Abstract

PT. Jui Shin Indonesia as the research population is a company engaged in the ceramics, granite, and cement industry. The existence of important assets owned by the company can not be denied the threat that will occur in these important assets. The importance of a company's assets, then the company must maintain the security of assets with various efforts. The security that must be maintained in this study is the security of information related to accessing control of important assets of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design policy documents and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) access control related to information security. This is done to minimize the risk that occurs in important assets of the company. The method used in this study is the OCTAVE method as a method of identification against risks that will occur in important assets of the company and the FMEA method as a method of risk analysis against the risk that has been identified through the OCTAVE method. The final result of this study is the creation of policy documents and access control SOPs related to information security which refers to the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 framework that focuses on clause 9. Access Control. Based on the results of the study, the researchers received proposals for policy document-making and SOPs as much as, namely, 17 for policy document-making and 18 for the creation of SOP documents.

Abstract

Lorentz force teaching aids are proven to improve student’s cognitive abilities. The average result of N-Gain after using Lorentz force prop is 0.8 which is included in the high category. In the learning process, the teacher needed to design the course content, guiding, directing, and evaluating student learning outcomes. In the current situation, this learning process is still being done conventionally. Along with the development of technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) can facilitate the teaching and learning process. IoT allows data to be sent across a network without the need for human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The implementation of IoT in Education can also be called Internet of Education Things (IoET). IoT has many benefits in the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. Students can learn directly with teaching aids so that their cognitive understanding increases. Teachers can also curtail activities that were previously done manually by reading activities that have been automatically saved, such as preparing, directing, giving questions, to recapitulating assessments. In this study, IoT technology has been implemented into the Lorentz force teaching aid (E-Lorentz)  and the system performance has been analyzed based on its functionality parameters, accurate data reading and suitability of the assessment are the main parameters. The reading accuracy test yielded a difference of 0.474 X 10-4 N, with an error percentage of 2.92% determined by using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. Data reading and suitability of the assessment have been tested and are able to run efficiently at 100%

Abstract

Organisasi industri farmasi pada proses produksi obat dan bahan obat berupaya untuk melakukan monitoring operasional kegiatan mengenai kerusakan mesin, persediaan, perubahan product mix, meminimalkan kemacetan produksi, dan penjadwalan pesanan bekerja melalui pabrik. Selain itu, diharapkan konsep green environment pada proses produksi obat dan bahan obat dapat meminimalisasi konsumsi kertas. Dalam hal ini, teknologi informasi (TI) dapat digunakan dalam proses penjadwalan, melakukan pengendalian tentang kualitas produk, serta berperan dalam mengatur persediaan dan memberikan laporan mengenai seluruh proses bisnis yang terjadi dalam organisasi. Selain itu, integrasi TI bertujuan menggabungkan sistem informasi yang tadinya terpisah untuk sebuah sumber daya informasi yang lebih lengkap dan menyeluruh bagi organisasi industri farmasi. Tetapi, besarnya dana atau anggaran yang dibutuhkan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi sampai dengan pembiayaan pemeliharaannya menjadi masalah. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah pada perusahaan industri farmasi. SOA menawarkan sebuah infrastruktur yang baik dengan kemampuan integrasi yang sudah terkelola, dan tentunya akan berdampak pada meningkatnya reliability, kemudahan pertukaran informasi antar aplikasi, mengurangi pengaruh jika terjadi perubahan, dan tentu dapat menekan biaya-biaya untuk keperluan integrasi dan modifikasi aplikasi. Model rancangan SOA dibuat mengikuti proses bisnis proses produksi obat dan bahan obat yang didasari oleh dokumen pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa rancangan SOA dapat digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi proses produksi obat dan bahan obat serta dapat menjadi layanan untuk sistem lain bertukar data.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and measure the significance of the factors or variables that influence technology acceptance for a smart lighting system built based on the internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) technology implemented in XYZ company. The smart lighting system implemented was a dedicated smart lighting system for office space (more than 20 m2 to 60 m2) to sense the conditions and make automatic adjustments to room conditions. Before mass production, the smart lighting system would be reviewed for its technology acceptance by users using the technology acceptance technology model (TAM). TAM is a method used to identify factors that affect the technology acceptance based on the functionality of the smart lighting system. Based on the smart lighting purposes and conditions from the XYZ company, six variables influencing the acceptance of smart lighting systems, namely reliability and accuracy (RA), perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), attitude toward using (ATU), behavior intention (BI), and actual system use (AU) were proposed. These variables influenced each other and formed eight hypotheses, namely H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, and H8. Using the purposive sampling technique, validity test with product-moment correlation, and Cronbach’s alpha validity test, five hypotheses had a positive and significant effect, namely H1, H4, H5, H6, and H7. The RA variable influenced the PU variable, the PU variable influenced the ATU variable, the PEOU variable affected the ATU variable, the ATU variable influenced BI, and the PU variable affected BI. Meanwhile, the three hypotheses had negative and insignificant impacts, namely H2, H3, and H8. The RA variable did not affect the PEOU, the PEOU variable did not affect the PU, and the BI variable did not affect the AU variable.

Abstract

Currently, “Buruan Sae” is a leading program in Bandung City, during the pandemic, this program was used to solve the problem of food security for every community. The government also promotes every community to implement urban farming in the city. Meanwhile, digitization is a step that is expected to be carried out in the future. To prepare for the transformation in this direction, the initial step is to measure readiness. Therefore, this study aims to determine the readiness of Agricultural Extension Officers (AOE) in Bandung as a necessary initial step in assisting the digital transformation of the “Buran Sae” program. AOE from the Department of Food and Agriculture were used as the sample population considering that they are the “spearhead” of this program. Using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) Model, the value obtained was 3.365, which can be categorized as Medium Technology Readiness group. The amount of Explorers group namely 37.5% indicated that the majority of extension officers will accept the technology quickly. Furthermore, no part of the population can completely resist technological change as implied by the absence of the Laggards group. In the future, the results are expected to become a fundamental basis for the Department of Food and Agriculture to achieve digital transformation and this program will continue to be the main answer to every community’s problem of food and agriculture.

Abstract

AbstrakSoftware Defined Network (SDN) adalah sebuah arsitektur jaringan dimana control plane yang merupakanentitas eksternal yang disebut sebagai controller terstruktur secara terpusat (Centralized Control). Dalamskala jaringan besar SDN dapat terdiri dari beberapa controller yang mendistribusikan manajemenjaringan, dimana setiap controller terpusat secara logis tetapi terdistribusi secara fisik [1]. Controllermerupakan pusat jaringan dalam SDN sehingga letak controller dalam jaringan sangat penting untukdiperhatikan karena berdampak pada kinerja jaringan yang dihasilkan. Salah satu parameter pentingdalam mengukur kinerja jaringan adalah latency. Latency adalah waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengirim paket dari pengirim ke penerima. Salah satu penyebab latency adalah jarak antara node dan controller [2].Sehingga pada penelitian ini, dibutuhkan penggunaan clustering untuk meminimalkan jarak antara nodedan controller. Metode clustering yang digunakan adalah K-Means dan pengukuran latency menggunakantoolset POCO yang umum digunakan untuk simulasi optimasi dalam lingkungan MATLAB. Hasilpengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode POCO – K-Means dapat diterapkan untuk penempatan controllersesuai dengan skenario dan topologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah cluster = 4 adalah jumlahcluster yang optimal untuk digunakan dengan nilai SSE = 175,5260 dan Average latency = 0,13ms. On a large scale SDN network consists of several controllers that distribute networkmanagement, where each controller has logically centralized but physically distributed [1]. Controller is thenetwork center in the SDN so that the location of the controller in the network is very important because ithas an impact on the performance of the network produced. One important parameter in measuringnetwork performance is latency. Latency is the time needed to send a packet from the sender to the recipient.One of the causes of latency is the distance between node and controller [2]. Therefore, it is necessary to useclustering to minimize the distance between node and controller. The clustering method used is K-Meansand latency measurements using the POCO toolset that is commonly used for optimization simulations inthe MATLAB environment. The test results show that the POCO-K-Means method can be applied to theplacement of the controller according to the scenario and topology used in this work. The optimal numberof cluster is 4 with SSE = 175.5260 and average latency = 0.13ms. Keywords: Software Defined Network, Controller Placement, Latency, K-Means, POCO

Abstract

Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Alamendah diserahkan pada kelompok pemuda desa yang terbentuk pada tahun 2019. Namun, hingga saat ini pengelolaan belum dilakukan secara optimal. Desa Alamendah memiliki banyak sekali titik wisata yang berpotensi mendapatkan banyak pengunjung, namun informasi potensi ini tidak dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh publik. Selain itu, banyaknya titik wisata di Desa Wisata Alamendah pun belum tergambarkan, sehingga sulit untuk benar-benar mengidentifikasi letak titik wisata. Permasalahan yang diangkat ini sangat berpengaruh pada potensi kedatangan pengunjung yang pada akhirnya pun sangat memperngaruhi pergerakan dan pertumbuhan perekonomian Desa Wisata Alamendah. Abstract

Sekemala Integrated Farm (Sein Farm) merupakan bagian dari Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pembibitan Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura, dan Peternakan,  Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian (DKPP) Kota Bandung yang memiliki fungsi sebagai laboratorium umum (masyarakat) untuk kegiatan urban farming. Salah satu kegiatan urban farming adalah budidaya ikan dalam biofloc. Sein Farm memiliki biofloc sebanyak 55 unit untuk budidaya ikan tawar. Menjaga kualitas air dalam biofloc memiliki peran yang sangat krusial dalam keberhasilan budidaya ikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Sein Farm dalam budidaya ikan di biofloc adalah dengan keterbasan jumlah karyawan dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari untuk menjaga kualitas air. Integrasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) memberikan solusi untuk otomatisasi kegiatan akuakultur termasuk untuk menjaga kualitas air, yang juga dikenal sebagai smart aquaculture. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tim dari Fakultas Informatika Universitas Telkom membangun, menerapkan, melakukan alih teknologi, dan mengukur penerimaan solusi berbasis smart aquaculture kepada 16 pegawai operasional di Sein Farm. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, tujuan dari kegiatan masyarakat berhasil capai, yaitu berhasil membangun dan menerapkan smart aquaculture di Sein Farm, melakukan pelatihan untuk pengoperasian sistem, dan melakukan survey untuk penerimaan teknologi. Hasil dari survei menunjukkan 95% menjawab “setuju” dan “sangat setuju” terhadap penerapan smart aquaculture dalam membantu kegiatan operasional untuk menjaga kualitas air dalam budidaya ikan di biofloc.

Abstract

Bullying is an unpleasant behavior carried out by an individual or a group of people against another person or group. This behavior is carried out both verbally and physically which can make a person feel uncomfortable and pressured. Bullying often occurs at the elementary school (SD) level. This happens because the elementary school age level does not understand the meaning of bullying and its legal consequences. Therefore, in this community service, counseling was carried out for Al Mabrur Elementary School students to provide an understanding of bullying. Counseling was carried out through various activities, such as playing videos, presenting material, coloring, games, and handing out anti-bullying pocket books. The counseling activity was attended by 30 students from SD Al Mabrur and other school employees. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to the participants after the counseling was finished, it was found that the participants had understood the meaning of bullying and its forms.

Abstract

Abstrak-PT. XYZ ialah salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia yang berfokus pada layanan Business Process Outsourcing. Penggunaan aset Teknologi Informasi sudah dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ untuk menunjang proses bisnis perusahaan. Perencanaan keamanan informasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan OCTAVE Allegro dalam penilaian risiko. Metode OCTAVE Allegro dipilih karena metode tersebut sudah mencakup tiga aspek keamanan informasi yaitu kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan. Penilaian risiko ini akan menjadi acuan untuk membuat langkah mitigasi risiko berdasarkan standar ISO 27001. Penyusunan langkah mitigasi risiko diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat keefektifan dalam penggunaan aset Teknologi Informasi pada PT. XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 15 risiko yang teridentifikasi dan terdapat 14 poin mitigasi risikoKata kunci -keamanan informasi, penilaian risiko, OCTAVE Allegro, ISO 27001.
