Abstract

The maternal mortality rate during childbirth can be reduced through the efforts of the medical team in determining the childbirth process that must be undertaken immediately. Machine learning in terms of classifying childbirth can be a solution for the medical team in determining the childbirth process. One of the classification methods that can be used is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method which is able to determine a hyperplane that will form a good decision boundary so that it is able to classify data appropriately. In SVM, there is a kernel function that is useful for solving non-linear classification cases by transforming data to a higher dimension. In this study, four kernel functions will be used; Linear, Radial Basis Function (RBF), Polynomial, and Sigmoid in the classification process of childbirth in order to determine the kernel function that is capable of producing the highest accuracy value. Based on research that has been done, it is obtained that the accuracy value generated by SVM with linear kernel functions is higher than the other kernel functions.

Abstract

Produksi bawang merah merupakan komoditas holtikultura yang dikembangkan secara nasional dengan pembinaan yang intensif. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi produksi bawang merah adalah varietas benih, lahan dan cuaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi produksi bawang merah agar komoditas bawang merah dapat menjaga kestabilan harga dan ketersediaan barang di kabupaten Nganjuk. Data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari BPS kabupaten Nganjuk yang digunakan dalam membangun model terbaik dengan metode SARIMA untuk memprediksi produksi bawang merah periode 2021-2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, model terbaik adalah model SARIMA (3,0,2)(2,1,2)12 yang memiliki nilai MAPE sebesar 2,01%.

Abstract

High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is the ability to connect, manipulate, and change the knowledge and experience that is owned critically and creatively in determining decisions to solve problems in new situations. To include HOTS questions in a learning process is an obstacle for Madrasah teachers, including teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. This community service aimed at improving the pedagogical competence of mathematics teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. Community-Based Research (CBR) was employed through workshop and training administered by the Mathematics Study Program of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in designing and completing high order thinking questions followed by assistance. The results indicated that the ability of Madrasah teachers to solve HOTS questions as well as its implementation in classroom teaching and learning activities improved significantly.
