Abstract

Prices determined by the company are important in supporting consumers' decisions to make purchases. Another factor besides price that affect consumers’ choices in deciding and making purchases is promotion. Attractive promotion is able to make consumers become interested in making purchases. Product quality is a characteristic determined by the company attached to their products to win the competition in the market. The purpose of this study is to find out if the price, promotion, and product quality have any effect on the action of impulsive purchasing in Batam City. A total of 204 respondents was used as samples with a purposive sampling method in this research. Data were processed with the help of using the SPSS program version 25 with descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The result of this study shows that prices do not significantly affect impulsive purchases. On the other hand, promotions and product quality significantly affect impulsive purchases. From the F test, the researcher concludes that price, promotion and product quality simultaneously affect impulsive purchases

Abstract

ABSTRAK Rasio profitabilitas digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan. Naik dan turunnya harga saham perusahaan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi khususnya perusahaan sub sektor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ROA (X1), ROE (X2), NPM (X3), dan EPS (X4). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas terhadap harga saham (Y) perusahaan sub sektor minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi data panel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan dan laporan keuangan selama 4 periode. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 perusahaan dan laporan keuangan selama 4 periode. Hasil regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa ROE (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham ( Y), EPS (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham (Y), dan ROA (X1) dan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham (Y), sedangkan ROA (X1), ROE (X2), dan EPS (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata-kata Kunci: ROA, ROE, EPS, Harga Saham ABSTRACT Profitability ratio is a common method used to assess company performance. The ups and downs of the company's stock price are common, especially the Oil and gas Company in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability ratios to stock prices (Y) of Oil and gas mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using panel data regression model. The population in this study were 9 companies and financial reports for 4 periods. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 9 companies and financial reports for 4 periods. Abstract

Bankruptcy Prediction With the Altman Z-Score Method and the stock price on Manufacturing Company. This research aims to analyze the bankruptcy prediction on stock prices in manufacturing company of basic industry sector and chemical sub-sector of metals that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015-2017. The sampling method was done with purposive sampling which then determined 15 companies as sample. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial report published in BEI. Data analysis used data panel regression using eviews version 8. These result shows that Altman Z-Score variable: 1) Working capital to total assets, 2) Retained earning to total assets, 3) Earning before interest and taxes to total assets, 4) Market value of equity to book value of total debts, and 5) Sales to total assets significantly influence stock prices in the metal subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the average company is in the gray area

Abstract

Kesehatan bank dianggap sebagai upaya pengawasan bank untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan bank dalam melaksanakan berbagai aktivitas secara kontiniu serta mampu melaksanakan kewajiban sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data laporan keuangan dengan pendekatan Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) terhadap kinerja bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator NPL, GCG, ROA, CAR dan keseluruhan bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berada pada kategori sehat.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan sangat ditentukan dengan kinerja keuangan. Rasio keuangan memgang peranan penting untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan perusahaan. Salah satu rasio yang digunakan untuk melihat financial distress perusahaan adalah metode altman Z-score. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan altman Z-score terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan Citra Tubindo, Tbk. Metode ini menggunakan laporan keuangan untuk di analisis dengan menggunakan variabel dari Z-Score.. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model prediksi kebangkrutan Altman Z-score. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu Variabel Working Capital to Total Asset (WC/TA) dan Variabel Earning Before Interest and Tax berpengaruh terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan PT Citra Tubindo, Tbk. Sedangkan, Variabel Retained Earning to Total Asset dan Sales to Total asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

 At the present time there are many financial effects that exist both in the money market and in the capital market. This study aims to determine investment knowledge, investment motivation, financial literacy and risk perceptions of their impact on public investment interest in the capital market in Batam City. The population in this study were 2 sub-districts in Batam City, namely Batu Aji District and Sagulung District. The sample in this study was 204 respondents. The prescription in this research is people who are interested in investing in the capital market. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis method used is SEM with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, investment motivation has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, risk perception has a positive and significant effect on investment interest in the city of Batam

Abstract

Implementation of community service activities carried out in the form of Digital Marketing Development and Quality Improvement of Financial Report on Rafflesia Small And Medium Enterprises in Batam City. Based on the results of the interview in the field that Rafflesia SMEs have problems marketing the results of production and financial recording. One form of marketing that is often used is only done bidding through relatives of SME members, Bazar and through exhibitions organized by the Cooperative Office and MSMEs. In general, SME members have limitations in mastering the use of information technology facilities with marketing media that is not known to the public. The training method used is to provide training on cases of SME transactions that need to be completed from journals to financial statements accompanied by training using digital marketing through social media. The methods used in the construction of Rafflesia SMEs to be given are survey methods, lecture methods, discussion methods and training methods. Devotion has been carried out 5 times with material making financial statements and digital marketing management through shopee. Rafflesia Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have been built in digital development, need to conduct exercises independently in the daily practice of SME mothers in terms of doing product promotion media to increase sales. So that it can get used to its daily business needs. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have been built can prepare financial statements independently, so that Rafflesia SMEs are able to compile sak-etap standard financial statements.

Abstract

Lahirnya undang-undang No. 22 tahun 1999 tentang otonomi daerah berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan di Indonesia. Satu sisi otonomi menjadi peluang bagi satuan pendidikan untuk mengelola sekolah sendiri baik dalam aspek pengembangan kurikulum maupun aspek pendanaan, namun di sisi lain menjadi ancaman manakala sekolah tidak memiliki kesiapan baik dari segi sumberdaya manusianya (SDM) maupun pembiayaannya, oleh karena itu kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam manajemen keuangan sekolah mutlak diperlukan sehingga baik guru maupun karyawan dapat menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kredit macet danmengetahui pelaksanaan penyelesaian kredit macet pada PT. BPR Hasa Mitrasecara non litigasi. Untuk menjawab permasalah tersebut dilakukan penelitiannormatif empiris dengan meneliti data primer dan data skunder, sehingga metodeini mencoba memperhatikan, mengkaji dan mengetahui pemberlakuan ataupenerapan hukum dalam praktek di masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwapenyebab terjadinya kredit macet dapat disebabkan oleh faktor yang berasal dariBank maupun dari Nasabah. Faktor dari perbankan meliputi kelemahan dalamanalisis kredit, bank terlalu yakin dengan kemauan dan kemampuan nasabah,tidak memiliki informasi yang memadai khususnya karakter nasabah, dankebijakan pimpinan. Faktor dari nasabah meliputi kelemahan karakter nasabah,kemampuan nasabah, persaingan usaha, usaha menurun atau bangkrut, nasabahmemiliki hutang disana-sini. Penyelesaian Kredit bermasalah pada PT. BPR HasaMitra lebih ditekankan pada jalur non litigasi yaitu dengan upaya negosiasi yangdilakukan dengan cara Reschduling, Restrukturing dan Reconditioning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how brand image, product quality and price affect purchasing decisions. The population in this study was residents of Villa Muka Kuning, Batam City who had shopped at Alfamart Villa Muka Kuning. Due to the unknown population, the sample size of 204 respondents with Jacob Cohen formula. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.The test method uses multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F test, and coefficient test (R2). The results of this study are :1) brand image,quality and price perception have a significant effect on purchase decision. (2) have a simultaneous effect on purchase decision.
