Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the store atmosphere, product diversity, and promotion of purchasing decisions on Ramayana Department Store consumers in Malang. The independent variables in this study are Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity and Promotion, then the dependent variable is the Purchasing Decision. This research was conducted at the Ramayana Department Store Malang, the sample in this study were 112 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on research that has been done the results show that the Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity and Promotion have a partial and simultaneous effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part for a company in developing its performance. Because in the world of work, human resources are needed professionally. Then the competition for human resources who have diverse abilities in the world of work is increasing. Factors that also affect employee performance are organizational culture and work commitment. The implementation of an organizational culture in an organization will be able to encourage someone to be able to take ethical actions. Work commitment can be used as an indicator to measure employee turnover in a company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture on work commitments and to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work commitments (Office of Supervision and Service of the Middle and Excise Type of Malang Excise). This type of research is quantitative. Then using a random sampling technique. This study used a sample of 74 respondents taken from the employees of the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type, Malang Excise. Scales of measurement in this study use a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on work commitment, there is an indirect effect between organizational culture on employee performance through work commitment.

Abstract

The study is determine the effect of career development and employee commitment on employee performance at Radar Malang. This research was conducted at Radar Malnag. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees using saturated sample techniques. This research uses descriptive and explanatory research, this type of research is quantitative research. In this study shows the influence partial and simultan. Partial effect of career development on employee performance, employee commitment to employee performance. While the simultan influence of the career development and employee commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resources competence, career development and employee commitment to the performance of employees in the research hall of various nuts and tuber (Balitkabi) Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study was all employees of the existing Balitkabi Malang. The samples used in this study were officers in Balikabi Malang. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study showed that the variable of HR competency, Career development and employee commitment simultaneously positively influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang. As well as a parcial HR competency influential insignificant to the employee's performance. While career advancement and employee commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of retention and competence on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Malang. The independent variable in retention and competence research, then the dependent variable is employee performance. This research was conducted at PT.Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office, the sample in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated samples. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on research that has been done the results show that retention and competence have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) untuk menguji pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dan sampel yang peneliti gunakan yakni di PR. Trubus alami dengan sampel sebesar 48 karyawan tetap. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan karir dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PR. Trubus Alami. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Trubus Alami. Variabel reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Trubus Alami. Artinya, semakin tinggi pengembangan karir dan reward yang ada di PR. Trubus Alami maka, semakin baik pula kedua variabel mempengaruhi kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengembangkan faktor – faktor lain yang memengaruhi kinerja diluar faktor yang sudah diteliti misalnya motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, atau yang lainya yang dapat memberikan kontribusi tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PR. Trubus Alami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1)Menguji pengaruh Manajemen Talenta dan Manajemen Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja. (2)Menguji pengaruh manajemen Talenta terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Transfoermer Center. (3)Menguji pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja di Transformer Center. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yaitu penelitian dengan angka yang kemudian di deskripsikan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode analisis berupa regresi linier berganda. Populasi dan sampel yang peneliti gunakan yakni di Transformer Center Kota Batu dengan sampel sebesar 75 orang karyawan tetap, teknik yang digunakan yakni menggunakan tenik sensus (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Manajemen Talenta dan Manajemen Pengatahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja yang ada di Transformer Center Kota Batu. Variabel Manajemen Talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Transformer Center Kota Batu, variabel Manajemen Pengetahuan berpengearuh positif dan signifikan searah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Transformer Center Kota Batu. Artinya semakin tinggi Manajemen Talenta dan Manajemen Pengetahuan dimiliki Transformer Center Kota Batu maka semakin baik pula kedua variabel mempengaruhi Kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Bagi penelitian selanjutny: diharapkan melakukan penelitian menggunakan variabel yang berbeda, misalnya dispilin kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, yang termasuk mempengaruhi kinerja yang belum di teliti dalam penelitian.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Motivasi dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Malang. Kinerja pegawai Dinas Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Malang perlu untuk di tingkatkan dan dikembangkan lagi demi kemajuan organisasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, sumber data adalah kuantitatif, populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh pegawai tetap Dinas Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Malang. Menggunakan Teknik sampling menggunakan sample jenuh yang diperoleh 35 responden. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden diukur dengan skala likert dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokrasi, Motivasi dan Komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai , Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kekurangan dari penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan dari akses data yang dibatasi oleh pihak Dinas, peneliti kurang di beri kebebasan dalam meminta data kepegawaian organisasi yang meliputi data pribadi pegawai. untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi, peneliti selanjutnya harus bisa melihat kondisi yang sedang di alami perusahaan atau organisasi seperti mengembangkan variable lain seperti komitmen, kedisiplinan, dan manajemen talenta.

Abstract

The global challenges in the economic sector has become more complex and turbulence. Many companies have executed management changes in order to survive and create strategies to compete with their competitors. More than two decades, human resource management has been developed into strategic to face the global challenges, and the roles concept of human resource professional created by Ulrich et. al. has been executed by many companies around the world. Many researchers have stated that a key to achieving competitive advantage is that of the strategic roles of human resource management. In the service industry, specifically in hospitality, in which human resource as the main resource to run the business, the strategic roles of the human resource manager is very important in creating competitive advantage. This research aims to identify and describe the strategic roles of human resource managers in a hospitality industry. This study conducted in three-star hotels in Malang and interviewed six human resource managers as participants. Qualitative method used in this research and positivist underlying philosophical assumption. Using semi-structured interview in data collection, this paper identifies three themes to be analyzed by coding using software NVivo International 10. The first is the strategic roles of human resource managers contribute to anticipating the competitive business challenges; the second, their strategic roles in creating competitive advantage; and lastly, a human resource as a key in creating the competitive advantage for the company. The first two themes are analyzed by a number of coding references, the finding mentioned that there are two human resource managers who conduct strategic roles as the strategic partner and change agent. While the third theme is analyzed by word tree and giving the result that the factor of achieving competitive advantage is that of human resource.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) is a government program aims to build community welfare through independent economic. To build BUMDes is obligated to all district which has been given socialization dan training about this enterprise by local government. This community service was conducted in Pakisjajar aims to help”perangkat desa” and “kelompok kerja (Pokja)” with management knowledge in oder to build BUMDes. The result of training showed that all participants antusiastic by asking many questions and discussing their problems. As the training ended, all participants stated that they satisfied with the material of training. It was complete and met their needs and they felt sure to build BUMDes. Hopefully, participants of this training can build BUMDes as soon as possible and can manage the enterprise succesfully.
