Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of education level, Tenure, and the age of the Daily Worker Work Ethics in the Field Landscape Remove slashing the Department of Hygiene and Pontianak. The population in this study are all non-permanent employees slashing at the Parks Division in Pontianak City DKP totaling 67 people. In this study using saturated sampling analytical  method used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the results of ANOVA analysis showed that education level had no effect on Work Ethics obtained from the Fhitung 0.220 <3.14 Ftabel meaning H0 is accepted and Ha refused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference in education level elementary schools, junior high schools, and High School to Work Ethics, ANOVA analysis results indicate that the Work Period Work Ethics does not affect the results obtained from Fhitung 0.031 <3.14, which means H0 Ftabel accepted and Harefused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference Working Period New, Medium and Long to Work Ethics as well as the results of ANOVA analysis showed that age does not affect the Work Ethic obtained from the Fhitung 0.235 <3.14 Ftabel meaning H0 is accepted and Ha refused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference Work ethic among young, middle age and old.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Cash Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, dan Maturity terhadap Peringkat Obligasi yang dikeluarkan oleh PT Pefindo yang tergabung dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 36 obligasi yang diterbitkan dari 11 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan uji statistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, data dalam penelitian ini data berdistribusi normal, data tidak terjadi autokorelasi, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas, hasil uji linieritas dapat disimpulkan bahwa data berbentuk linier. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi berganda (R) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,598. Hal ini berarti bahwa antara Cash Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, dan Maturity terhadap Peringkat Obligasi hubungannya sedang. Koefisien determinasi (r2) hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 0,357. Hal ini berarti bahwa 35,7% pengaruh terhadap Peringkat Obligasi dapat dijelaskan oleh Cash Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Maturity. Untuk hasil pengujian secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel bebas yaitu CR, LTDER, ROA dan Maturity secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Peringkat Obligasi). Hasil pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Cash Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peringkat Obligasi, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, dan Maturity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peringkat Obligasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of service to business unit Women's savings and credit cooperatives Kenanga Pontianak. quality dimensions studied were reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles. This study using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 72 respondents out of 266 members. The analytical method used is Cartesian diagram Analysis (Importance Performance Analysis)  to determine the level of importance of service quality and customer satisfaction, and the results obtained where X = 3.88 and Y = 3.97, which means that the quality of service Unit Savings and Loans granted by Women's Cooperative Kenanga Pontianak is still not in line with expectations that members of the members are not satisfied.Based on the results of analysis of Cartesian diagram shows that there are three significant variables that three variables, namely the regularity of the work schedule is quite important by respondents with a score of 3.50 and variable 7 is the ability to serve lending is very important by respondents with a score of 3, 79. The next variable is the availability of parking space 18 received responses are less satisfied thanrespondents with a score of 3.88.
