Abstract

Abstrak Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya yang paling menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Outbound training adalah kegiatan simulasi atau pelatihan yang dilakukan di lapangan terbuka, cocok untuk banyak perusahaan. Pelatihan semacam ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan CV. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, hasil data diperoleh dari observasi, pencatatan dan wawancara. Menafsirkan hasil wawancara untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian, dan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada karyawan dalam bentuk pertanyaan. Menurut hasil penelitian, pelatihan yang diterapkan perusahaan berada di luar pelatihan perusahaan (off-job training). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode (experiential learning) atau proses belajar melalui pengalaman. Melalui pengalaman belajar, kerja tim yang solid akan terbentuk. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pegawai ini telah merangsang semangat pegawai untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Menjadikan kinerja pegawai dilihat dari kemampuan, tingkat pengetahuan, semangat kerja dan kelancaran kerja.Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Training, Kinerja, Organisasi.Abstract Human resources are the resources that most determine the success of an organization. Outbound training is a simulation or activity carried out in an open field, suitable for many companies. This kind of training is very effective in increasing employee morale. This study aims to determine how training implementation improves employee performance CV. XYZ. This study uses qualitative research and descriptive methods. In data collection techniques, the data results are obtained from observation, recording, and interviews. They were interpreting interview results to explain research results and asking employees questions in the form of questions. According to the research results, the training implemented by the company is outside the company's training (off-job training). The method used is the method (experiential learning) or the learning process through experience. Through learning experiences, solid teamwork will be formed. The implementation of this employee training has stimulated the enthusiasm of employees to do a good job. They are making employee performance seen from the ability, level of knowledge, morale, and smooth work.Keywords: Human Resources, Training, Performance, Organization.

Abstract

Recruitment is a series of processes to search for prospective workers who have interests and potential that match the position that the company is needing. Disability is a new term to describe the condition of someone who has disabilities in the form of physical, mental, cognitive, sensory, emotional, developmental or a combination of these conditions. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, both with field research and interviews with related parties, in combination with literature studies, whether books, journals, or other sources. The recruitment system for prospective employees, acceptance of Grade 4 (crew of store/cashier) employees by the HRD Division based on requests and plans from vendor companies regarding the needs of human resources, to fulfill these requests. The results of the research and discussion done by the authors above can be concluded during the research at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, especially in the Human Resource section, is a recruitment activity for every company, which is the most important thing, because to get quality Human Resources must go through a selection stage

Abstract

The aim of this program is to improve the skills and sensitivity of the team of practitioners in the design of concepts and strategies in the management and use of mangrove forest ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism. Output targets include; Increased knowledge about the potential of mangrove ecosystems that have the value of environmental services that can be managed and used as an ecotourism field in accordance with community participation and empowerment. With the implementation of this program, a form of strategy is obtained in the management and use of community-based mangrove ecosystems and assistance for local government programs in the context of mangrove ecosystem preservation that have been regulated in regional regulations on the management and preservation of mangrove ecosystems. The method of implementing the program concerns the potential of forest areas that can be used as ecotourism areas in this case, the village government of Serang Regency, Tirayasa District, direct observation and documenting the location of mangrove ecosystem areas, plan interviews concerning the management and use of mangrove ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism, and socialization of mangrove ecosystem management and use as an ecotourism field based on community strengthening and  Institutional. The results of the program obtained consist of a plan to manage and use the mangrove ecosystem as a community-based ecotourism field. This design will be a model that can be used by partners in this case the Lontar village government in Tirayasa District, Serang Regency in the development of mangrove ecosystems as an ecotourism area. The design to explore the management of plans and the use of mangrove ecosystems as ecotourism areas has been socialized by community leaders, youth leaders and village governments

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan merupakan satu kesatuan yang sulit dipisahkan, karena kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan suatu perusahaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan perlu berupaya memahami nilai-nilai yang diharapkan konsumen dan atas dasar itu kemudian berusaha memenuhi harapan tersebut semaksimal mungkin.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan exploratory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui fakta mengenai pengaruh pelayanan MM-Mart (Mitra Muslim) terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Mitra Muslim Kelurahan Cipocok Kecamatan Serang, Jalan Ciwaru. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bukti fisik (X1), keandalan (X2), daya tanggap (X3), jaminan (X4), dan empati (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Dari perhitungan uji F diperoleh F hitung 11,909  F tabel 2,30 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000  0,05. Selain itu nilai Adjusted R Square yang diketahui sebesar 0,355 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 35,5%. Dan dari hasil uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial, variabel keandalan dan empati mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan variabel bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan jaminan tidak berpengaruh secara siginifikan dengan perhitungan thitung variabel bukti fisik 0,763  ttabel 1,980; nilai thitung keandalan 2,977  ttabel 1,980; nilai thitung daya tanggap 0,567  ttabel 1,980; nilai thitung jaminan -2,487  ttabel 1,980; dan nilai thitung empati 3,644  ttabel 1,980. Variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya adalah variabel empati dengan konstribusi sebesar 29,48%.Kata Kunci : Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Coronavirus is very impactful for people who have lower or medium smoking. Many businesses are experiencing bankruptcy due to unstable sales price conditions, declining consumer demand, revenues than usual before this virus outbreak occurred, and increased production materials. The purpose of this community service activity is to support and strengthen the Covid-19 prevention and prevention program conducted by the Central Government and Local Government, implementing service activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, educating the public about the dangers and ways of preventing Covid-19 through social media, training students to learn with the community to participate and contribute to the prevention and unemployment of Covid-19. Socialization about the dangers of Covid-19 can improve and provide insight and knowledge on the importance of complying with health protocols in daily life to avoid the corona outbreak. With social media, there are many advantages obtained by MSMEs traders. The use of social media can increase revenue, and marketing is much more effective and efficient
