Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Sehingga dalam teori manajemen sumber daya manusia menempatkan fungsi rekrutmen dan seleksi sebagai kunci dalam mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi Karyawan Pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang fokus pada analisis pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk melalui analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan, bagian personalia, dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)  proses rekrutmen dilakukan dengan menyebar iklan melalui sosial media, website perusahaan, dan surat kabar, 2) seleksi karyawan dilakukan melalui seleksi administrasi, tes tertulis, tes wawancara, psikotes, dan tes kompetensi, dan 3) hasil analisis SWOT pada diagram cartesius menunjukkan bahwa pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi yang dilakukan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk berada pada kuadran I. Hal ini bermakna bahwa strategi yang harus ditetapkan dalam kodisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth  Oriented Strategy).  Strategi ini menandakan keadaan perusahaan yang kuat dan mampu untuk terus berkembang dengan mengambil peluang yang ada untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang maksimal.Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi Karyawan, Analisis SWOT

Abstract

: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada  Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Papua Barat. Waktu penelitian selama 3 bulan. Penelitian  menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah meliputi seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Papua Barat berjumlah 73 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian  dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian  adalah sebanyak 73 orang pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) pengujian secara parsial dilihat nilai thitung variabel motivasi kerja yaitu 4,291 > ttabel (2,070)dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000, 2) pengujian secara parsial dilihat nilai thitung variabel budaya organisasi adalah 5,452 > ttabel (2,070). dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000, dan 3) Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah budaya organisasi. Data menunjukkan hubungan positif (searah) antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai thitung Variabel Budaya Organisasi adalah 5,452 yang lebih besar dari nilai thitung Variabel Motivasi Kerja yaitu 4,291

The Bejos Screen Printing is one of the SMEs located in palopo city, South Sulawesi that has been growing since 2013, The Bejos Screen Printing printing produces screen printing clothes Since starting its business The Bejos Screen Printing senatisa faced with various obstacles and obstacles, the number of similar companies that appear to make Printing The Bejos Screen Printing difficult to maintain the position of its products due to increasingly tight industry competition. Strict competition conditions are a problem faced by The Bejos Screen Printing. The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy of SME printing through SWOT analysis. In determining marketing strategies it is necessary to know the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses, external factors of opportunities and threats. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure on the performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research was conducted for 3 (three) months at the Bappeda Office of Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province The population of the study was all civil servants (civil servants) in Bappeda Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province as many as 40 people considering the small population then the sampling technique using saturated sampling (census) that is the entire population of 40 people assuming all employees have the same opportunity. To find out the influence of free or independent variables (motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure) on bound or dependent variables (employee performance), multiple regression analysis is used. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the level of performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province.  Keywords: motivation, leadership, discipline, means and performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan di Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang ada di Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat sebanyak 40 orang mengingat jumlah populasi yang sedikit maka teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang dengan asumsi semua pegawai memiliki kesempatan yang sama. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas atau independent (motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana) terhadap variabel terikat atau dependen (kinerja pegawai), digunakan analisa regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat.  Kata kunci: motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin, sarana dan kinerja

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to partially analyze the influence of occupational health and occupational safety (K3) on the satisfaction of work care workers. The object of this research is employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area with a population of 56 employees who are also respondents in this study. The technique of collecting data is through questionnaires distributed to respondents, interviews and field observations. The research variables are occupational health and safety (K3) (X) and job satisfaction (Y). This study used descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis with quantitative approach, and to test its reliability level using Cronbach's Alpha. Hypothesis testing using Partial Test (T Test) with a significance level of 10%. Researchers used SPSS version 22.The results of this study stated that Occupational health and safety affects employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Theory of Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Analysis of Working Capital Management at PT. NurlenniKahar gas station 74.92212. To find out the Profibility of PT. NurlenniKahar gas station 74.92212. To find out the Analysis of Working Capital Management against Profibility At Pt. Nurlenni Kahar gas station 74.92212. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative (non statistic). To obtain the necessary data and information, the author conducted a study on PT. NurlenniKahar gas station 74.92212. From the results of research that has been done obtained results that (1) Management of working capital as measured by the cash turnover of inventory turnover in 2015 and 2016 shows this increase means the operation of the company PT. Nurlenni Kahar gas station 74.92212 has been effective in managing its working capital. (2) Profibility as measured by GPM, NPM, and OPM has increased, this means that the company in PT. Nurlenni Kahar gas station 74.92212 has been effective in carrying out its operations and the company is able to generate profit. (3) and lastly analysis of working capital management to profibility in PT. Nurlenni Kahar gas station 74.92212 has been effective, the increase in cash turnover and inventory turnover is accompanied by an increase in profibility obtained. Keywords: Working Capital and Profibility

Abstract

SPM DIKTI is a systemic activity to improve the quality of universities in a planned and sustainable manner, while the goal is to ensure the fulfillment of higher education standards so as to develop a culture of quality in Indonesian universities. The Internal Quality Assurance System is implemented with the aim of maintaining and improving the quality of higher education in a planned and sustainable (continuous iamprovement). This research aims to find out how the implementation of the internal quality assurance system and the role of implementing resources in building quality culture in STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. This research was conducted at the Quality Assurance Institute using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews to the quality assurance implementing resources of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. The results of this research show that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju is carried out in order to build a quality culture. its implementation refers to law number 12 of 2012 on higher education, article 52 paragraph (3) then derived through permenristekdikti number 44 year 2015 on national standards of higher education and permenristekdikti number 62 of 2016 on the quality assurance system of higher education, as well as guidelines for the internal quality assurance system of the Diktilitbang Assembly pp Muhammadiyah, its stages by completing the structure of the SPMI document (quality policy, quality manual, quality standards , and a quality form) then designs the plan operationally through the SPMI (PPEPP) cycle. The result of the implementation of SPMI is the assessment of external parties (BAN PT) both accredited study programs B, but can not be said to meet the standards due to budget constraints, lack of commitment of leaders in building a culture of quality, as well as the lack of certified auditors owned by LPM. Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Manual, Quality Standard
