta berinteraksi oleh masyarakat, tidak terkecuali organisasi, adalah WhatsApp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi komunikasi dalam organisasi dalam grup obrolan WhatsApp Civitas Academica Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi partisipatif terhadap grup obrolan WhatsApp Civitas Academica Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Pancasila, wawancara kepada 5 informan yang berada dalam grup obrolan WhatsApp Civitas Academica Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi komunikasi dalam organisasi melalui grup obrolan WhatsApp Civitas Academica Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Pancasila terdiri dari 4 fungsi komunikasi, yaitu: fungsi informatif, fungsi regulatif, fungsi persuasif dan fungsi integratif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan perintah, instruksi pekerjaan, dan laporan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 ( Covid-19) telah menimbulkan berbagai krisis di Indonesia. Bahkan kini, beberapa negara tengah mengalami gelombang ketiga pandemi covid-19 dimana angka persebaran dan keterjangkitannya masih sangat tinggi. Pemerintah telah mencanangkan dan menggalakan pelaksanaan program vaksinasi Covid-19 sebagai salah satu langkah untuk mengakhiri pandemi covid-19. Agar program vaksinasi ini dapat berjalan sukses dan mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, tentunya diperlukan strategi komunikasi publik yang bisa diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Banyaknya pemahaman yang keliru tentang vaksin covid-19, berbagai pro-kontra di masyarakat dan juga banyaknya informasi palsu (Hoax) terkait vaksin covid-19 merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mmenganalisis strategi komunikasi publik yang di terapkan oleh Humas Kemenkes RI dalam upaya membangun partisipasi dan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berperan serta aktif pada program vaksinasi covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskritif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Humas Kemenkes dalam upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk ikut program vaksin ini adalah dengan memberikan informasi dan edukasi melalui kampanye vaksin dengan menggunakan strategi komunikasi publik melalui berbagai media dan melibatkan penggerakan/pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kolaborasi pentahelix. Kampanye vaksin ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai media (baik media berbayar, media milik sendiri ataupun media gratis yang diperoleh dari hasil kerjasama dengan berbagai elemen). Humas Kemenkes menggunakan model SOSTAC untuk menyusun strategi komunikasi, yaitu melalui tahapan situasi analisis, objevtive, strategi, taktik, aksi dan controlling. Melalui tahapan tersebut, maka strategi komunikasi bisa lebih terarah dan dilakukan secara optimal. dan penanganan berita hoax juga di gencarkan untuk menangkis isu negative tentang vaksin sehingga masyarakat memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang vaksin.

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is a Bank that conducts business activities conventionally or based on sharia principles, which in its activities does not provide services in payment traffic, BPR activities are much narrower when compared to the activities of commercial banks because BPR is prohibited from receiving current deposit, foreign exchange activities, and insurance. The number of People's Credit Banks (BPR) is now making competition more intense and vying for the best rating in the eyes of the public, especially PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta. Therefore, a good anlisis strategy is needed by each bank to increase profit and have good quality. This study aims to determine the role of Account Officers in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhan in the midst of the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which describes the overall role of the Account Officer at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta. The results of the study indicate that customer needs can be met properly until customers are satisfied with their services so that customer loyalty occurs so that BPR does not lose customers causing substantial losses or loss of income as well as utilizing digital technology to facilitate customer needs. The purpose of all of this is of course to maintain financial system stability, so that the interests of the community and the interests of the national economy are maintained, especially in the banking world.

Abstract

The Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association or IPNU is an organization that accommodates students under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulma to form youth in accordance with the Islamic faith. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all human activities changed, including the organizational activities of IPNU South Jakarta. The health protocols required by the government are different from those that were used before the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze how the organizational communication process occurred at IPNU South Jakarta after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research theory is organization communication. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection and literature study. The results showed that there were significant changes in the IPNU South Jakarta organization after the covid-19 pandemic. Communication is carried out online, the use of social media is maximized, soft skills development is carried out online, and visits to outside the region are temporarily suspended. These changes can be handled properly because of good communication management at IPNU South Jakarta so that the planned work program can run optimally.Keywords: IPNU, Covid-19, Organization communication, organizational communication

Abstract

This study raises the topic of Hindu pghilosophy contained in the Wonderland Indonesia 2 video by Alffy Rev. The method is narrative analysis with secondary text data in the form of videos on the youtube channel. The results show the: the prologue narration describes the historical symbol constructs the were excavated in the garuda mythology, the Majapahit symbol and depict the under or dark culture of the dragon and the light culture of the garuda. The content narration describes the relationship between the historicity of the mythological wolrd of garuda, Majapahit and national values combined with traditionl art of folk songs and supporting costume elements between various dimensions of banality. The element of banality constructed by the text produser describes a narrative about the integration and unification of the dimensions of nature, creation manajement and idependence after destruction in the trisula philosophy wich is integrated in Hindu culture and teachings. In the final naarative, it is described how the relationship between history and the younger generation of Indonesia is as a form of reconstruction of the values struggle and multiculturalism as a reading of the history of mythology, the history of Majapahit, the history of the independence of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

This research is about Wonderland Indonesia 1 and 2videos which focus on the continuity of the narrative on the sign in the video. The method used in this research is narrative analysis which is formulated on five narrative elements. The results of the study illustrate, the equilibrium narrative is indicated by the dark world of Antaboga, the distruption narrative is indicated by the emergence of Garuda and Surya Majapahit as the world of awakening, the recognition distruption narrative is indicated by the apprearance of Dewi Winata as a description of the world of consciousness, the attempt to repair the distruption narrative is indicated by the trident as an illustration of the creation, maintenance and dissolution of the universe, the reinstatement of the equilibrium narrative is marked by Garuda as a decipction of the story freedom and independence.
