This paper investigates the dynamics of sompa and duiâ€™ menreâ€™ in wedding traditions of Bugis society in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi. Sompa in Bugis society is giving money or property to the wife that becomes the pillar and the legal requirement in the wedding traditions. Then, duiâ€™ menreâ€™ is the money from the groom that must be dedicated to the brideâ€™s family as the budget for the wedding procession. The high value of sompa and duiâ€™ menreâ€™ in Bugis wedding tradition is determined by the social status of the bride and her parents that consists of nobility, wealth, higher education and her beauty. In terms of Maqasid al-Sharia perspective, duiâ€™ menreâ€™ has a mashlah}at â€™ sides that can motivate the youths to work hard to have income and as the symbols of noble position for the woman. However, that tradition also leads some mudharat sides; for examples, many men failed to marry; there is a tendency for sirri marriage (unregistered marriage), they do eloping and they tend to delay the age of marriage (preferring to be celibacy or spinster).

Dewasa ini tindak pidana penganiayaan sudah teramat sering kita dengar atau kita lihat di berita-berita kriminal atau mungkin ada di antara kita yang sudah pernah menjadi korban. Bahkan tidak sedikit tindak pidana penganiayaan yang menyebabkan hilangnya nyawa orang lain. Untuk itu dalam mewujudkan ketentraman dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, setidaknya hakim harus pintar dalam memutuskan hukuman yang dapat membuat pelaku penganiayaan jera. Sebab tindakan tegas dan ketelitian aparat penegak hukum untuk memberikan sanksi yang tegas bagi para pelaku kejahatan tindak pidana penganiayaan apalagi pada kasus-kasus penganiayaan berencana khususnya, sangat dibutuhkan sebagai penopang rasa keadilan didalam masyarakat, apalagi menganiaya itu berarti bisa saja menghilangkan hak dasar orang lainAdapun kegunaan dari penulisan ini adalah sebagi berikut : secara pribadi penulis selama mengerjakannya berguna sebagai proses pengalaman berharga dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dan menerapkan teori yang telah di peroleh dalam disiplin ilmu hukum, sekaligus hasil penulisan ini berguna sebagai bahan pustaka bagi penulis utamanya dapat digunakan dalam mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang hukum pidana. Diharapkan berguna sebagai informasi bagi kalangan mahasiswa, kalangan intelektual yang berminat untuk mempelajari, mengetahui, dan mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai proses hukum yang penulis kupas. Hasil penulisan ini diharapkan berguna sebagai bahan informasi sekaligus sumbangan pemikiran yang berisi saran-saran yang berguna bagi penyelesaian hukum tindak pidana penganiayaan. Culture is often the reason to create peace, order, order of coolness in society. Culture that will be meaningful and valuable, culture can serve as a source o behavioral determinants and aspiration of society, namely in political and law. Culture only as accessories when placed or be interpreted as a heritage without involving cultural awareness in legal elements for the manufacture of local regulation. Bugis was one tribe that owns and instill cultural values are very high in every movement, behaviour, actions and words. Accordingly the importance of culture became a major ingredient in the making of local regulations, including the town Parepare. Goverment should promote culture as one consideration local rulemaking.

One of the purpose of protection and maintanance maqasid al-shariah realize lineage (descent), protection lineage based maqasid al-shariah, Allah as the legislator has prescribed any marriage law, a law that can be able to organize ang arrange an orderly nasab and surely, determination maqasid al-shariah in a marriage that is not accounted for by consideration of the principles of benefit for the registrate to uphold justice and the rule of law; the marriage is not registrated that it is too possible to registrated without the necessary repeated marriage, so that the benefits of the more dynamic registration of marriage any one be discriminated againts, so can be easily children and wife get the protection of civil rights. Marriage if it is possible to registrate, but not registrated is actually obscure the values of justice and maslahat in maqasid al-shariah. Saveral regulatory laws that exist in the Republic of Indonesia, is no exception of UU RI No. 1 Tahun 1974 concerning marriage can be applied elasticly, reflecsibly and dynamicly, rather than the reserve applied in staticly, rigidly and descructively that people are not discriminated againts in realizing values of protection, justice and rule of law; children born in marriage unattended or not registrated not seen let alone considered child out of marriage, not in the block to get its civil rights, but the goverment as a law enforcement and legislatory enforcement make registrated that marriage is not registrated.

We know that the rule of law requires both citizens and governments to be subject to known and standing laws. The enforcement or supremacy of law also requires generality in the law. This principle is a further development of the principle of equality before the law. Laws should not be made in respect of particular persons. Those laws ought not to be too easily changeable. Stable laws are a prerequisite of the certainty and confidence which form an essential part of individual freedom and security. In this connexion, when the Geng of Motorcycle appeared, there are many problems of law in society. They canât feel their freedom, security and conducive situation. Therefore, we must give a big attention to solve the Geng of Motorcycle, so that in society the laws ought to be rooted in moral principles, which cannot be achieved if they are framed in too detailed a manner. The enforcement of law to the Geng of Motorcycle requires a definition of law to which the above principles may go some way. A failure to maintain the formal differences between these things must lead to a conception of law as nothing more than authorisation for power, rather than the guarantee of liberty, equally to all.The rule of law ensures that individuals have a secure area of autonomy and have settled expectations by having their rights and duties pre-established and enforced by law.

As generally, syarak is concist of two parts, the worship and muamalat. The part of worship has characteristic that can answer or give solve the problem is Allah and his prophet. Otherwise, the part of muamalat has characteristis that answer or solve is human. By the mapping of the two different dimensions, there is the formula of jurists who say that if the dimension of worship, basically canât apply the rules unless there is a law ordered it. Compare the dimension of muamalat that basically muamalat can apply the rules if there is a legitimate legal forbidden it.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan minat peneliti terhadap besarnya risiko pekerjaan sebagai anggota Brigade Mobil Polisi yang memiliki sejumlah tuntutan dan cenderung menyebabkan stres pada pekerjaan dan bahkan menyebabkan banyak masalah internal. Banyaknya tuntutan pekerjaan mengharuskan anggota Brimob untuk lebih meningkatkan religiusitas seperti menyerah dan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT untuk meminimalkan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat ukur pengumpulan data penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Brigade Mobil Polda Riau, dengan sampel 100 anggota anggota Brimob ditentukan dengan teknik sampling acak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi moment moment dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar (0,289) dengan signifikan (p) sebesar (0,003) (p <0,05). Jadi ditarik kesimpulan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, dengan arti ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara religiusitas dengan stres kerja pada anggota Brimob Polda Riau

Hadanah or parenting is something that can not be released in the context of marriage or family law of Islam. This paper discusses the care of children in the perspective of Islamic law. Parenting in marriage is not much of a problem and does not give rise to detailed rules, but parenting with divorced parents is arranged in detail. The conclusion of Islamic jurist shows that the woman or the mother is more entitled to the child to do hadanah.Hak women are associated with the childs age and the nature and character of parents.

This study focuses on integrating Bugis culture malebbi warekkadanna makkiade ampena in building the religious spirit of students. This qualitative research with sociological, anthropological, and religious approaches was applied using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation at IAIN Parepare. The results showed that the religious studies at IAIN Parepare as an extra activity apart from lectures could manifest the personality of having intelligence, depth of knowledge, and religious spirit as a student with good moral character. The integration of Bugis culture malebbi warekkadanna makkiade ampena with the religious studies transforms students into educated human beings with good moral character, loves religion and culture in the context of being able to speak and act politely.

The development of Badminton in Riau Province is developed compared to other islands. This is indicated by the achievements of Badminton athletes in Riau which are relatively minimal and rarely heard of achievement outside the region. So we need a Badminton training center that can accommodate all the activities of potential Badminton athletes in Riau. The design method that have been used was the results of the field survey, documentation, analysis of qualitative data and quantitative data. The design was designed according to the needs of badminton training that follows the standards. So it was expected to support athlete achievement. The Badminton training center in Riau will be planned in Sei. Pinang, Tambang Districts, Kampar Regency. Sei. Pinang selection because near to the capital of Riau Province, so it will be easily accessed because it is close to Bangkinang ? Pekanbaru Street and also the availability of vast land to develop. The design of theme was used a Contemporary Architecture which applied the Thimoty principle, and is in accordance with comparative studies of contemporary buildings in the last 10 years. The concept in this design was used Blow In Badminton, which included 5 types of punches into the design of buildings and areas. The results of the design of the Badminton Training Center were divided into zones consisting of training zones, dormitory zones, parking zones, and recreation zones.Keywords: Sei.
