Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu program yang dibangun oleh pemerintah daerah dengan mempromosikan daerahnya yang ditunjukkan dari salah satu pembangunan wisata pinggiran Sungai Martapura pembangunan siring Piere Tendean, pembangunan menara pandang, pengadaan pasar terapung, pengadaan transportasi sungai dan pembangunan patung bekantan sebagai maskot Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuan dari pembangunan tersebut adalah peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat berpendapatan rendah baik masyarakat lokal maupun pedagang tradisional di sekitar pembangunan wisata tersebut, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui dampak sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan wisata tersebut bagi pendapatan masyarakat local dan pedagang tradisional. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan di analisis secara deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diambil dari observasi, dokumentasi, metode Angket (kuesioner). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Uji t Sampel Berpasangan (Paired Sampel t Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pendapatan masyarakat local dan pedagang tradisional sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan wisata Piere Tendean. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan pedagang tradisional setelah pembangunan wisata pinggiran Sungai Martapura Piere Tendean.

Role of small and medium industry in economics of Indonesia have been confessed by wide of society this state moment challenge endless economic crisis. On the other side entrepreneur of printing office have constraint in development of effort him that is problem of capital fee , labour productivity and expenditure of non fee.This research aim to to know fee variable konstribusi, productivity, capital and non fee to absorbtion of labour at effort printing office in Town of Banjarbaru Population in this research is peripatetic Middle Small Industry at Printing office with small scale , with amount of population at the same time sampel counted 36 printing office exist in Town of Banjarbaru.Variable which is used in this research consist of dependent variable which symbol of with ( Y),Labour Employment and free variable. variable independent which symbol with ( X) , that is Effort Printing office with its indicator cover: Fee Labour ( X1), Production Cost ( X2), Work Produktivity (X3), Working Capital ( X4) by using model analyse doubled linear regresi. Result of research indicate that the Effort Printing office ( positive X) Influence and signifikan to Absorbtion Of Labour In Town of Banjarbaru ( Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai dampak keberadaan obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria terhadap perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata di Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 76 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel penelitiannya dengan jumlah 64 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel terikat (dependent variable) yang disimbol kan dengan (Y), yaitu perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil yang indikatornya meliputi: peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga (Y1.1), peluang usaha dan kerja (Y1.2), dan perubahan mata pencaharian (Y1.3) dan variabel bebas (independent variable) yang disimbolkan dengan (X) , yaitu pengaruh obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria yang indikatornya meliputi: pelayanan wisata (X1.1), sarana transportasi (X1.2) dan keamanan (X1.3). Untuk menentukan ada tidaknya pengaruh dari variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) digunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Obyek Wisata Lok Laga Ria (X) pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perekonomian Keluarga Pedagang Kecil disekitar Obyek Wisata di Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah (Y). Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,912 yang berarti bahwa variabel independen : variabel pengaruh obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria (X) mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 91.2% terhadap variabel dependen : variabel perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata (Y), sedangkan sisanya adalah 8,8% diberikan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Y = 2,787 + 0,951X. Kata Kunci : obyek wisata, perekonomian keluarga, pedagang kecil

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer behavior on their decision making both partially and simultaneously in determining the Tourism Destination to Hulu Sungai Tengah District. The results of this study can provide input for stakeholders in decision making to advance tourism in Hulu Sungai Tengah, in this case, can help increase the number of tourist visits in Hulu Sungai Tengah.. Simultaneously / thoroughly independent variables which include Cultural Factor Variables (X1), Social Factor Variables (X2), Personal Factor Variables (X3), and Psychological Factor Variables (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decision making in determining Tourism Visits (Y ) in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The test results show that F count is greater than F table (F count = 267,457> F table = 3.81). Adjusted R Square equal to 0.965, which means that the independent variable has a contribution variance of 96.5% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 3.5% is given by other variables not included in this study.

The purpose of this research is to determine the production cost, the eligibility and sensitivity of â€œSumber Hidupâ€ rice milling business in Marindi village, sub-district of Haruai, Tabalong regency. This research uses quantitative analysis methods. The data collecting has been done in April to May 2015. The quatitative analysis methods use invesment criteria analysing with:, Net Present Value (NPV) , Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and business sensitivity. Based on the research, the eligibility of business study conclude that â€œSumber hidupâ€ rise milling business is worth to be carried on as long as the range of production cost is 10% to 40%. But if the production cost reach more than 50% of the whole cost, the business is not worth to be carried on.
