Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the innovation management and organizational value creation in STAKN Kupang, so that they are able to become a high quality and competitive institution. The research method used was a qualitative research method with informants taken were officials at pascasarjana STAKN Kupang, consisting of three people. Research results obtained, namely: 1) Management Innovation can occur if all components play an active role in being able to provide creative ideas that contribute to the advancement of existing education management. And these creative ideas have gone well in the PAK STAKN Kupang postgraduate study program. 2) value creation in the PAK STAKN Kupang postgraduate study program is carried out well by applying Christian character values as added values such as honesty, discipline, sincerity and sincerity.

Abstract

Researchers focus on the efforts of teachers to improve learning outcomes. Researchers examined the use of e-learning in motivating student achievement on learning outcomes. The influence of student activity on learning outcomes. Student achievement motivation on learning outcomes. The reason for the low quality of student learning makes the author interested in studying this problem. This paper contributes to using e-learning methods, student activeness, and student achievement motivation and can improve learning outcomes. Researchers find a digital-based learning process, the use of e-learning teaching methods in students' achievement motivation towards learning outcomes. The authors see student learning outcomes after using e-learning. Respondents of the study were 35 students who took Christian religious education subjects. The results of the study revealed that independent use of the material received very high scores. Student activeness is carried out correctly and effectively, the highest perceived to be at a mean value of 4.35. Students who take advantage of e-learning have high learning outcomes. The use of e-learning methods, student activeness, and student achievement motivation is implemented correctly and effectively. It was believed to be able to improve the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah mengevaluasi proses belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Context, Input, Process, Product pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dalam pra penelitian di SMP Negeri 12 Kupang, peneliti menemukan guru belum mengetahui kebutuhan dasar siswa. Guru belum mengetahui latar belakang siswa serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tipe riset ini menggunakan pendekatan context, input, process, product. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pertama, pelaksanaan proses belajar dilihat dari segi konteks tergolong baik. Kedua, perencanaan program, ditemukan tidak terdapat analisis kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran ditinjau dari segi input masuk dalam kategori baik. ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih dalam kategori kurang efektif ditinjau dari segi proses. Keempat, guru melaksanakan pendahuluan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan rancangan yang ada di dalam RPP. Kelima, program pembelajaran perlu dirancang terstruktur sesuai dengan alokasi waktu karena menjadi faktor penentu dalam proses pembelajaran, keluasan dan kedalam materi pelajaran.

Abstract

Classroom action training begins with the problem of teachers who are still minimal in writing. The service team found that many teachers had not been able to combine observations in class. This research is a way for teachers to research in the classroom to find problems in the learning process. The teacher found many problems related to learning, namely process design, media, learning techniques, and learning outcomes. To realize good classroom action research techniques, training is done. Some teachers have not been able to write a good scientific paper. So the service team trains skilled teachers in writing. The service method begins with team formation, formulation of goals, and communication with the head of the Ministry of Religion office, then the analysis of needs in the field, determination of solutions to service problems and implementation. This training produces groups of writer teachers according to their respective fields. The team found already teachers who made classroom action research, but difficult in pouring it into the article. So that the team assists in writing classroom action research articles that will be published in journals. Follow-up assistance is carried out in the Whatsapp Messenger group.

Abstract

Teachers in learning Christian Religious Education have not implemented holistic education. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum used only focuses on the cognitive aspects. This paper aims to determine the application and impact of holistic education implementation in PAK learning. The method used is a qualitative, phenomenological approach. The CE teacher at the Rehoboth Oebelo Christian Middle School has implemented holistic education. This can be seen from the teacher's efforts to develop students' potential well and appropriately and using strategies/methods appropriately and adequately. So that students can be active in class and use the learning environment based on the subject matter and evaluation results.

Abstract

This paper focuses on interpersonal communication in interfaith families. Interfaith families are smallunits of society whose members are of different religions. Differences are often a source of conflict between husband and wife, including religion. In the way of life of interfaith couples, different opinions about beliefs cause problems. Differences are still unavoidable in families married to different religions. Religious differences can lead to prolonged conflicts. Although different religions, of course, the family has the right to live in peace and happiness as a family in general. However, it is undeniable that interfaith families cannot last long. Therefore, efforts are needed for families to be able to live with each other accepting differences in terms of different religions. Communication is one of the efforts to maintain family harmony. Lack of communication can cause rifts in the household. The purpose of the study was to describe the effectiveness of interpersonal communication for families of different religions. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach seeks to find problems and solutions in the field. Research results in interpersonal communication are communication between individuals or between groups. Interpersonal communication will be more effective if the atmosphere is equal. That is, there must be a tacit acknowledgement that both parties are equally valuable and valuable. Husbands and wives have something important to contribute. In an interpersonal relationship characterized by equality, disagreement and conflict are seen as an attempt to understand differences. This communication helps in avoiding and reducing various problems and can share knowledge and experiences with family members. There are five general qualities of interpersonal communication effectiveness for interfaith families: 1) Openness, 2) Empathy, 3) Supportive Attitude, 4) Positive Attitude, 5) Equality.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the policy of the learning freedom in the learning process at the collage of IAKN Kupang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach and data sources totaling 5 people, namely 3 lecturers and 2 students, with data collection techniques namely interviews and analyzed with data triangulation techniques.The results of the research related to the implementation of freedom of learning in the learning process at the collage of IAKN Kupang, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning freedom that occurs in the learning process that lecturers and students are still accustomed to conventional learning that positions lecturers as the main actors while students are considered as objects of learning. Student success is measured by the extent to which students have mastered learning material not the extent to which students have undertaken the learning process. Therefore, mastery of subject matter is not the end of the teaching process, but only as a goal between the formation of broader behavior.Keywords: policy implementation; freedom of learning; learning process

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the schoology application to improve student learning independence for ease and access, effectiveness and efficiency as well as being creative and innovative in the learning process of the Education Management course. This research is a quantitative study with a research sample of 35 people, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire with quantitative description analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the State Christian Religious Institute (IAKN) Kupang. The results showed that the regression coefficient value of the Schoology variable was positive at 0.414 or had an effect of 41.4%. This means that the effect of schoology on independent learning is positive and significant. Increasing schoology will increase students 'learning independent ability and schoology decrease will decrease students' learning independent ability. So that it can be used by students in the learning process

Abstract

Autistic children are children with certain limitations who must get guidance and support from parents and people who have expertise in therapy for autistic children so that they are not excluded. This research aims to develop a service strategy for children with autism in the East Nusa Tenggara autism service centre. The research method used is a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research involved four therapists with data analysis techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques. The results showed that autistic children with symptoms selected by several factors, especially prenatal, natal and postnatal factors, were following the initial diagnosis results of psychologists, doctors or psychiatrists and autistic children who were still in the mild autistic category. The assessment carried out at the NTT Autistic Children Service Center has been carried out according to the steps expected, starting from initial recruitment and parents filling in questionnaires and then being assessed by psychologists and doctors to see the level of children's autism. Supportive therapy regarding existing services in autism service centres is behavioural and aquatic to train the concentration and nerves of children with autism to show significant changes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan metode fun learning dan teknik ingatan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SD Negeri Nenas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Nenas yang terdiri dari 18 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes awal (pretest) yaitu tes sebelum pemberian perlakuan (treatment), dan tes akhir (posttest) terhadap kelas eksperimen setelah di diberi perlakuan yaitu penerapan metode fun learning dan teknik ingatan untuk melihat perbandingan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan diberikan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistik inferensial dan dilakukan uji-t menggunakan sofware SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti dalam menggunakan metode fun learning dan teknik ingatan berdasarkan hasil uji-t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,00 yang artinya lebih kecil dari ? 0,05. Sedangkan dari skor persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum perlakuan (pretest) diperoleh 3 peserta didik dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 17% kemudian mengalami peningkatan setelah metode fun learning diterapkan hal ini dapat dilihat pada skor persentase setelah perlakuan (posttest) diperoleh 14 peserta didik dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 78%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode fun learning dalam teknik ingatan (mnemonic device) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada peserta didik di kelas IV SD Negeri Nenas.
