Abstract

PT. Epson Batam (PEB) adalah perusahaan multinasional dengan jumlah karyawan lebih dari 3000 orang. Banyaknya tamu (non-karyawan) yang datang ke PT. Epson Batam setiap harinya seperti kunjungan dari instansi pemerintah, partner perusahaan, vendor dan supplier, menyebabkan adanya kebutuhan terhadap aplikasi khusus yang dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengelola data-data para tamu yang berkunjung ke perusahaan dan memudahkan pihak pengaman perusahaan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan rekap tamu yang berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan pengunjung di masa pandemik Covid-19. Berdasarkan maklum balas dari pengguna disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dibangunkan bisa digunakan dan berfungsi dengan baik tetapi perlu pengembangan yang memungkinkan sistem informasi terintegrasi dengan alat pengukur suhu. Visitor Management Information System during the Covid-19 Pandemic Abstract: PT. Epson Batam (PEB) is a multinational company with more than 3000 employees. The number of guests (non-employees) who come to PT. Epson Batam every day such as visits from government agencies, company partners, vendors and suppliers, causes the need for special applications that can make it easier for companies to manage the data of guests who visit the company and make it easier for company security to record and recap guests who visit the company. This study aims to design a visitor management information system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the feedback from users, it is concluded that the system developed can be used and functions well but needs development that allows an integrated information system with temperature measuring devices. Abstract

Being a judge is not an ordinary profession. Judge is a title representing untouchable, free-ofgossips, smart, and noble persons who do not have bad track-records. And for this reason, they are titled Your Honor. The judge has the most vital position in judicature. It is on them all parties, both defendants and plaintiffs, put all their respects and hopes in courts. The fate of one’s belongings, rights, obligations, credibility, and even one’s life, is in the hands of a judge.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study presents a bibliometric analysis of good governance research publications from the Scopus database from 1984 to 2020. Background Problems: Since ​​good governance has an essential and central role in organizations, the research trends on good governance in the literature need to be revealed. Novelty: To the best of our knowledge, bibliometric analysis for the term good governance is not yet available. This paper aims to fill in the gap by providing a broad overview of the bibliometric analysis of the literature relating to this term. Research Methods: Good governance is used as a keyword in the titles of articles taken from the Scopus database on November 4, 2020. There were 1,954 documents analyzed. Microsoft Excel is used for frequency analysis, the VOSviewer app is used for the data’s visualization, and Harzing's Publish or Perish is used for citation metrics and analysis. Finding/Results: The results showed an increase in the growth rate of good governance literature from 1984 to 2020, particularly since 2011. Conclusion: Research related to corporate governance has involved various authors, and is published in various languages. There are 159 authors from 123 countries and 160 institutions. The United States is the most significant contributor to this study, followed by the United Kingdom and Indonesia. The International Review of Administrative Sciences has published the most papers on good governance. Our findings indicate that studies on good governance are mostly carried out in the field of social sciences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan teknologi Alsintan dengan produktivitas padi sawah dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan produktivitas padi sawah antara petani yang menggunakan Alsintan dan petani yang tidak menggunakan Alsintan di Desa Sungai Puri Kecamatan Tanah Sepenggal Lintas Kabupaten Bungo. Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode Porposive dengan jumlah sampel petani yang menggunakan Alsintan sebanyak 22 yang diambil dari anggota kelompok tani dan 23 sampel yang diambil dari petani yang tidak tergabung dalam kelompok tani. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Statistik kerelasi Rank Spearman yaitu untuk melihat hubungan teknologi Alsintan terhadap produktivitas Padi Sawah dan Uji t untuk melihat perbandingan produktivitas padi sawah antara petani yang menggunakan Alsintan dan petani yang tidak menggunakan Alsintan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Pada Tanggal 5 Januari 2019 sampai Tanggal 30 Januari 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Secara umum (keseluruhan) penggunaan Alat dan Mesin Pertanian (Alsintan) di Desa Sungai Puri Kecamatan Tanah Sepenggal Lintas Kabupaten Bungo, berhubungan nyata terhadap produktivitas padi sawah dengan nilai t hitung (6,439) > dari t tabel (2,069) dan nilai (rs) sebesar 0,82, Alsintan combin hasvester (mesin panen) merupakan Alsintan yang paling kuat hubungannya terhadap terhadap produktivitas padi sawah yaitu nilai (rs) sebesar 0,837, dan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan produktivitas padi sawah antara petani yang menggunakan Alsintan dengan petani yang tidak menggunakan Alsintan dengan nilai t hitung (13.012) > t tabel (2,017) dengan produktivitas padi sawah petani yang menggunakan Alsintan sebanyak 6,72 ton GKG/Ha sedangkan produktivitas padi yang tidak menggunakan Alsintan masih 4,50 ton GKG/Ha
