Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influences of profit sharing financing system to the business innovation, and to perform business, assets to the business innovation, and to perform business innovation to customer growth, and to business performance, customer growth to the performances of business. The type of this research is exploratory research study. The population was Sugarcane Farming’s in Kab.Bondowoso. The amount of Small and Micro Sugarcane Farming’s who use financing funds are 50 units. The sampling technique conducted with a purposive sampling technique. The research showed that Financing have a significant effect on business innovation. Furthermore, profit sharing financing also have a significant effect on the performance of sugar cane farming. The asset of sugar cane farming has an effect on business innovation, and affects the performance of sugar cane farming. Business innovation effect on customer growth, and performance sugar cane farming. Customer growth affects the performance sugar cane farming.

Abstract

This research intends to empirically test the direct effect between Regional Real/Own Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Fund (DAU) towards Capital Expenses at the Regency/Municipality of Central Java Province. Sample in this research is overall Regencies and Municipalities located in Central Java from the year of 2004 to 2007. The sample used based on the Regional Revenue and Expense Budget (APBD) of regency/municipality regional government that had been used the new format that is Law of the Internal Affairs Minister Decree No. 29 year 2002. Data analyzed by using multiple regressions technique with analysis path model and e-views. Based on the research result using multiple regressions, gained the first Hypothesis result that is Regional Real/Own Revenue negatively affects Capital Expenses. Second Hypothesis shows that General Allocation Fund positively affects Capital Expenses. Keyword: Regional Real/Own Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Capital Expenses.

Abstract

Pada tulisan ini dipaparkan rancang bangun peralatan untuk keperluan Praktikum Fisika Pengukur Percepatan Gravitasi dengan Gerak Harmonik Sederhana Metode Bandul. Metode bandul yaitu metode penghitungan percepatan gravitasi dengan menggunakan bandul seperti bola pejal dari besi yang terhubung dengan tali yang diikatkan pada tiang statip. Bandul ini diayunkan dengan sudut θ tertentu sehinggga terjadi Gerak Harmonik Sederhana. Panjang tali diukur dari ujung statip ke pusat massa bandul yaitu di tengah-tengah diameter bandul. Pengganti alat stopwatch secara manual adalah menggunakan timer mikrokontroler basic stamp, kemudian input data ( panjang tali dan banyak ayunan) melalui keypad dan pergerakan naik turun panjang tali bandul dilakukan oleh motor stepper serta hasil perhitungan percepatan gravitasi ditampilkan dalam Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). Untuk pengukuran panjang tali, waktu dan jumlah ayunan telah dilakukan secara otomatis pada mikrokontroler

Abstract

Berat badan bayi merupakan salah satu indikator dalam penilaian status gizi bayi, Status gizi adalah parameter tercukupi atau tidaknya nutrisi bayi dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Secara nasional di Indonesia presentase status gizi buruk dan gizi kurang balita pada tahun 2018 adalah 17,7% dan di provinsi Riau pada tahun 2018 adalah 18,9%. Data Dinas Kesehatan Rokan Hulu Prevalensi gizi buruk pada Balita Tahun 2019 sebanyak 121 balita. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini yaitu meneliti pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat bayi di desa Rembah hilir. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap kenaikan berat badan bayi, Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pre-post test design. Analisa data menggunakan Dependent T-Test. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan rata-rata berat badan bayi sebelum pijat adalah 4,86 Kg dan rata-rata berat badan bayi sesudah pijat adalah 5,72 Kg dengan nilai Pvalue 0,000 (α=0,05). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada bayi.Kata kunci: Bayi; Benaikan Berat Badan; PijatAbstractInfant weight is one of the markers used to determine a child's nutritional status. The nutritional status of a baby is a criterion for determining whether or not the baby's nutritional needs are met during the growth and development process. In 2018, 17.7% of Indonesian children under the age of five were malnourished or undernourished, while 18.9% of children in Riau province were malnourished or undernourished. The Rokan Hulu Health Service provided the data. In 2019, there were 121 toddlers who were malnourished. The novelty of this study is to examine the effect of infant massage on increasing infant weight in the downstream village of Rembah. The goal of this study is to see how newborn massage affects weight gain. A one-group pre-post test was employed in this investigation. The Dependent T-Test was used to analyze the data. With a P-value of 0.000 (=0.05), the average baby weight before massage was 4.86 kg, while the average baby weight after massage was 5.72 kg. The result is that newborn massage has an influence on weight gain in infants.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the number of COVID-19 cases is still quite alarming. The pandemic period causes people's life activities to be completely limited and people become worried if they have to go to the hospital, alternative methods are needed to increase immunity in preventing/treating disease. Therefore, this community service aims to educate the public to remain calm and can improve health insight during the pandemic. The method used to provide education to students is to hold webinars through the Zoom teleconferencing application. The material given in this activity is Alternative Medicine for Disease Trought Hijamah (Cupping). In this activity, the participants who attended were 90 participants from housewives, lecturers, students, and private employees with an age range of 18-60 years. The results of the webinar activity show that the level of understanding of participants about COVID-19 is good with an average understanding percentage of 80%, participant interest in Alternative Medicine for Disease Trought Hijamah (Cupping) is good at 75%, and participants are also satisfied with the webinar that has been held (83,3%). From these results, it was concluded that participants who had participated in this activity were able to understand about the COVID-19 disease and were interested in alternative medicine in preventing/treating disease.

Abstract

Background: Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) experience metabolic disorders and hyperandrogenism. The acupuncture is an alternative medicinal treatment and complimentary for the women with PCOS. The aim of this research was to identify acupuncture effectiveness for metabolism problem and hyperandrogenism for the women with PCOS.Methods: This was a systematic review using several published literature obtained from direct electronic data of science, PubMed, and other sites through the PRISMA method using the Boolean operator's system (AND).  The inclusion criteria consisted of the studies with Randomized controlled trial (RCT) published in 2009 to 2019, women with PCOS aged 18 to 45 years old as the subjects, the intervention using all of the kind of acupuncture that was compared to placebo, physical training, sham, and medicines. Meanwhile, exclusion criteria were studies with systematic review and meta-analysis, focusing on intervention, medicines, and physical training by using experimental animals. The measurement value of HOMA-IR, LH, FSH, ratio LH/FSH, TT, FT, SHBG, and DHEA-S.Results: The search resulted in 509 studies, of which a total of 6 studies were included in this systematic review. The acupuncture has effects on metabolism problem and hyperandrogenism for the women with PCOS, such as the decrease of HOMA-IR (3 studies) and LH tense (2 studies), LH/FSH ratio reduction (3 studies), as well as, the decline of TT tense (4 studies) and FT tense (4 studies), but the increase of SHBG tense (3 studies), and the decrease of DHEA-S (2 studies). However, the tense of LH had no significant change in all of the studies.Conclusions: The acupuncture can be effective in solving the metabolism problem and hyperandrogenism of women with PCOS.

Abstract

Pengabdian yang ditunjukan untuk sosialisasi kehadiran akuntansi pertanian atas aktivitas petani. Kehadiran sebagai upaya untuk mendukung dalam menunjang keberhasilan musim tanam (input) sampai hasil panen (output). Hubungan Input dan output itu berhubungan dengan biaya dan pendapatan. Perumusan yang menjadi tujuan pengabdian bagi kelompok tani Desa Bubuk Kecamatan Rogojampi Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang dilakukan memberikan ceramah dan diskusi bagaimana cara pelaksanaan akuntansi pertanian sebagai proses penentuan biaya dan pendapatan yang dilakukan selama usaha tani. Aktivitas petani dari pengeluaran-pengeluaran yang dikumpulkan dalam satu perhitungan sebagai biaya tanam dan menjadi penerimaan ketika musim panen tiba dari hasil penjualannya. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pengeluaran biaya-biaya tanam menjadikan komponen biaya dimuka yang dapat diatur perhitungannya. Proses penetapan biaya ini menjadi biaya diatur petani sebagai perumusan Nilai Tukar Petani atas biaya yang dibayar dengan harga yang diterima ditambahkan faktor musim sebagai penentu hasil persamaan tersebut. Berdasarkan perumusan tersebut menunjukkan keputusan pendapatan petani harus dibuat dan langkah-langkah yang harus diambil ketika manfaat tambahan ada di keseluruhan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Kata Kunci: Akuntansi pertanian, biaya petani, pendapatan petani, dan nilai tukar petani.
