Abstract

There is a phenomenon that occurs in Langsa City regarding the understanding of some Imum Gampong (Village Imams) and some community leaders who argue that in the pronunciation of the ijab-qabul lafadz spoken by the bride's guardian or by the prospective groom, it must be sige tareik nafah. This sige tareik nafah, as said by Tengku imum gampong (village priest), is very burdensome for the prospective groom or guardian, because in addition to the long sentences, nervousness becomes an obstacle and interferes with concentration in pronouncing consent, so many feel afraid before the implementation of the marriage contract, such rules or customs seem too excessive. This article uses the sociology of law theory. The results of the study show that the scholars of Langsa City in this matter are a habit or custom that develops in society, so that the gampong priests understand it as a legal stipulation, then in pronouncing the ijab-qabul it must be with sige tareik nafah, otherwise the marriage is invalid. . Then this sige tareik nafah is an addition to the understanding of the village priest about the prohibition of fashl in pronouncing the ijab-qabul and the qabul-qabul must be in one assembly.

Abstract

Applying Islamic values are an important part of teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to determine students’ perception towards teaching mathematics based Islamics values. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The subject as students grade VII 1 SMPN 2 Langsa. Research metholodogy used was descriptive qualitative method. The result study showed that the percentages of students’ perception towards applying Islamic values on teaching mathematics were 51% strongly agree, 40% agree, 7% less agree, and 2% disagree.

Abstract

People’s views on polygamy are diverse, there are those who agree, but there are also those who disagree or oppose even more for women who feel disadvantaged, because they have to share with others. This is influenced by the family economy which does not allow polygamy. Such allegations eventually feel unsatisfied with suspection and even challenge qath’i syar’i texts with interpretations that are far from the elements of truth. So that legal issues are interpreted with multiple interpretations and cause vague and vague issues. And the Aceh which was given the authority in making qanun implementation of islamic shari’ah and participated in discussing anddesigning the Qanun (Raqan) family law which regulates polygamy but the draft qanun raises pro and contra at the people of Aceh.

Abstract

Pemakaian media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran dapat membangkitkan keinginan yang baru, membangkitkan kegiatan belajar dan bahkan membawa pengaruh-pengaruh psikologis terhadap siswa. Pengguna media pembelajaran pada tahap orientasi pengajaran dan akan sangat membantu keefektifan proses pembelajaran dan penyampaian pesan serta isi pelajaran pada proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Untuk itu para guru dituntut untuk dapat menyediakan media pembelajaran yang cocok dengan materi pembelajaran pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Upaya apa saja yang dilakukan guru SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed dalam menyediakan media pembeljaran matematika”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang dilakukan guru SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek yang diteliti adalah guru bidang studi matematika SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed yang terdiri dari 5 orang guru. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah identifikasi upaya guru dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran matematika. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasrakan wawancara dan observasi yang telah peneliti lakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa guru-guru matematika SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed telah berupaya semaksimal mungkin dalam pengadaan media pembelajaran matematika dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, seperti memanfaatkan barang sekitar dan lingkungan sekitar, membeli media pembelajaran jika memungkinkan, menciptakan sendiri media pembelajaran, melakukan pencarian melalui internet sampai dengan berkonsultasi dengan teman sejawat (guru-guru matematika) mengenai media pembelajaran apa yang cocok pada materi tertentu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesesuaian dan menganalisis kekurangan kurikulum yang sedang berlaku pada Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FTIK IAIN Langsa dengan tuntutan stakeholder. Rancangan penelitian adalah rancangan survey dengan pedekatan kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FTIK IAIN Langsa di beberapa kabupaten kota yaitu Kota Langsa, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, Kabupaten Aceh Timur, serta beberapa kabupaten di provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Riau. Sampel merupakan mahasiswa yang memiliki akses internet karena pengumpulan data menggunakan link google form. Pemilihan Kabupaten tersebut, didasarkan pada banyaknya alumni Pendidikan Matematika yang sudah bekerja maupun kemudahan menjangkau daerah-daerah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 18 item pernyataan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kurikulum prodi Pendidikan Matematika sudah sesuai kebutuhan stakeholder dalam dunia kerja, dan terdapat beberapa matakuliah yang perlu dilakukan perubahan sesuai dengan tuntutan stakeholder yakni mata kuliah pilihan khusus untuk matematika sekolah, matematika peminatan, matematika perguruan tinggi (pascasarjana) dan lainnya untuk mempersiapkan alumni untuk berkiprah sesuai keinginannya. Dengan demikian perlu peninjauan mata kuliah pilihan seperti Pemecahan Masalah dan Pemodelan Matematika serta pengembangan beberapa mata kuliah seperti Metode Numerik yang sesuai dengan tuntutan di lapangan. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kurikulum, Prodi Pendidikan Matematika, dan Dunia Kerja Alumni

Abstract

This research talks about the existence of dowry, which in fact found that the practice of dowry is a very urgent thing in the life of Muslims. Likewise, the existence of dowry in fact is also very important in a marriage. This research is classified as literature research with a qualitative approach. The methodology in this article uses the legal research method. This research tries to reveal the existence of dowry in a marriage according to legal opinions, namely the views of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Islamic fiqh, of course this study will try to elaborate on the concepts contained in marriage regulations in Indonesia or KHI with Islamic fiqh.

Abstract

The study was intended to learn the effectiveness of jigsaw's and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning models in breaking the matter of HOTS composition function in Muhammadiyah high school Langsa from; The results of student learning after using the jigsaw model and Numbered Heads Together (NHT), student activity and teacher activity during the learning process, and student response to the learning model. This type of research is qualitative. The subject of this study was the Langsa Muhammadiyah high school student at X MIPA class with a total of 25 students. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, and angkets. As for the data analysis used by the study results test analysis, the student activity and teacher activity data analysis, and the student response analysis. The results of the study were 88% of all students completed after the application of the jigsaw model and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) to complete the HOTS matter composition function. On student activities in the learning process the average percentage is 81.75% high in category, then on teacher activity gets an average of each category (RTK) rated within good criteria with an average score of 4.0. And finally, students response after learning shows an average percentage of 77.6%, it shows that students respond favorably to the applied learning model. We can then conclude that the jigsaw and other competing heads together learning models are effectively used to solve the HOTS matter of composition function.
