Abstract

This study aims to determine whether individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture are partially significant effect on job satisfaction of employees, whether individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture are partially significant effect on employee motivation, to know whether the motivation to work partially have a significant on job satisfaction of employees and find out whether the individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by employee work motivation. The method used in sampling is convenience sampling. The method used is regression analysis of intervening with a significant level of 0.05.The results of this study concluded that individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture partially had no significant effect on job satisfaction of employee. Individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture partially had no significant effect on employee motivation. Motivation to work partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees. Individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture partially had no significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by employee work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the positive average abnormal return and the relationship of the underpricing and the value of the first Seasoned Equity Offering (SEO) towards go public-companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during three-day-trade after the first emission of underpricing. The data consisted of 12 (twelve) go public-companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange since 1995 and have done their first SEO in 2007. The analysis of data was conducted through test and correlation using Pearson Product Moment statistic model. After the first three days of Initial Public Offering (IPO), the abnormal return was negative. It was shown by the average abnormal return of the first day approximately -0.0088, of the second day -0.0041, and of the third day -0.076. The positive abnormal return, based on the statistic analysis, was insignificantly found either within three-day-trade in the first emission of the underpricing. The insignificant result also occurred to the relationship of the underpricing and the value of the first SEO after the correlation analysis was done. These findings have significant implications for the investors to consider the changes of share prices after the first SEO. It also appears that the factors of underpricing and negative abnormal return should be observed by the emitens to minimize the risks after the IPO. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizatinal citizenship behavior(OCB) pada Hotel Bahari Tegal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 106responden pada karyawan tetap Hotel Bahari Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), organizatinal citizenship behavior(OCB) mampu memediasi komitmen organisasiterhadap kinerja karyawan, organizatinal citizenship behavior(OCB) mampu memediasi kepuasan kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Organizatinal Citizenship Behavior(OCB)

Abstract

The study was aimed to find out whether or not the emotional intelligence, communication, and working environment individually have a significant effect to the work performance of the civil servants. The respondents in the study were all the state servants working in three public service offices, including the Office of Integrated Investement and Business Permits, the Vehicle-Tax Payment Office (Samsat), and the Office of Population and Civil Administration. The sampling method was a saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the result of analysis, it could be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence, and working environment individually have no significant effect to the work performance of the employees. One variable having a significant effect on the work performance among the civil servants is the communication. However, the three variables simultenaously have significant effects to their performance. From the findings, it is suggested that the offices should explore more deeply the emotional intelligence, communication, and the working environment to improve their staffs. Abstract

This research was aimed at examining the impact of job stress, communication and work environment on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah. The object of this research was the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah, namely: PLN APJ Cilacap, UPJ Sidareja and UPJ Majenang. The total number was 85 persons (census). This research applied multiple regression analysis, T test and T test. The study results revealed that job stress was negatively related to employee satisfaction, while communication and work environment positively affected employee job satisfaction in PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness terhadap customer satisfaction Taman Sari Rasa Waterpark Cilacap. Dimana variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah customer satisfaction.Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian secara parsial disimpulkan bahwa variabel perceived quality dan price fairness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel perceived sacrifice berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dan variabel perceived value berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan disimpulkan bahwa variabel perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction. Kata kunci : Perceived Quality, Perceived Sacrifice, Perceived Value, Price Fairness,Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untik mrnrgrtahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja anggota mandor keamanan Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Berpulang Kabupaten Tegal. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 124 responden. Analisis datanya menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 17. Data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi. Variabel dependent kinerja, dan variabel independent motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, semangat kerja. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya transformasional dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Dengan melihat nilai unstandardized coefficient B variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai paling besar yaitu 0,230 artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja anggota. Nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,380 berarti variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja menentukan kinerja sebesar 38% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja.
