Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an interpretation of library studyresult on the relationship between Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) in buildingwork life balance (WLB) to achieve job satisfaction in Islam. The methodused is library study by tracing related topics. Data comes from primarysources in the form of articles that are relevant to topics. Meanwhile,data analysis used interpretive. The results show that there is an allegedlogical relationship between IWE, WLB and job satisfaction in Islam.Application of IWE can build a balance between work and life outsideof work. Furthermore, someone who is able to build this balance can feeljob satisfaction, in terms of Islamic job satisfaction. The implication ofthis research, there is an initial assumption of a link between IWE andWLB and job satisfaction in Islam. The future research agenda can testempirically the relationship between these variables by incorporating itinto an empirical research model.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to analyze  how human capital and marketing performance can be improved through social capital, both internally and externally Quota sampling method are used to seeing the responses of 140 Batik SME’s in Semarang related research quetions. This  research  used  Structural Equation Model (SEM) under Amos 22.0 program as analysis tools. This research indicated that 1) internal social capital positively effect on human capital, 2) external social capital positively effect on human capital, 3) external social capital has no effect on marketing performance, 4) internal social capital positively effect on marketing performance, and 5) human capital positively effect on marketing performance  https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v5i2.1642

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the value of the industry. The independent variables are investment opportunities, dividend policy, financial leverage, profitability. The population in this research is a non-financial industry listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2019. The illustrations for this research were selected using a purposive sampling procedure, and 200 illustrations were taken. Information analysis uses multiple regression procedures. The results of this research show that financial leverage, profitability and an independent board of commissioners affect the value of the industry, on the other hand, investment opportunities do not affect the value of the industry.

Abstract

The number of female workers is increasing and its role in leadership is giving its own perspective on the topic of women leadership. Pro and contra phenomenon related to women leadership still exist in the society. In addition to explain the paradigm of woman leadership, this study also explains the pro and contra of women leadership from various perspectives and provides an overview of how the pro and contra emerge. The method that was used in this study is literature study from the Al-Quran, books, journals and studies. The findings of this study shows that women leadership style leads to transformational, democratic, collaborative styles and have high relational value. Leadership is left to follow one's worth and ability from either men or women. If someone meets the requirements and deserves to be a leader even though from the women's group this remains true. The emergence of pro and contra is based on different point of views; every point of view has different concepts which lead to different practices. The results of an interpretation are not only come from the methods and approaches used, but are also influenced by their socio-cultural and ideological conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work culture in an effort to improve employee performance at PT X. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Collecting data in this study using triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Six informants were selected based on the principle of suitability(appropriateness) and sufficiency (adequacy).The results showed that PT X's work culture had benefits, namely the formation of a good work process, a more structured job, a faster problem-solving process and increased human resource capabilities. while the barriers in work culture are a lack of confidence, busy daily routines, inefficient organizational structure, lack of motivation and competence, lack of cohesiveness and employees who do not upgrade their abilities or knowledge.

Abstract

Fokus dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Mayarakat (PKM) ini adalah upaya pengembangan usahakerajinan kayu “Barokah Craft” dan “UD Jati Wijaya” melalui manajemen usaha dan produksi. Keduausaha ini saling mendukung dalam hal “kolaborasi pemasaran” untuk memenuhi pesanan dan keperluanevent pameran, dengan cara tukar menukar produk dalam upaya kelengkapan variasi produk yangbersinergi untuk bisa meningkatkan daya saing. Target capaian luaran program PKM adalahpeningkatan kemampuan manajemen usaha, pengetahuan estetika seni yang berdampak padapeningkatan kualitas produk, kapasitas produksi, peningkatan keragaman model desain produk sertajangkauan pasarnya lebih luas, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan. Metodependekatan yang digunakan dengan pelatihan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah perbaikan modeldesain produk kerajinan bubut kayu, dan peningkatan manajemen usaha dari aspek produksi,pengelolaan keuangan, dan startegi pemasaran.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pra survey yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya diketahui bahwa UMKM Kelurahan Kalicari mengalami penurunan omset penjualan sebagai dampak kondisi pandemi Covid 19. Hal ini menjadi alasan pentingnya sebuah startegi diterapkan untuk bertahan dan beradaptasi di era pandemic. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada penyuluhan mengenai strategi bertahan UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Penyuluhan yang diberikan berupa pemaparan tentang berbagai strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan usaha ditengah daya beli masyarakat yang menurun. Hasil pengabdian kepada masayarkat ini berupa peningkatan pengetahuan UMKM tentang berbagai bentuk startegi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mempertahankan usahanya di era pandemic. Hasil evaluasi juga menunjukkan mayoritas UMKM berpendapat dapat dengan mudah mengaplikasikan strategi yang telah diajarkan.

Abstract

Implementation of this PKM focus on efforts to improve business management and the quality of production of traditional snacks in Demak Regency. Based on the analysis, partners have problems in the fields of production and marketing. The problem in the production aspect is related to the limited use of technology, the entire production process is carried out manually which causes excess and the quality of the product to be low. Limited quantity affects the unmet market demand, while low quality caused by unhygienic production processes, uneven product texture and changing taste. Problems in the marketing aspect discuss the knowledge and skills of micro entrepreneurs in planning marketing strategies (unattractive packaging). The method used is participatory training through workshops and training. The result of the PKM implementation is that traditional snacks SMEs already have technological renewal, consisting of a jenang mixer that is useful for increasing production capacity and revenue. An Increased Understanding of traditional snacks SMEs in terms of hygienic food production and product packaging.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu melibatkan seluruh karyawan untuk menjadi sampel dengan jumlah 47 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa komitmen afektif mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmen berkelanjutan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan komitmen normatif mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Komitmen normative memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja melalui peningkatan komitmen yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Berkelanjutan, Komitmen Normatif, Kinerja

Abstract

Dana desa harus dimanfaatkan dan digunakan untuk kepentingan desa dan pelaksanaannya diawasi bersama serta dilengkapi dengan laporan-laporan secara tertulis agar dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Masih sangat sedikit aparatur pemerintah desa dalam memberikan laporan pengelolaan dana desa, sehingga memunculkan pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana kinerja pengelolaan dana desa. Penelitian bermaksud untuk menganalisis persepsi dari aparatur pemerintah desa berdasarkan prinsip Good Governance dengan dimensi transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi dan kapasitas aparatur desa terhadap kinerja pengeloaan dana desa dengan sistem pengendalian internal sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian dilakukan di  Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak pada pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dana desa yaitu kepala desa, sekretaris desa, bendahara, pelaksana kegiatan pembangunan, pelaksana kegiatan pemerintahan, ketua tim pengelola kegiatan dan tim penggerak kesejahterahteraan keluarga, pada 12 desa dengan jumlah responden 84 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM dengan WrapPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi dan kapasitas aparatur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan dana desa. Sedangkan sistem pengendalian internal gagal menjadi variabel moderasi pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa.
