Abstract

Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) constitutes a violation of childrens rights. Violations committed by placing children as sexual commodities for the benefit of some parties. The commercial sexual exploitation of children has negative impacts which are in the form of physical, psychological and negative stigma in society. In dealing with the risk of violence, children as unstable souls human being need companion so that is why The Institute for Child Advocacy (LAdA) as the NGOs that have been concerned with the issue of various exploitation of children have a specific strategy in assisting child victims of commercial sexual exploitation. This research aims to clarify the role of Children Advocacy Institute (LAdA) in assisting child victims of commercial sexual exploitation in Bandar Lampung. This research was qualitative research and process of determining the informants based on purposively technique chosen. The method of data collection was conducted using interviews and documentation. The data analysis was done by data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on the research conducted, the obtained results of the study, there are two forms of assistance made by LAdA, the assessment or litigation (law) which is based on Law no. 23 of 2002 Section 83, about Protection of Children and Non-litigation counseling in the form of psychological and sociological done continuously to provide reinforcement to both the victim and the victims family as well as the provisioning of education that aims to leave the profession CSEC victims as perpetrators of child prostitution and have a better future.Keywords: Commercial sexual, exploitation, role

Abstract

This research is intended to explain the system of formal education in Pondok Pesantren Babul Hikmah Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan which includes education curriculum and methods of instruction applied in the process of learning. Type of research used in this research is qualitative with a method of collecting data observation and interview depth. Technical data analysis conducted by ways reduction of data, display data, and conclusion. From the research showed that Pondok Pesantren Babul Hikmah the lesson from implemented the system of formal education that is divided at the level of MI, MTs, and SMAIT. Education curriculum applied namely: curriculum national education, curriculum  the ministry of religion, and curriculum pesantren. The reason the implementation of the curriculum in the region to meet the needs of people are going to the science of religion and science of general. The application of this integrated curriculum is implemented in classes at the formal school. Curriculum Diknas, Depag or pesantren having rations number of hours learn the same in school formal, exception when is outside school hours formal there are extra hours specifically to curriculum pesantren. An impediment in the implementation of this script low-self quality and quantity of human resources for teachers, the lack of a facility education, and the absence of selection for a candidate santri, so that an impact on the level of seriousness santri in learning. The method of learning that applied is: a method of lectures, a method of rote, methods of discussion, and methods of the assignment as well as program bashul kitab. Bashul kitab is the program evaluation shaped scientific work to dissect kitab in order to assess the ability and understanding santri against learning. An impediment in the learning process of learning, namely a lack of facilities santri, the condition that is not conducive and absence teacher in the process of learning.Keywords: Education system, pondok pesantren

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the National Employment and Training in motivating the employees to the Employment and Training Agency for discipline in work. What research is Employment and Training Agency Pesawaran District. Source of data obtained through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the role of Personnel and Training Agency in an effort to motivate employees to discipline the work are (1) a program of administrative services, (2) program to improve facilities and infrastructure apparatus, (3) quality improvement program personnel resources, (4) Program coaching and personnel development. The program motivates done as a follow-up to motivate employees to discipline. Factor supporting the existence of sufficient funds from the government and support from local government agencies as well as the desire of the employees own self. Inhibiting factor is the lack of infrastructure, the lack of data from year to year employee.Keywords: Work, motivation, employee, discipline
