Abstract

Relating issues for a teachers or educators is inevitable among other things related, there are: a personal self teacher, institution where duty, salary or honorarium, employment status, and other systems. For example, welfare issues and the promotion or advancement, as well as the low salaries of teachers being interest for theme in the some seminar or discourse. But, after the certification, teacher welfare debate subsided.Some other issues related to teachers include: (a) teacher caught up in the routine of learning in running a static, as one of the main components of learning with dual function as educators and teachers, the teachers need to do a progressive learning dynamics. (b) Teachers have not been up applying relevant learning theories in the learning process. (c) Teachers lack of commitment to the learning paradigm, as a result, a variety of instructional changes that need to be adapted, innovated ignored. (d) And a low academic contact as meeting with guest speaker or scholarly nature to discuss education issues across subjects to find a way necessary.Keywords: Teacher, National Educational System, Professionalism

Abstract

Advances in information technology and communication today has a lot to change the culture and civilization of the Indonesian nation with all its positive and negative impacts. As an entity related to the culture and civilization, education in various parts of the world experienced a fundamental change in the era of globalization. There are many advances in science and technology that could be enjoyed by mankind. But today, there are still some weaknesses of education in Indonesia, of which include; First, lack of access to education, secondly, improving governance. Third, improving the quality of educational institutions and out put. This research aims to determine the orientation of Pedagogic and socio-cultural changes towards the advancement of science and technology education that includes the role of education in the era of globalization, the future school model, the development of gender-based education, sertakesetaraan gender in education. Keywords: Pedagogy, Socio-Cultural, Educational Science and Technology

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitain Ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat upaya sekolah dalam melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis masyarakat, khususnya terkait dengan bagaimana membangun partisipasi dan kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan ekstrakuikuler sekolah.Penelitian Ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatatif sebagai penelitian ini menggunakan latar alamiah, dengan tujuan menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan beberapa metode yang ada. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan FGD, wawancara dan observasi. Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif Dari hasil penelitian. Pertama; bahwa kemampuan sekolah membagun kolaborasi dan perlibatan masyarakat dalam PPK, masih mengahadapi berbagai kendala dan dapat dikategorikan belum optimal. Kedua; pada umumnya masyarakat berantusias menyambut program PPK, dan memiliki kemauan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam ikut mensukseskan program PPK. Ketiga; sekolah selama ini belum menemukan desain kegiatan atau desain implementasi yang sesuai kebutuhan sekolah (minat, bakat, kemampuan dan kreatifitas sekolah serta kearifan lokal di lingkungan sekolah). Dan keempat; desain model implementasi PPK melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini, masih merupakan model dasar, yang bisa diadopsi dan dimodifikasi oleh sekolah yang menyesuaikan kondisi sekolah, kesediaan dan kesiapan masyarakat.

Abstract

SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE MEASUREMENTS INSTRUMENT DEVELOPING METHODS. The main objective of this study is to provide information related how to develop an instrument spiritual to measure the intelligence of students. The specific objectives are: 1) understanding the instrumental development concept, 2) knowing the instrumental development procedure, 3) and determining the testing method. This study used library research by examining the literature as a supporting source. The results of study show that first, the instrument plays a very important role to determine the quality of a study, as well as become the tools used by researcher to collect the data by conducting measurements. Second, the instrumental development procedure passes several stages; those are developing the conceptual definition, giving scale, reviewing the justification points, preparing instrumental draft, collecting the trial data, and analyzing the trial data. Third, the testing method used to develop the instrument is factor analysis by using SPSS and Lisrel.

Abstract

National Examination (UN) is a measuring tool used to determine the success standard of a learning process. The success of the process and learning outcomes can be expressed by the high value of the established UN index. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the UN can be used as a continues policy material. This research is a literary research where researchers trace the literature related to the implementation of the UN and the direction of educational policy. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the UN is still needed but with some notes. All supporting components and instruments must be ready and evenly distributed throughout the districts or cities that deal with the competence of teachers, supporting facilities, and public awareness of the importance of the quality of education. The National Exam encourages all parties to work hard in order to achieve better learning outcomes for learners, in accordance with the competency standards of graduates. UN has become a part of the national policy direction, which gave birth to the NationalStandard School Examination, the curriculum changes from KTSP to K13, and the implementation of the Full Day School program as an effort to maximize the potential of learners in school activities.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the values of Islamic education in the culture are found in the community of Lampung Pepadun. The implementation of the culture of Nemui Nyimah in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan is seen in hospitality activities, such as there are procedures or adab-adab visiting and receiving guests. Data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study state that: The implementation of the culture of Nemu Nyimah in the Tiyuh Panaragan community can be seen in hospitality activities, such as adab-adab visiting and receiving guests in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan. Based on the results of the Nemu Nyimah Study, it is an explicit culture which means that it cannot be seen in any form, but the culture of Nemu Nyimah is always in any activity or event such as deliberation, forum mulei menganai, yasinan, ngakuk majeu (taking girls), and manjau debingei.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the construct validity of the tadzkiyatun nafs instrument at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The Population of this research was the students of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty that consisted of 150 students. The method employed in this research was survey technique by using Likert Scale parameter. The result of the empirical research states that 37 items of the Tadzkiyatun Nafs instrument are spread out into five dimensions. The result of construct validity by using factor analysis proved that several numbers of items that have been estimated are 37 indicators with the value of > 0.30, out of 39 items, assuming that all items are estimated in accordance with the theory being constructed. The two other indicators are < 0.30 which then eliminated. The two items that were eliminated are item A4 on the Tauhid dimension, and point A11 on the shalat dimension. The implications of this research are expected can contribute to the progress of Islamic civilization, especially in relation to scientific integration by integrating Islamic sciences as its subject, and exact science as its methodology.
