Abstract

This research is motivated by the many contents of the elements of Indonesian interference in Insha 'students of the Arabic Language Education University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The interference is caused by the lack of students' understanding of syntax rules. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop Arabic syntax teaching materials as a solution to overcome Indonesian interference with Arabic. The method used in this research is R&D by adopting the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, develop, implementation, evaluation). This research produces Arabic syntactic teaching material which is presented through a comparison between the rules of Arabic and Indonesian, and contains material that emphasizes the aspect of function, which includes the material formation of sentences as well as variations and complement. After going through the validation stage with a very valid qualification of 89.1%, the results of the data analysis state that the developed teaching material is able to improve the learning outcomes of students in the course of nahwu (Arabic syntax) which certainly goes hand in hand with increasing their understanding. This increase has a significant effect as a solution to minimize the level of interference. This is proven through further analysis by comparing the results of the pretest which reached an average of 57.26% and the posttest which reached an average of 79.03% so that it can be interpreted that grammatical errors due to interference factors can be overcome.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning Arabic in improving learning outcomes by using Al-Thariqah Al-Intiqaiyyah in tenth class of science major at Islamic Senior High School 3 Jombang. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all tenth classes of science major at Islamic Senior High School 3 Jombang while the sample was tenth class of science major 8 as a control class and tenth class of science major 6 as an experimental class. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially.  From the test data, it can be seen that the average outcomes of the experimental class and the control class has increased. The average pre-test score of the control class was 55.25 and the average post-test score was 79.25 while the average pre-test score of the experimental class was 55.25 and the average post-test score was 87. Based on the results of the SPSS 16.0 analysis, sig values were obtained. (2-tailed) of the experimental class and the control class post-test was 0.00 which means less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted then there is a significant difference between the experimental class post-test and the control class post-test. H1 acceptance proves that Al-Thariqah Al-Intiqaiyyah was effective in improving Arabic learning outcomes in tenth class of science major at Islamic Senior High School 3 Jombang.

Abstract

Thomas Kuhn's idea of ??the scientific revolution contained in his magnum opus has become a new face in the development and birth of science. It starts from normal science that experiences anomalies and raises crises, so it needs to be attempted for the occurrence of shifting paradigm, by shifting the old paradigm with a new paradigm, which eventually gives birth to a scientific revolution. This Kuhn thought has relevance to various fields, such as nahw. Nahw as the grammatical Arabic language contains philosophical elements, which make it a complex language. In this context, nahw as a normal science cannot overcome the existing problems, so a crisis is born. The crisis received attention by several Arabic language experts, such as Ibn Madl?`, Syauq? Dlaif, and Tam?m Hasan. They assumed there is one factor that makes nahw complicated, namely the concept of ‘?mil. Therefore, for them, nahw needs to be reconstructed and renewed. Construction of nahw with new faces contained in each magnum opus, Ibn Madl?` in his book "Kit?b al-Radd ‘al? al-Nuh?t", Syauq? Dlaif in "Tajd?d al-Nahw ", and Tam?m Hasan in "al-‘Arabiyyah: Ma'n?h? wa Mabn?h?". In all three books, nahw experienced a great revolution.

Abstract

Abstrak: Interferensi menjadi salah satu masalah yang dihadapi pembelajar bahasa Arab, karena berdampak negatif terhadap praktik keterampilan berbahasa Arab. Munculnya interferensi disebabkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan gramatikal para pembelajar bahasa Arab, khususnya sintaksis, sehingga struktur bahasa pertama mendominasi bahasa Arab tanpa disadari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur interferensi sintaksis bahasa Indonesia dalam insya’ berbahasa Arab mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data utama berupa tulisan berbahasa Arab para mahasiswa yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode simak, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode padan guna memperbandingan struktur kalimat bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa unsur-unsur sintaksis bahasa Indonesia yang mempengaruhi struktur bahasa Arab dalam insya’ mahasiswa meliputi interferensi aspek kala, persesuaian, frasa nomina non-adjektiva, frasa nomina adjektiva, kalimat pasif, frasa bilangan, verba yang terikat dengan preposisi, penggunaan kata “ada” yang diterjemahkan “كان”, dan interrferensi kata “karena” yang selalu menggunakan kata “لأن”.Kata kunci: interferensi, sintaksis, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fitur-fitur khas bahasa Arab di embong Arab Malang yang muncul sebagai akibat dari kontak bahasa, sehingga terjadi deviasi terhadap bahasa Arab fushah. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui perkembangan serta pemertahanan bahasa Arab di embong Arab. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa leksikon bahasa Arab masyarakat Arab di embong Arab yang diperoleh melalui metode simak dan cakap. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode padan intralingual, yaitu dengan cara memperbandingkan aspek linguistik antara bahasa Arab embong Arab dan bahasa Arab fushah. Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa fitur-fitur khas bahasa Arab embong Arab tercermin dalam inventaris leksikon  yang telah mengalami modifikasi lingual terhadap bahasa Arab fushah, meliputi ciri fonologis, morfologis, sintaksis, dan semantis. Modifikasi tersebut tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh dua faktor, yaitu perubahan yang menjadi bawaan dialek Yaman dan modifikasi sebab terjadinya kontak dengan bahasa Jawa dan Indonesia. Selain itu, kekhasan lainnya adalah ditemukan beberapa leksikon yang bukan berasal dari bahasa Arab fushah.Kata kunci: sosioliguistik, bahasa Arab embong Arab, fitur khas bahasa Arab, modifikasi bahasa

Abstract

This research aims to describe and classify the language used by Arab Embong Community in their daily life.  Language and society always influence each other. The development of language is also along with the development of society. Therefore the study of sociolinguistics as a scientific discipline in which studying language in relation to society is always interesting. The problem in this study is the language used by Embong Arab Community which is an immigrant Arab Community in Malang. This was a field research with a qualitative descriptive method which was investigated using the Diglossia theory. The methods of data collection were observation and interview. The results of this research indicated that the Embong Arab community used three languages, namely Fusha and Amiyah Arabic, Indonesian and Javanese. The three languages were used interchangeably according to the purpose of communication. Fusha Arabic, as the official and unifying language among Arabs, was rarely spoken. They preferred to choose Amiyah Arabic to communicate as a non-standard language variety. However, their Amiyah language was different from the Yemeni Arabs in general. This was due to their long-standing interactions with the local population. The unique thing was that even though they were of Arab descent, due to their high level of interactions with the local population, they often used non-formal Indonesian and Javanese Ngoko in their daily lives. So there were two varieties of diglossia in Embong Arab Community, namely high level language consisting of Fusha Arabic and formal Indonesian and low level language consisting of Amiyah Arabic, non-formal Indonesian and Javanese Ngoko).

Abstract

Dalam sejarahnya, ragam qira>at al-Qur’a>n menjadi permasalahan yang cukup pelik, hingga menimbulkan konflik di antara para umat Islam. Perbedaan tersebut disebabkan karakteristik aksara Arab yang pada saat itu sulit dibedakan antara huruf-huruf dengan kesamaan bentuk, dan belum mengenal tanda baca vokal. Sehingga paska ekspansi Islam ke berbagai bangsa, banyak orang ‘ajam yang masuk Islam mengalami lah}n. Hal inilah penyebab lahirnya ragam qira>at yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan apa yang  menurut mereka benar. Berangkat dari problematika tersebut, muncul kesadaran pentingnya mengkaji bahasa Arab dengan tujuan agar al-Qur’a>n tetap terjaga baik lafad ataupun maknanya. Sebagai peletak batu pertama, Abu al-Aswad ad-Duali hadir dengan konsep pemberian titik sebagai tanda vokal. Dirasa belum cukup, Yahya dan Nashr datang dengan memberikan garis kecil sebagai pembeda antara huruf-huruf yang sama bentuknya. Kemudian disempurnakan oleh al-Farahidi dengan menjadikan titik sebagai pembeda huruf yang sama, dan mengambil huruf hijaiyah dalam bentuk yang lebih kecil sebagai tanda vokal, seperti fathah menggunakan alif kecil yang ditelentangkan, dhommah menggunakan wawu dalam bentuk yang kecil, kasrah menggunakan kepala ya’.Kata kunci: qiraat, al-Qur’a>n, kajian bahasa Arab

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on changing the learning system in Indonesia, from the face-to-face learning system to distance learning by utilizing e-learning. This research was conducted as an effort to analyze the level of e-learning readiness in learning Arabic at MAN 3 Jombang during the pandemic, in order to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-learning. This research is a descriptive research supported by primary data in the form of numbers, so the approach in this research is quantitative. Data was collected using two techniques, namely observation and distributing questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that the teachers in implementing e-learning in learning Arabic were considered ready. This is based on the achievement of the score on the aspect of personal ability of 79.7%, the aspect of material development and online delivery reaching a value of 80.9%, and the aspect of carrying out online evaluations obtaining a value of 75.6%, so that the three indicators are classified as in good qualification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan penggunaan media mobile learning, serta mendeskripsikan implementasi media mobile learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Tarbiyatun Nasyi’in Jombang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah human instrument atau peneliti sendiri, dengan alat bantu berupa tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan media mobile learning memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 27,87% yang merupakan selisi dari hasil pretes dengan rerata 53,26% dan postes dengan rerata 80,13%. Meingkatnya hasil tersebut merupakan sebuah tanda bahwa para siswa memiliki minat dan motivasi yang besar ketika digunakan media mobile learning dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci : implementasi, mobile learning, bahasa Indonesia.
