Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of empowerment on the creativity and performance of managers of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar Regency and examine the role of creativity as mediating the inuence of empowerment on performance. This research was tested on 120 LPD managers spread across Payangan, Gianyar, and Sukawati Districts. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that empowerment and creativity had a positive and signicant direct inuence on the performance of LPD managers. Research also shows that empowerment has an indirect effect on manager's performance through creativity, so that it can be said that the creativity variable has a role as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Abstract

Small and medium industry (SMI) is the leading sector of the economy of Bali that have contribution on export and labor absorption. In the face of the increasingly competition nowadays, SMI should have primacy as a typical company’s ability to win the competition. The purpose of this research is to know the application of empowerment of human resources and its role in the creativity of employees as a source of competitiveness of the company. Responden in this research are employees of SMI apparel industry sectors from textiles and craft industry of wood, metal, gold and silver, in the Badung Regency. These studies use quantitative analysis approach, using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the structural and psychological empowerment simultaneously significant role in propping up the creativity of employees. Structural and psychological empowerment partially also plays a positive and significant in the creativity of employees. The results of this research may imply that the better structural and psychological empowerment happens in companies growing the SMI creativity of employees. The creativity demonstrated by the new combination makes creative in completing the work and improve the ways of completing tasks so that the results of its work more meaningful for the company in the face of an increasingly tight competition.

Abstract

This  study aimed  to  determine  the  effect  of  job   satisfaction  on  employee  performance,  employee  performance to customer satisfaction, and job satisfaction on customer satisfaction through employee performance. This study took place in hospitals-private hospital in Denpasar, sing hospital employees and patients as research respondents. Proof of this hypothesis using path analysis techniques.The results obtained  in  this  study  that  are:  1)  job  satisfaction  have  significant  positive  impact on  employeeperformance, 2) the performance of the employee significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and 3) positively influence job satisfaction directly and indirectly through the employee’s performance to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important construct in management, especially in organizational behaviour subject. This is caused organizations face many challenges such as restructuring, downsizing, re-engineering, and economic global competition, so that organizations need commitment of their member. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Kinerja  karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja fisik secar simultan dan parsial, hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan penelitian pada Hotel The Niche Bali serta mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner untuk mendukung analisi. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis untuk membahas pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap motivasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompensasi sertat lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel The Niche Bali. Secara parsial variabel motivasi, kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja fisik juga  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel The Niche Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh domain di banding variable lain. Kata kunci : motivasi, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja fisik, kinerja.

Abstract

Human resources is a potential asset that must be owned by the company. Human resources are supported with good performance will bring improvements for the company so that progress towards the company's goals can be achieved. The aim in this study to determine; effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance and partial simultaneously and which variables greater influence on employee performance . PT.Delina Denpasar was the location in this study with all employees , amounting to 87 people as respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results obtained in this study, variable compensation and working conditions simultaneously and partially positive significant effect on employee performance and compensation variables have a greater influence on employee performance . Abstract

ABSTRACT   The business world is increasingly showing the very tight competition. Therefore, aspects of performance and job satisfaction becomes a very important discussion. The final goal to be achieved is to provide solutions related to an increase in job satisfaction and employee performance. The study was conducted on the CV. Successful Independent trustee located in Gianyar, Bali. The population in this study amounted to 67 people. The sampling method used is the census so that the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. The results of the analysis of test paths and stated that the leadership style of each financial compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor in an organization or company to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in conducting its business. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the placement and job stress on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Agung Putra (AP) Apartment Bali with a number of research respondents as many as 40 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research conducted concluded that placement sigifikan positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggested to leader Agung Putra Apartment Bali to be more selective in looking at employees' work experience, able to disseminate the various forms of organizational changes, taking into account danlebih reward or remuneration in accordance with the calculation of the workload of employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gender terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. BPR Pedungan dengan jumlah sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. BPR Pedungan sebanyak 75 karyawan..Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan obeservasi dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi  memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior,serta gender berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kedepannya PT. BPR Pedungan hendaknya memberikan gaji sesuai dengan kontribusi yang menjadi indikator penting di dalam kepuasan kerja, reward atau penghargaan yang merupakan indikator penting dari komitmen organisasi agar karyawan tidak tertarik pada tawaran organisasi lain dan memperlakukan secara adil antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan.
