Abstract

Moral degradation is getting widerspread in Indonesia. Polite, friendly, and religious manners have been displaced as the effects of modern lifestyle. Hence, moral values is very important to be developed from the early ages. This paper is an outlook to address moral education on children based on research. The research methods used are observation, mentoring and questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted by describing the results of observation during the mentoring and calculating the results of questionnaire with spss 15.0. Mentoring is conducted by building the habit of using positive language in class through 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The development of moral education of the students can be seen from the results of the questionnaire: pre-test conducted before mentoring and post test conducted after mentoring. The researh result shows that pre-test featured 46 % and post-test was 54%. It means that there is an increase of 8 % on mentoring. Therefore, it can be concluded that positive language that often used or listened by the students will influence their ways of thinking that finally will build the students’ character.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of the principal's leadership in improving teacher professionalism. In this regard, this study aims to determine the leadership of the principal in increasing teacher professionalism at SD IT Ulul Albab 01 Purworejo. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation, and data validity uses triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study resulted in the following conclusions. (1) The principal has Interpersonal Roles in increasing teacher professionalism at the Ulul Albab 01 Islamic Elementary School, Purworejo. This is evident from the school principal who carries out the role of figurehead, leadership, and liaison; (2) The principal has Informational Roles in increasing teacher professionalism at Ulul Albab 01 Islamic Elementary School, Purworejo. This is evident from the school principal who carries out the role of monitor/supervisor, disseminator, and rapporteur; (3) Principals have Decisional Roles in increasing teacher professionalism at the Ulul Albab 01 Islamic Elementary School, Purworejo. This is evident from the school principal who carries out the role of entrepreneur, disturbance-handler, a negotiator role, and a resource allocator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sharia mutual fund performance approaches from the effect of Foreign Ownership and Investment Ability. This research was conducted at equity mutual fund companies listed in Financial Services Ototitas (OJK) for the period 2018-2019. This study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 33 equity mutual funds. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source is in the form of company annual financial reports. The data analysis tools used were descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that Foreign Ownership has a not significant effect on and Investment Ability has a positive and insignificant effect on Mutual Fund Performance.
