Abstract

The development of technology has now been felt in almost various sectors, one of which is the financial sector. Financial Technology (Fintech) is an innovation in the financial sector that can accelerate the process of financial services, one of which is digital payments. OVO is a type of digital payment with the widest acceptance in Indonesia because it has several partnerships, one of which is with MSMEs. Even so, the use of digital payments is still not massive among MSMEs. The reasons are, among others, the unsupported infrastructure and the perceived usefulness of the digital payment. This study aims to determine the factors that can affect the use of technology using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by adding 2 external variables (system quality and culture). The method used is a quantitative method. The research data used primary data obtained directly from the respondents by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study will be analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method using the SmartPLS statistical tool. The results of this study show that as many as seven hypotheses can have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Fintech OVO, while there is one hypothesis that has a positive but not significant effect on interest in using Fintech OVO, namely the effect of perceived easy of use on perceived usefulness.

Data analysis techniques used in this study is the path analysis. This research proves that institutional ownership, board size, audit committee, and bond rating negatively affects bond YTM. Managerial ownership positively affects bond YTM. Institutional ownership, board size, and audit committee positively affects bond rating. Managerial ownership negatively affects bond ratings. Bond rating shown mediated the association of institutional ownership on bond YTM, the association of board size on bond YTM, and the association of the audit committee on bond YTM. However, bond rating can not mediate the effect of managerial ownership on bond YTM. Keywords: corporate governance structure, bond yield to maturity, bond rating

Balanced scorecard is a contemporary performance assessment tool created by Robert  S. Kaplan and David P. Norton. Balanced scorecard assess the performance of the company by financial and non financial perspective. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of BPR Mertha Sedana and BPR Bali Harta Santosa using the balanced scorecard to determine the differences. Financial performance is measured by financial ratios. Customer performance is measured by customer statisfaction. Internal business process performance is measured by the growth of innovation. Growth and learning  performance is measured by employee statisfaction and motivation, employee productivity, and employee retention. Alternative hypothesis testing research is Independent sample t-tes and Mann-Whitney U. The results of this study show that there are differences  in financial performance, customer performance, and growth and learning performance between BPR Mertha Sedana and BPR Bali Harta Santosa.  The difference in internal business process could not be known because the deviation standard for both BPR is nil.

Abstract

Abstract

Fintech DANA is currently used for non-cash transactions due to the convenience and practicality of transactions offered by service providers. However, it is currently unknown to what extent the success of the electronic wallet that has been implemented and there are still problems such as loss of balance, failure to top up balances and the features of the DANA application that are still poorly understood. One of the determining factors for the success of a system that is implemented is from the side of user acceptance, namely behavioral intention (user interest) and use behavior (user behavior). The purpose of this study was to find out what factors could influence the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of DANA Fintech Users towards private workers in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires, and analyzing data processing using SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the 12 (twelve) hypotheses proposed, 7 (seven) hypotheses were declared insignificant and rejected because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis was less than 1.96, while 5 (five) hypotheses were declared significant and accepted because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis is more than 1.96. The results of this study are expected to be one of the considerations in making decisions for electronic wallet service providers to be implemented more optimally.

Abstract

Sales data processing is one way for companies to support future decision making. One way to process sales data is to cluster with data mining techniques that are present as a company solution to be able to process sales data that is owned by carrying out processes that generate new knowledge. Knowledge obtained from owned data is commonly referred to as Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) which consists of steps such as; data selection, data cleaning, pattern search (data mining), and interpretation. In this study, the author will discuss data mining techniques and applications using the K-Means algorithm which is applied in the Python programming language. The research was conducted at the startup company Panak.id by accessing data on sales of processed livestock products for the period July 2021 – July 2022. The results showed that the level of product sales was dominated by products that were in the less-selling category. This shows that of the many types of products offered by Panak.id, there are still many products that are of little interest to the public. From this knowledge, the company can make decisions related to sales strategies and innovations in products that are not in demand with the hope of further increasing sales. In addition, the company can also use this knowledge as a prediction in terms of stock control so that products that are not selling well can be monitored more closely to avoid stock buildup in warehouses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence the intention to use and behavior of MSMEs in Denpasar City in using QRIS with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 Model. This research uses primary data sources with a sample of 100 respondents, taking sample using probability sampling that is simple random sampling. Test the validity and reliability test of the instrument was carried out with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the tests carried out show that the accepted hypothesis is that the variables that have an influence on behavioral intentions are effort expectations, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price values. The other hypothesis that is accepted is the variables that influence use behavior, namely habits and behavioral intentions. There are hypotheses that are rejected, namely performance expectancy on behavioral intention, social influence on behavioral intention, facilitating conditions on use behavior and habit on behavioral intention.
