Abstract

AbstractThe phenomenon of communication is a very important human need. Communication is required to obtain or provide information from or to others. The need for information is increasing, so people need communication tools that can be used whenever and wherever they are. For that reason in community service can give suggestions and turning a good visual communication such as corporate identity is a communicative media campaign to introduce the identity of a company to the public. The goal is certainly improve the company's image. One need corporate identity Victoria Homestay is located in Untung Jawa Island. The house specialty is necessary to redesign the corporate identity to enhance the business potential of the manager of the inn and this design can be used as a reference or input for other accommodation so as to enrich the aesthetics of the island of Untung Jawa through art and design. Results The design is made with pop arts style starting from logo design, typography, signage and stationery. The location of this activity is in Untung Jawa Island Region, district South Thousand Islands, Thousand Islands regency, Jakarta with collection systems and design on April 7 to July 1, 2015 at 36 hours. This activity involves the owner of Victoria Homestay in Untung Jawa Island, writers and visual communication design Esa Unggul University Student.Keywords: corporate identity, Victoria Homestay, Untung Jawa IslandAbstrakFenomena dalam komunikasi merupakan kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting. Komunikasi dibutuhkan untuk memperoleh atau memberi informasi dari atau kepada orang lain. Kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan informasi semakin meningkat, sehingga manusia membutuhkan alat komunikasi yang dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun mereka berada. Untuk itulah dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memberi usulan dan merubah sebuah komunikasi visual yang baik seperti corporate identity yaitu sebuah media promosi yang komunikatif untuk memperkenalkan identitas dari sebuah perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Tujuannya sudah tentu meningkatkan citra perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu yang butuh corporate identity adalah Victoria Homestay yang berada di Pulau Untung Jawa. Rumah penginapan ini perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang corporate identity untuk meningkatkan potensi bisnis pengelola rumah penginapan dan perancangan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan atau masukan untuk penginapan lainnya sehingga dapat memperkaya estetika pulau Untung Jawa melalui seni dan desain. Hasil Rancangan di buat dengan gaya desain pop art dimulai dari logo, tipografi, signage, dan stationery. Lokasi kegiatan ini berada di Wilayah Pulau Untung Jawa, kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta dengan sistem pengumpulan dan perancangan pada tanggal 7 April – 1 Juli 2015 dengan waktu 36 jam. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemilik Victoria Homestay di Pulau Untung Jawa, penulis, dan mahasiswa desain Komunikasi Visual Universitas Esa Unggul.Kata Kunci: identitas perusahaan, victoria homestay, pulau Untung Jawa

Abstract

Manusia memerlukan sarana untuk membantu dalam mendokumentasikan apa yang mereka lihat untuk dapat di ceritakan atau diperlihatkan ke orang lain. Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dalam hal pendokumentasian sangat cepat berkembang, untuk ini diperlukan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk mengikutinya.Pengetahuan dalam bidang fotografi sangat diperlukan, begitu juga keahlian dalam menjalankan proses aplikasi komputer yaitu Adobe Photoshop.dengan mengetahui dan menguasai hal tersebut maka produktifitas akan meningkat. Kata kunci: fotografi, photoshop, logo, coreldraw

Abstract

AbstractFreshwater crab is widely distributed in river, lake, swamp, canal, and pond. Riau Province has many freshwater crabs, however habitat characteristics information of these organisms are poorly known. This study in Sawah village from the Kampar Utara District, Province of Riau aimed to understand the habitat caracteristics of freshwater crab types in had been collected on june 2021 with random collection method using a bamboo traps and scoop net with 3 sampling sites in the Sawah village . There were trapped 27 crabs and all of them belonged to a single, Gecarcinucidae Family, Parathelpusa Genus. The crab most have been foundon first sampling site and avarage density is 1,42 ind/m2 were obtained from the shallow riverines with aquatic vegetation are most numerous from second and third sampling sites other. The value of water qualityparameters measured were temperature 30oC, transperancy  and depth 34-55 cm, pH 5, dissolved oxygen 7,2-8,0 mg/L and free carbondioxide 0,4-0,5 mg/L. Based on the results of PPNo. 22 Year of 2021 Class number II aboutwater quality management and water pollution controlit can be concluded that the habitat of Parathelpusa in Riau is shallow riverine with dense aquatic vegetation.Keywords: Freshwater crab, Gecarcinucidae, Parathelphusa, Kampar

Abstract

The transfer pricing policy of every company operating in various countries certainly has differences and similarities in a very creative way towards innovation and high mobility, and they must comply with strategic rules and policies. Our data is obtained from a database of scientific journals, books, and other relevant literature to answer the study questions. After the data is collected, proceed with critical analysis, systematic coding, and relevant conclusions in answering the core issue, namely the transfer pricing policy in every foreign company. Based on the discussion and analysis of the data, we can conclude that every company operating in various countries has policies and rules regarding implementing transfer pricing. Their goal is that through the formulation of policies and execution of transfer pricing, they are always inseparable from creativity and innovation so that their company can be sustainable. Thus, the outcomes of this review may be useful as insight to efforts to develop similar studies in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of the research Implementation of academic supervision, and follow-up of the academic supervision of the principal of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa of East Aceh district. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. This study used a purposive sample. The data collection used the methods: First, interviews by using a structured interview instrument to the principal and three teachers of PAI who were become informants in this study. Second, the observation by the way of observing directly implementation of the academic supervision of the principal toward teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa East Aceh district in the implementation of the learning process. Third, documentation by data collection through written relics, archives, letters, photographs, online data, and books about the academic supervision. The results showed that: First, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the planning of the academic supervision as making programs, schedules and making instrument of academic supervision. Second, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the academic supervision by observation techniques to three teachers of PAI. Third, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented a follow-up to the academic supervision of three teachers of PAI in the form of a meeting feedback (feedback) and had implemented the coaching to three teachers of PAI.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik di Pulau Bali yang semakin meningkat sekitar 6 – 9 % dalam 5 tahun mendatang, pemerintah telah mengupayakan pembangunan PLTU Celukan Bawang. Proyek PLTU Celukan Bawang yang dikerjakan sejak 2013 ini telah beroperasi penuh pada bulan Agustus 2015 sebagai outlet untuk penyaluran transmisi Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT) 150kV. Terkait masalah isu sosial dengan penolakan warga Desa Celukan bawang terhadap pembangunan yang melintasi rumah mereka dari SUTT, maka pihak PT.PLN (PERSERO) diminta untuk melakukan strategi untuk pengamanan penyaluran agar Sistem Bali aman saat re-route jalur SUTT. Dari hasil simulasi dengan menggunakan Tools PSSE, aliran daya listrik Bali disimulasikan dalam 3 skenario. Skenario 1 melepaskan 1 Sirkit Celukan Bawang – Kapal dan mengoperasikan Pembangkit sesuai dengan merit order, skenario 2 melepaskan 1 sirkit Celukan Bawang – Kapal dan mengoptimalkan Pembangkit di Jalur Selatan, dan skenario 3 dilakukan dengan melepas kedua sirkit Celukan Bawang – Kapal dan mengoperasikan pembangkit di jalur Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari skenario berikut di peroleh skenario 1 memiliki kajian lebih ekonomis, andal dan bermutu dibandingkan skenario lainnya.

Abstract

Batang Mahat River is one of the rivers which empties to PLTA Koto Panjang Dam. Batang Mahat estuary around PLTA Koto Panjang Dam is one of the fishing grounds. This study was aimed to obtain information about the water chemical and physical characteristics and biology (plankton) Batang Mahat around PLTA Koto Panjang Dam. This research was conducted in March-May 2019 The observation stations were determined using the purposive sampling method and then divided into three observation stations. Sampling was carried out 3 times with an interval of 2 weeks. Data analysis was performed descriptively. The results showed the water quality of Batang Mahat around the PLTA Koto Panjang Dam are as follows: temperature 31-32oC, tranparancy 2.00-2.31 m, pH 6, dissolved oxygen 4.32-6.90 mg/L, CO2 0.39-3.9 mg/L, nitrate 0.0021-0.1375 mg/L, and phosphate 0.0177-0.0774 mg/L. The results of the study found as many as 23 species. Plankton which belongs to 7 classes, namely: Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Dinophyceae, Euglenophyceae, Synurophyceae, Magnoliopsida and Maxillopoda. Plankton abundance ranges from 20,000-64,250 ind/L. The diversity index ranges from 1.88-2.83. The similarity index ranges from 0.48-0.95 and the dominance index ranges from 0.19-0.36. Water quality Batang Mahat based on the environmental index is classified as moderate.

Abstract

This study  aims to understand the local wisdom and the feasibility of the area as an ecological tourism object has been carried out from February to March 2018. The method used in this study is the survey method. Water quality data collection was carried out four times (once/two weeks), while questionnaires were distributed prior to environmental data collection. Water samples were taken from three stations, while local wisdom data were collected through questionnaires. Results shown that the community used to maintain the Jorong Ikan Banyak ecosystem by applying regulations for fish capture. Water quality parameter values of the Lubuk Larangan are as follows : temperature was 22.5-230c; water depth was 71.75-120.25 cm; current speed  was 0.25-0.42 m/s; dissolved oxygen was 4.6-4.8 mg/l and pH was 6. The tourism potential element scores of the Lubuk Larangan were as follows:  Attractiveness 1,095; Accessibility 537.5; Accommodations 45 and Facilities 240, total score  1,917.5. This score indicates that the Lubuk Larangan Jorong Ikan Banyak  is suitable for tourism object.

Abstract

This research was conducted on July - August, 2020 in mangrove ecotourism area ofKampung Kayu Ara Permai, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to obtain thevalue of density, frequency, mangrove important value index (INP Mangrove),dominance index value and mangrove diversity index in the mangrove ecotourism areaof Kampung Kayu Ara Permai. Five serial plots with provisions of 10x10 meters2 for 2trees, 5x5 meters for shrubs, and 2x2 meters2 for seedlings. Each plot identified species, measured stem diameter, and the number of individual mangroves. Vegetation analysisusing Mueller and Dumbois formulas to get the value of diversity, frequency, dominanceand importance of plants. The results showed that nine species of mangrove vegetationwere found: Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, Bruguiera gymnoriza, Bruguierasexangula, Bruguiera sylindrica, Lumnitzera littorea, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophoramucronata, and Rhizophora stylosa. The highest importance index was found inRhizophora apiculata (102.4%). Mangrove diversity in this area is high (5.28) and isdominated by Rhizophora apiculata. The high diversity of mangroves is due to thepreservation of this area by community groups.
