Abstract

The study aims to analyze the education and training system and apparatus development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District with the study indicators, namely aspects of education and training of apparatus, career development, or apparatus and placement of human resources using SWOT analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation study methods. The results showed that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District is in the prime and steady condition in developing human resources for apparatus. It is really possible to continue increasing growth and achieving maximum progress even though it poses a large enough threat. The strategic recommendation given is the Progressive Strategy, which means that the organization is stable. The human resource development strategy can be carried out progressively towards improving human resources by increasing activities that encourage the development of human resources intensively and continuously. To implement human resource development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District to run well and as needed, it is recommended to determine the priority scale of the education and training. It must be based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis. Then in the implementation of Movements and Promotions carried out based on Career Patterns, Workload Analysis, and Job Analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative study with a total population of 60 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the variables of Competence, Leadership and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. Moreover, Competence (X1) Leadership (X2) and Motivation (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). However, the Leadership variable has a very dominant influence on performance. It is recommended that the performance of employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency to be improved. The role of leadership can also be used as a benchmark for the success of a team’s work in public services, delegation of authority and supervision. It is also recommended that the leader’s task evaluation be carried out periodically. In addition, efforts to improve employee competence are a strategic step in increasing employee motivation.

Abstract

Kupang is the most corrupt city based on a survey by Transparency International Indonesia. The problem is what are the causes of corruption in Kupang City? and what are the strategies the Kupang City Government could adopt to prevent and eradicate corruption in its regions? This research identifies corruption behavior based on terminology, behavioral factors, a mode that is often used to commit corruption, and what must be done to overcome it The method used in this research was an explanatory method using secondary data. Qualitative analysis was then conducted using SWOT analysis. Results showed that corruption is an action to enrich themselves, their families, groups, and corporations by violating rules, norms, and human rights through the exploitation of economic, political, socio-cultural, and environmental resources by maximizing the potential of their resources (position, network, and power). Factors that cause corruption are individual motivations and poor government organization systems and will increase the influence of corruption if it is supported by an environment in which individuals and poor systems are located. Based on this, the strategies that can be carried out by Kota Kupang Government are to immediately carry out an MoU with law enforcement institutions; to use electronic or online systems for all financial transactions within the government; to form a task force against extortion in the government; to enforce financial reporting for all officials within the government; to have a more efficient government budget for a dual and unnecessary function to open access for public monitoring through electronic database, and to have an integrity pact-based performance measurement. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengidentifikasi perilaku korupsi berdasarkan terminologi, faktor penyebab perilaku, modus yang sering dilakukan untuk melakukan korupsi, dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif menggunakan data sekunder. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa korupsi adalah tindakan untuk memperkaya diri, keluarga, kelompok, dan korporasinya dengan cara melanggar aturan, melanggar norma, melanggar hak asasi manusia melalui eksploitasi sumberdaya ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya, dan lingkungan hidup dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya yang dimiliki (jabatan, jaringan, dan kekuasaan). Faktor penyebab korupsi adalah motivasi individu dan sistem organisasi pemerintah yang buruk, dan akan semakin meningkat pengaruh korupsi jika didukung oleh lingkungan dimana individu dan sistem yang buruk berada. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Kupang adalah segera melakukan Memorandum of Understanding dengan lembaga penegakan hukum, segala transaksi keuangan di pemerintahan menggunakan transaksi elektronik atau online, pemerintah membentuk gugus tugas pemberantasan pungli di pemerintahan, memberlakukan pelaporan keuangan pada pejabat di lingkup pemerintahan, efisiensi anggaran pemerintahan yang ganda fungsi dan tidak bermanfaat, membuka akses pemantauan publik melalui base data elektronik, dan pengukuran kinerja berbasis pakta integritas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kota Lubuklinggau menggunakan metode assosiatif kuantitatif, dengan menghubungkan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada para guru dengan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Teknis analisis pada peelitian ini menggunakan teknis statistik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan nilai uji t-hitung untuk variabel kompetensi sebesar 2,722 > dari t-tabel 2,021 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan untuk variabel motivasi uji t-hitung sebesar 3,022 > dari t-tabel 2,021 dengan nilai sig 0,000 yang berarti ada pengaruh seignifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil uji- F variabel kompetensi dan motivasi kerja guru sebesar 10,380 > dari f-tabel 3,22 nilai sig 0,000 menunjukkan simultan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kota Lubuklinggau, namun secara parsial motivasi kerja lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja guru, maka disarankan agar unsur pimpinan khususnya Kepala Sekolah agar dapat memberikan program kerja dan kesejahteraan guru guna memacu motivasi kerja di sekolah.Kata-kata Kunci: kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency is one ofthe Regional Apparatus Organizations that is tasked with assisting the Regent in runningthe wheels of Regional Government. The main task assumed by the Regional Financialand Asset Management Agency is to manage regional finances and assets. This task is animportant task that requires both Civil Servants and non-PNS employees to produce goodperformance. Performance is the result of a process that is referenced and measured overa certain period of time based on predetermined conditions, standards or agreements. Theapproach used in this research is survey research. Survey research examines large andsmall populations by selecting and studying large and small populations by selecting andexamining the selected sample and that population to find the incidence, distribution andrelative interactions and sociological and psychological variables. The population in thisstudy were all Civil Servants (PNS) and Non PNS in the Regional Financial and AssetManagement Agency of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study were all membersof the population, so the sample in this study amounted to 60 people, consisting of 39 civilservants, 21 non civil servants and 25% of the Regional Development Planning Agency ofMusi Rawas Regency. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan di kabuaten ogan komring uu seatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, adalah pendampingan laporan kinerja serta manajemen operasional  koperasi dan teknis tata cara pelaksanaan rat koperasi, permasalahan yang terjadi adalah laporan kinerja koperasi di kabupaten ogan komring ulu selatan dirasakan masih kurang  khususnya manajemen operasionalnya, dimana penyajiannya belum sesuai dengan laporan pertanggunjawaban pegurus koerasi. Tujuan kegiatan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterapilan pegurus koperasi dalam pembuatan laporan kinerja, manajemen operasional dan tata cara pelaksanaan rat koperasi, pendampingan pegurus koperasi ini menggunakan metode social learning dengan empat fase yakni fase perhatian, fase retensi, fase reproduks dan fase motivasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah pengurus koperasi se-Kabupaten Ogan Komring Ulu Selatan-Sumatera Selatan, agar dapat mewujudkan laporan  kinerja , laporan manajemen operasional dan dapat menerapkan tata cara pelaksaan rapat anggota tahunan denga baik dan benar. Hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus  dalam mewujudkan laporan kinerja koperasi. (2)peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus dalam mewujudkan laporan manajeen operasional koperasi. (3)peningkatan keterampilan dalam teknis pelaksaan rapat anggota tahunan koperasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of human resources and organizational structure on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research sample is a scouting service company for river and sea transportation vessels located in urban rivers to the sea estuary in the city of Palembang, Indonesia, PT. Hexa Fortuna at Breech Marine. as service executor. Respondents of ship employees were 54 respondents. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS 3.0 software. The results obtained in the first sub-structure that the quality of human resources and organizational structure partially have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. However, the organizational structure has a more dominant influence. In the second sub structure, the quality of human resources, organizational structure and work motivation partially affect employee performance. organizational structure has a more dominant influence. The indirect effect between the quality of human resources and organizational structure on employee performance mediated by work motivation shows significant results. This shows that the work motivation variable is very influential in mediating the two variables.

Abstract

  ABSTRAC Objectives:This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style motivation and work structure, on employee performance at the regional secretariat of North Musirawas Regency, South SumatraMethodology: The population and sample of this study were employees at the regional secretariat of North Musirawas Regency as many as 50 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach with Partial Least Square-Path Modeling Finding: The results of the research show that simultaneously the variables of work structure, motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but partially the work structure has the most dominant influence on performance.Conclusion: In an organization the division of tasks and functions of each employee has been determined in the work structure, the work structure in question can be carried out properly, if the leadership role is able to control the main tasks and functions of each of his subordinates, besides that it is also supported by the level of work motivation. subordinates, each work unit in the organization is not able to work alone without coordination between work units. For this reason, efforts to improve employee performance, relations and cooperation between work units, and coordination between work units must support each other for the benefit of the organization controlled by the leadership element.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini membahas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era digital dan upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Pelatihan ini melibatkan analisis kompetensi yang diperlukan oleh profesional sumber daya manusia dan peran mereka dalam merancang strategi dan kebijakan yang efektif untuk pengelolaan SDM di organisasi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UKM, terutama dalam hal rendahnya tingkat produktivitas, nilai tambah, dan kualitas produk. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa profesional sumber daya manusia perlu menguasai kompetensi strategis yang meliputi pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai organisasi, pengelolaan talenta, kepemimpinan, dan penggunaan teknologi digital. Selain itu, penting juga bagi mereka untuk dapat memposisikan bisnis secara strategis, membangun hubungan berdasarkan kepercayaan, dan mengelola berbagai tekanan dalam bisnis. Dalam konteks UKM, pelatihan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan produktivitas sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, modernisasi sistem usaha dan kebijakan yang sistematis menjadi salah satu alternatif yang diusulkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing daerah dan memperbaiki kinerja UKM. Selain itu, pelatihan juga diidentifikasi sebagai kebutuhan penting bagi pelaku UKM, termasuk pengembangan keterampilan digital, manajemen keuangan, dan penguasaan teknologi informasi. Pelatihan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para profesional sumber daya manusia dan pemangku kepentingan UKM dalam memahami pentingnya pengelolaan SDM di era digital dan meningkatkan produktivitas UKM. Implementasi strategi yang efektif dalam pengelolaan SDM dan peningkatan produktivitas akan membantu mencapai tujuan pengembangan UKM yang berkelanjutan dan kontribusi yang lebih signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional
