Abstract

Radicalism and anarchism can be carried out by students who are studying at public or private universities, especially in Serang City, Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to examine and improve the religiosity of university students in Serang City in countering radicalism and anarchism. The research used a qualitative approach with phenomenology as a method. The results of this study conclude that the religiosity of students in Serang City can be improved in several ways; carrying out periodical Islamic studies, istighasah (praying), learning to read and write the Qur'an, commemorating Islamic holidays, reviewing Islamic books, I’tikaf (staying) and taking care of the mosque, and going a pilgrimage. The role of universities in countering radicalism and anarchism, meanwhile, is by assigning Islamic religious education lecturers to guide and control the students to follow those activities.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the work culture, job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT. Trijaya Medika Farma and motivation as moderator. Where the employee is still not maximum performance especially discipline and high attendance levels so the impact on production targets were not achieved. The population in this study a total of 287 employees, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the formula slovin the study sample as many as 74 employees. This research is quantitative descriptive, namely research on the data collected and expressed in terms of numbers, though also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such sentences are arranged in kuesioner. his research analysis tools using regression analysis statistical method. The result of the research shows that the work culture does not affect the employee's performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the employee's performance, the motivation does not succeed moderate the work culture with the employee's performance, the motivation to moderate between job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

Bontot Salminah yang merupakan salah satu kuliner khas Kota Serang. Seiring perkembangan jaman serta menghadapi era industri 5.0, Bontot Salminah masih saja memasarkan produknya secara offline. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan rasionalistik. Pengumpulan data didapat dari eksplorasi informasi dari berbagai sumber. startegi yang optimal untuk Bontot Salminah dalam menyongsong era industri 5.0, yaitu dengan menggunakan Sosial Media Marketing dan Toko Online. Kedua opsi tersebut dirasakan cukup melihat kondisi sekarang mengingat internal Bontot Salminah baik dari segi teknologi, SDM, serta modal menyesuaikan keuangan dari pengelola Bontot Salminah. pengembangan produk Bontot Salminah melakukan label dan kemasan yang menarik (baik dari nama, gambar, ukuran bontot dan desain kemasan) dengan baik. Pemasaran online oleh Bontot Salminah dilakukan melalui Jejaring Sosoal baik Facebook dan Instagram serta masuk ke market place toko online. Karena diyakini sangat efektif mendorong pemasaran. Serta dibuatkan testimoni baik gambar maupun video yang di upload via Youtube

Abstract

Khitan atau sunatan sudah sangat familier dan biasa kita dengar. Dibeberapa tempat, acara khitanan anak anak bahkan dijadikan acara hajatan. Namun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 46 merupakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa interaksi social masyarakat. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk penyampaian informasi tentang kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) Kelompok 46 di desa Banjarsari kecamatan Warung Gunung kabupaten Lebak, dari beberapa program kegiatan, KKM Kelompok 46 melaksanakan program pokok yaitu kegiatan Khitan Massal yang meliputi (1) partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan dan langkah evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program dan (2) capaian program kerja dan dampak kegiatan bagi masyarakat khususnya dampak manfaat bagi masyarakat desa Banjarsari. Dalam pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) STIE Bina Bangsa tahun 2017 oleh kelompok 46 menggunakan  metode Participatory Rural  Appraisal (PRA) dan metode pendekatan social kemasyarakatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Khitan Massal ini, diikuti oleh 10 (sepuluh) anak dari keluarga yang kurang mampu perwakilan setiap RT, yang berada di desa Banjarsari, dan berjalan lancar dari awal sampai akhir pelaksanaannya

Abstract

In the learning process it is very important to try to get students to think creatively in solving problems and engaging actively. This research is an experiment in the form of design pretest postest control group design. The subjects in this study were two classes of 62 grade VIII junior high school students. The instruments used are tests of creative reasoning skills and mathematical problem solving in the form of 5 essay questions and learning interest questionnaires. Analyze data using Gain test, Chi Square test and Contingency Coefficient. The results found that improved creative reasoning skills as well as the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students with Treffinger  learning were superior to regular learning. In addition, it was also found that the higher the student's learning interest the higher their creative reasoning skills and mathematical problem solving skills. Other findings include associations between students' learning interests, mathematical creative reasoning skills and students' mathematical problem-solving skills classified as moderate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan perbankan kenaikan bunga acun, kenaikan bunga kredit membuat bank menghadapi kenaikan rasio kredit bermasalah atau Non Perfoarming Loan (NPL). mengukur kemampuan manajemen bank dalam mengelola Net Interest margin (NIM) atau aktiva produktifnya  untuk menghasilkan pendapatan bunga bersih (Laba Bersih) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Perfoarming Loan (NPL) (X1) terhadap Laba Bersih (Y) pada sektor perbankan BUMN. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Interest Margin (NIM) (X2) terhadap Laba Bersih (Y) pada sektor perbankan BUMN. Untuk mengetahui Non Perfoarming Loan (NPL) (X1) dan Net Interest margin (NIM) (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Laba Bersih (Y) pada sektor perbankan BUMN. Metode ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh data dari data NPL data NIM data Laba Bersih pada sektor perbankan BUMN periode 2013-2019. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian Uji F dengan nilai Fhitung 3.012 < Ftabel 3.39 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,63 < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa variabel NPL dan NIM secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih pada sektor perbankan BUMN. Selain itu NPL diperoleh thitung = 1.719 dimana nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 2.059 dan signifikansi 0,098 dimana nilainya lebih besar dari 0,05 jadi NPL tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih. Sedangkan variabel NIM diperoleh thitung = 2.450 dimana nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2.059 dan signifikansi 0,022 dimana nilainya kurang dari 0,05 jadi NIM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara NPL terhadap Laba Bersih dan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial anatar NIM terhadap Laba Bersih dan juga tidak berpengaruh secara simultan antara NPL dan NIM terhadap Laba Bersih pada sektor perbankan BUMN

Abstract

Makalah ini merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan. Variabel yang diamati: perencanaan, rekrutmen, pengembangan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, evaluasi, dan pemeliharaan karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, responden survei adalah manajemen sekolah dan karyawan. Temuan penelitian antara lain perencanaan rekrutmen pegawai di Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tunas Muda, dan Sekolah Tzu Chi, sistem rekrutmen untuk rekrutmen pegawai untuk menunjang jalannya pendidikan Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tzu Chi, dan Sekolah Tunas Muda, pengembangan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh agar lebih banyak calon pegawai, santunan pegawai tetap setiap bulan santunan pegawai musiman di Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tzu Chi, dan Sekolah Tunas Muda, penilaian pegawai atas dasar pelayanan dan cara kerja, serta pemeliharaan pada setiap pendidikan dalam mengembangkan karyawannya. Abstract

The company has a goal to prosper the shareholders through increasing the value of the company which can describe the state of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the level of profitability, leverage and company growth an effect on the value of the company in service companies the construction and building sub sector listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the period of 2014-2020. The research method used is quantitative. The population used is the construction and building sub sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 20 companies with a total of 6 samples and 42 data obtained (6 companies x 7 years of observation), while the buckling of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The result of the partial hypothesis test research that profitability and company growth have an effect on company value, and leverage has no effect on company value. While simultaneously it isconcluded that profitability, leverage and company growth effect company value

Abstract

Human resources is the most decisive factor in achieving company goals. Because, human resources including elements of the power competitive of the nation, for that human resources are required to be superior and professional in its work for the progress and achievement of corporate goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. bank bjb Pandeglang branch either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method with the population in this study being all employees of the business section of pt bank bjb as many as 30 people. The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is sampled. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 28.336 + 0.838X1 + 0.011X2. The results of the first t-test obtained tcount of 0.206 < ttable 1.703 and a significance value (0.838> 0.05), it can be concluded that partial compensation has no effect on performance. The second t value is obtained by tcount of 2,730 > ttable of 1,703 and a significance value (0.011 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that work discipline has an effect on performance. The results of the f-test simultaneously obtained fcount of 4.419 > ftable 3.51 with a significance value of (0.022 <0.05) it can be concluded that compensation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. the result of the correlation coefficient test simultaneously is 0.497. This value indicates that the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance has a moderate relationship

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the capital market, especially on stock investment because stocks are an important factor to see the value of the company or it can also be said to be a tool for investor consideration. The research method used in this study is qualitative which aims to obtain a complete picture of various things based on human perception. This research is comparative by using a comparative study (comparative study) conducted by comparing the share price and earnings per share (EPS) of PT Bank Central Aaia Tbk before with after the Covid-19 pandemic. Pt Bank Central Aaia Tbk's closing price and earnings per share (EPS) data taken from www.idx.co.id are data on closing stock prices and EPS per quarter for the 2016-2018 period before and 2019-2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic.Normality test results show that the significance of share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic is 0.534, respectively,   0.000, 0.534 and 0.127. Because the data is not normally distributed, the difference test for PT Bank Central Asia Tbk's share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic uses a nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study using the nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test, showed Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) between the share price and earnings per share of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic was 0.034 each. That is to say the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.034 is less than 0.05 (0.034 ≤ 0.05). This value shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference between the share price and the earnings per share condition of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic
