Abstract

This research explains about how the the effect of the Starbucks policy trade changing to Ethiopian econnomy in 2005 until 2008. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of agreement between Ethiopian Government and Starbucks have effected to Ethiopia coffee industry. This case had been a conflict since 2004 when Ethiopian government knew their origin coffee was trademark by Strabucks in USPTO without their permission. Oxfam as Non-Government Organization that moved for justice make big campaign and pressure Starbucks to pulled up the coffee trademark in USPTO. In 2007, Starbucks had change their policy of trade about the trademark of Ethiopian coffee and reach agreement with Ethiopia government. This research is a qualitative research. Method applied in doing this research is description with aim to depict a phenomenon in this case. By using the neo-liberlism theory to analyze the role of non nation actor in a case and global value chain theory to analyze how every step in production chain will add value to the product it self.The result of this research shows The Starbucks policy trade changing gave positively effect to Ethiopian economy. Since the coffee trademark had been know in international coffee market as speciality coffee, many coffee trade agreement reached by Ethiopian and another corporation from another country. The result of agreement has improve positively to coffee volume and value export in international market and the welfare of Ethiopian coffee farmer. Abstract

Coal operations can produce dust. Coal dust that can be solved by breathing in workers. The results of observations of loading and unloading activities, coal transport trucks causing dust to fly. Dusty work areas can be seen from the surrounding plants blackened, as well as the worker’s limbs due to coal dust attached. The results of measurement of air quality in the work environment are known to be below the NAV in accordance with Permenakertrans No. 5 of 2018. The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship of coal dust exposure with subjective complaints of respiratory disorders at coal stockpile workers. This study was an observational study with a cross sectional design with a total sample of 36 workers. Data collection by measuring PM 2.5 in ambient  with EPAM 5000 Haz-Dust, measurement of respirable dust levels with Personal Dust Sampler (PDS), Knowing nutritional status through body mass index (BMI) and worker data and subjective complaint respiratory disorders with the questionnaire. Univariate data analysis and bivariate with the chi-square test. The results showed that 83.3% of workers with respirable coal dust exposure were higher than the threshold value (NAV) and 63.9% of workers who discussed subjectively breathing problems. The conclusion from this study there is relationship between the use of PPE (mask) obtained p-value = 0.006 and smoking habits (p = 0.005) with subjective complaint of respiratory disorders on workers in the coal stockpile.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sudah merambah ke segala sisi kehidupan manusia membuat banyak orang yang memanfaatkannya untuk hal-hal yang berbau ekonomi. Teknologi dan kecanggihan internet saat inibenar-benar membantu manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Salah satunya dalam transaksi perdagangan. Klikbarcode merupakan seller pada Marketplace situs www.tokopedia.com/klikbarcode. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengalaman bertransaksi online, faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan serta mengalisis kendala dan caramenghadapinya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data triangulasi sumber yaitu wawacara, observasi, dokumentasi kemudian triangulasi metode dan narasi data. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 4informan.Hasil dari penelitian ini ada 6 faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada Marketplace Tokopedia situs www.tokopedia.com/klikbarcodeyaitu: kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, kecepatan kirim, Tokopedia sebagai tempat pendistribusian dan promo seperti gratis ongkir, cashback. Serta kendala/complain bertransaksi online yaitu produk rusak/bermasalah.Kata  kunci:E-Commerce,BauranPemasaran,Kualitas pelayanan, Kepuasanpelanggan.
