Abstract

AbstrakPemerintah daerah Kabupaten Serang terus berusaha untuk mengembangkan sektor wisata, salah satunya pengembangan kawasan wisata religi gunung santri yang terletak di Desa Bojonegara Kecamatan Bojonegara Serang.Namun sampai saat ini pengelolaan kawasan wisata religi gunung santri belum optimal, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi pengembangan yang tepat yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Serang, Desa Bojonegara, pengelola dan warga sekitar Bojonegara dalam pengembangan wisata religi Gunung Santri sebagai kawasan strategi wisata religi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif deskriptif melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang di miliki kawasan wisata religi gunung santri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya penerapan beberapa strategi pengembangan diantaranya yaitu strategi pengembangan potensi wisata religi, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, strategi pengembangan kelembagaan, strategi promosi yang tepat sasaran. Diharapkan dengan penerapan beberapa strategi pengembangan tersebut diatas bisa memberikan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan wisata religi gunung santri yang ada di Desa Bojonegara Kecamatan Bojonegara  Serang, sehingga kunjungan wisatawan dalam hal para peziarah bisa meningkat dengan demikian secara tidak langsung bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Bojonegara Kecamatan Bojonegara Kabupaten Serang Banten.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pengembangan, Wisata, Religi.AbstractThe local government of the Serang Regency continues to strive to develop the tourism sector, one of which is the development of the religious tourism area of the mountain santri which is located in Bojonegara Village, Bojonegara Serang District. However, until now the management of the religious tourism area of Mount Santri has not been optimal, the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the strategy for developing religious tourism in Mount Santri. The informants in this study were determined using the snowball sampling technique. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the religious tourism area of the mountain santri. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to implement several development strategies including strategies for developing the potential for religious tourism, human resource development, strategies for developing facilities and infrastructure, strategies for institutional development, and promotion strategies that are right on target. It is hoped that the implementation of some of the aforementioned development strategies can provide a chance for a better direction in the management of religious tourism of the mountain santri in Bojonegara Village, Bojonegara Serang District so that tourist visits in terms of pilgrims can increase thereby indirectly increasing the economy of the Village community. Abstract

AbstrakSektor pariwisata pantai Kabupaten Pandeglang Banten, merupakan sektor yang diunggulkan dan berkontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Tsunami selat sunda yang terjadi pada tanggal 22 Desember 2018, telah menghancurkan wisata Pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang mulai dari Kawasan Pantai Carita sampai Kecamatan Sumur. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa penerapan strategi promosi pengelolaan wisata pantai pasca tsunami Selat Sunda yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pandeglang bekerja sama dengan beberapa pelaku usaha wisata yang ada di sekitar pantai di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis SWOT dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dimilki potensi wisata pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan perlu adanya penerapan beberapan strategi diantaranya: strategi promosi yang berkelanjutan, startegi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan potensi wisata pantai, strategi engembangan kelembagaan, diharapakan dengan penerapan beberapa strategi tersebut diatas dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke wisata pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang Pasca Tsunami Selat Sunda.Kata kunci: Strategi, Promosi, Wisata, Pantai, Tsunami.AbstractThe coastal tourism sector of Pandeglang Regency, Banten, is a sector that is favored and contributes to the Regional Revenue of Pandeglang Regency. The Sunda Strait tsunami that occurred on 22 December 2018, has destroyed beach tourism in Pandeglang Regency starting from the Carita Beach Area to Sumur District. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the promotion strategy for coastal tourism management after the Sunda Strait tsunami carried out by the Pandeglang Regency Tourism Office in collaboration with several tourism businesses around the coast in Pandeglang Regency. The analytical method used in this research is the SWOT analysis method by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that have the potential for coastal tourism in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this study indicate the need to implement several strategies including sustainable promotion strategies, human resources development strategies, coastal tourism potential development strategies, institutional development strategies, it is hoped that the implementation of some of the strategies mentioned above can help increase tourist visits to coastal tourism. in Pandeglang Regency Post-Sunda Strait Tsunami.Keywords: Strategy, Promotion, Tourism, Beach, Tsunami.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance dapat meminimalisir adanya manajemen laba, Good Corporate Governance merupakan suatu konsep monitoring untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yang dikelola oleh manajemen dan untuk menjaga akuntanbilitas manajemen dalam melindungi kepentingan stakeholder, sehingga diharapkan dapat menyelaraskan berbagai kepentingan. Perusahaan dengan arus kas bebas yang tinggi akan memiliki kesempatan yang lebih besar untuk melakukan manajemen laba. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Manajemen Laba pada PT. Tubagus Jaya Mahakarya Kota Cilegon Periode 2016-2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal (hubungan). Hasil uji hipotesis Penerapan Good Corporate Governance dan free cash flow secara simultan terhadap manajemen laba diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (20,980  > 3,316)dengan nilai signifikasi kurang dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan penerapan Good Corporate Governance dan Free Cash Flow secara simultan terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan PT. Tubagus Jaya Mahakarya Kota Cilegon periode tahun 2016-2018.

Abstract

One of the benchmarks in investing is the ease of obtaining information about the development of stock prices on the stock exchange. The information obtained is what is needed for investors who will invest, some information can be used as a reference for investing in the capital market including, interest rate inflation, exchange rates, price fluctuations, trading volume, important information on issuers and others.This study aims to determine how the effect of exchange rates and interest rates together on stock prices in conventional banks listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.This research method uses a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study is secondary data with a population of 42 banking companies and obtained a sample of 9 banks.Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the exchange rate (X1) against stock prices (Y) in conventional banks t-test calculation results t-test value (0.792 < 2.016) and a significance value of 0.433 > (0.05), interest rates (X2) on stock prices (Y) in conventional banks t-test results of t-test calculations (0.098 < 2.016) and a significance value of 0.923 > (0.05). Partially test (F-Test), together the exchange rate (X1) and interest rates (X2) variables on stock prices (Y) in conventional banks with the results of the calculated value Fcount (0.424) < Ftable (3.220), and it is known significance value of 0.657 > 0.05.The conclusion in this study states that the exchange rate has no effect on stock prices in conventional banks, interest rates have no effect on stock prices in conventional banks, as well as joint testing of exchange rates and interest rates has no effect on stock prices in conventional banks

Abstract

Tourism development is currently aimed at sustainable tourism development with development based on the principle of community-based empowerment. One of the villages that developed with these principles is  Pipitan  Village. Pipitan Creative Park is a new tourist attraction in Kota Serang that has many tourist destinations. Pipitan Creative Park tourism  has resources that are abundant enough that it has considerable tourist potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. This place when considered more than potential can be developed as a charming beauty makes tourists more comfortable. In this case, the program implemented is to further develop the Pipitan Creative Park of Walalantaka Subdistrict. In tourism management, there are several aspects of planning, management, supervision and evaluation. But in its implementation, not optimal for this reason, the management of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) is necessary. Human Resource Development, Friendly local population and Artisan community training. These methods are used to improve the economy of the community by organizing events involving the community around tourist attractions, maintenance of garbage tubs and cooperation programs with third parties. The positive impact on Creative Park attractions is the opening of jobs, increasing community income, the use of tourist facilities in the local community.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan tempat tinggal ini menjadi sangat penting, mengingat fungsi rumah yang sangat vital sebagai sarana tempat tinggal. Hal ini juga berdampak terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Serang dan sekitarnya, akan sarana perumahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Perumahan Persada Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yakni untuk mengolah data-data yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 3318 dan sampel sebanyak 97 responden dengan menggunakan persamaan slovin. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) nilai signifikasi = 0,652 lebih besar dari pada 0,05 atau nilai sig > 0,05, maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H2) nilai signifikasi = 0.000 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 atau nilai sig < 0,05, maka Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (H3) Fhitung = 16,152 dan Ftabel = 3,09 jadi Fhitung > Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikan di bawah 0,05, yaitu 0.000. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta secara simultan promosi dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Perumahan Persada Banten.

Abstract

Pulo Panjang Village is one of the developing villages, the problems faced by Pulo Panjang Village in terms of MSMEs are rarely in demand by producers because they think the processing is complicated and requires much capital as a result of many business actors who go out of business. Therefore, the increase in the economy of rural communities cannot be implemented by one party only but must be through coordination with other parties both with the government and the community as a whole. There is much potential that can be explored. One of them is the BUMDesa program. BUMDES was born as a new approach to improve the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. Bumdes management is fully implemented by the village community, namely from the village, the village, and the village. BUMDES is a community economic institution. When viewed from its potential, this village has excellent potential for establishing BUMDES as a reservoir for community economic activities and public service institutions. Abstract

Lebak Parahiyang Village is one of the developing villages. The problem faced by Lebak Parahiyang Village in terms of SMEs, especially by brown sugar producers is the lack of a significant level of sales, because according to them it is difficult to find a wider market share. Therefore, one way to increase the level of sales is by making attractive product packaging so that it has a selling value then utilizing technology in the form of an E-Commerce marketplace. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style and motivation have on the performance of warehouse employees at PT. Shin Hwa Bus Serang-Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods with a saturated sample where the population is used as a sample, namely 45 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. previously carried out classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the research on leadership style and motivation variables have a partially significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the magnitude of the T-count test of leadership style of 5.764 and work motivation of 2.621 which is greater than the Ttable of 2.016. Simultaneously a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by Fcount>Ftable or 24.425>3.219. Partially the comparison of tcount and ttable shows that the leadership style variable is tcount>ttable or 5.764>2.016 and the motivational variable is tcount>ttable or 2.621>2.016
