Abstract

Based on observations at SDN 47 / IV Jambi City, there are various Malay, Minang, Batak, Javanese and Betawi cultures. Although different students are not different from each other in the learning process or in groups, students help each other if there is a group that is experiencing difficulties in the learning process. This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in growing togetherness for students in multicultural education in elementary schools. Suggestions used are qualitative ethnographic types. The research informants were IVC grade teachers. Research instruments: observation, interview and documentation. After the data is obtained it will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique (reduction, display, verification). The results of the study are teacher strategies in growing togetherness values ​​in multicultural education, namely 1). Introducing the background of each student, 2). Bring students' familiarity through interviewing students to get to know each other better with one another 3). Placing sitting in class by changing 4). Form discussion groups from different ethnic groups. 5). Getting used to mutual cooperation in class or outside the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of teachers in developing student talent in  Teratai 34/I Primary Schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological approach that is intended to describe a phenomenon experienced by the object of the researcher. The subjects in this study involved class teachers and students. Then, the research data were collected by observation and interview techniques, and supported by documentation. The conclusion of the research that has been done is that teachers at SDN 34 / I Lotus develop students' talents in both the academic and non-academic fields. Various attempts were made by teachers such as supporting by giving free time for additional learning in the academic field, as well as bringing in outside trainers for non-academic activities such as drum bands, karate, and scouts.

Abstract

This study was designed to describe the authentic implementation of HOTS based on SD Negeri 13/1 Rengas Condong, Muara Bulian. This study uses qualitative types of phenomenology. Phenomenology is a type of research that discusses, describes, explains related to the phenomena that occur. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the informants in this study were VD class teacher SDN 13 / I Rengas Condong. Data collection is taken by observation, interview, and collection techniques. Data analysis techniques were performed using qualitative models from Miles and Hubberman (reduction, display, data verification). The results showed that the classroom teacher had implemented authentic. While the authentic resent that the teacher has done are: 1). Attitude assessment is only done by observation techniques, while peer assessment and self-assessment techniques are not carried out on the grounds that the teacher manages the class and difficulties with the assessment criteria based on the rubric on the attitude assessment instruments in the book; 2). Further Attention. The questions given by the teacher to students are not in accordance with HOTS, this is because the teacher is only fixated on existing books and does not develop questions based on HOTS; 3). Related to the expertise and projects that have been carried out in practicum activities and student group work. Based on these results, it is undeniable that the HOTS-based authentic practice conducted by the VD grade teacher SDN 13/1 Rengas Condong, Muara Bulian has been going quite well. Suggestions that can be given, while asking teachers who follow the guidelines Get authentic according to the revised 2013 curriculum, and the teacher who asks can develop questions based on HOTS.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of bulliying on the confidence of elementary school students ". The impact of bullying can affect students' psychological development. Another impact of victims of bullying can be an offender for others. The research method used in this study is qualitative. This type of research used in this study is a purposive study because researchers feel the sample taken is most knowledgeable about the problem to be examined by the researcher. Based on the results of the study it can not be seen directly the impact of victims of bullying, but psychologically the victims of this bullying experience pressure. Even in some cases, victims of bullying do not have confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the reading corner in fostering students' interest in reading in elementary school. This type of research is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the homeroom teacher 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 primary schools 34/1 Lotus, the data collection instrument used observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are seen that the reading corner has a very important role in fostering students' interest in reading in elementary school, this is evident from the presence of several reading corner roles that can foster interest in reading students in elementary school. This study can be concluded that the reading corner is very helpful in fostering students 'interest in reading in the classroom, the role of the reading corner in growing students' interest in reading is, as a facilitator where to read, as the closest reading material, a comfortable reading place and an interesting reading place, so that of some the role helps foster students' interest in reading in elementary school.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran  yang disusun menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan multimedia dan mendeskripsikan penerapan model problem based learning berbantuan multimedia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tim pada kegiatan pemecahan masalah siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitianini  adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Tempat penelitian SDN 64/I Muara Bulian, subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V. Prosedur penelitian: 1) perencanaan 2) pelaksanaan, 3) pengamatan dan 4) refleksi. Teknik Pengumpulan data : Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian telah dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus.Hasil penelitian yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran disusun bersama tim peneliti dan guru kelas yang mengikuti standar pada kurikulum 2013, Penerapan model problem based learning berbatuan multimedia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tim, terlihat dalam kegiatan pemecahan masalah di dalam kelompok/tim pada proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas V. Setiap tim diberikan sebuah permasalahan melalui video pembelajaran dan mendiskusikannya bersama anggota. Selanjutnya tim mempresentasikan hasil dari diskusi /kerja tim yang telah dilakukan. Hasil pengamatan pada siklus I di peroleh data 70.23% siswa telahberkontribusi dalam kegiatan kerja tim, dan pada siklus II juga semakin meningkat menjadi 90.23% siswa.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Keterampilan Kerja Tim       Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the form of learning implementation plan that is prepared using multimedia assisted problem based learning models and describe the application of multimedia assisted problem based learning models in improving team work skills in problem solving activities of elementary school students. This type of research is classroom action research. The place of research is SDN 64 / I Muara Bulian, the subject of research is class V students. Research procedures: 1) planning 2) implementation, 3) observations and 4) reflection. Data collection techniques: Observation and Documentation. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The results of the study are that the implementation of learning plans are arranged together with the research team and class teachers who follow the standards in the 2013 curriculum. The application of multimedia-based problem based learning models in improving team work skills is seen in problem solving activities in groups / teams in the science learning process in class V Each team is given a problem through learning videos and discussing them with members. Next the team presents the results of the discussion / team work that has been done. The results of the observations in the first cycle were obtained by 70.23% of students who had contributed to the team work activities, and in the second cycle it also increased to 90.23% of students.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Team Work Skills

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak degradasi moral sopan santun di salah satu sekolah dasar negeri yang terletak di Kabupaten Batanghari, Kecamatan Muara Bulian, Provinsi Jambi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas tinggi di SD tempat penelitian berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terjadi penurunan moral sopan santun pada siswa sekolah dasar di salah satu SD negeri yang terletak di Kabupaten Batanghari, Kecamatan Muara Bulian, Provinsi Jambi. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa masih ada siswa yang tidak memenuhi indikator sopan santun yang baik dalam berperilaku di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam pembelajaran berhitung pembagian di kelas II sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru wali kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif yang berisi deskripsi tentang hasil wawancara dengan guru mengenai strategi pembelajaran berhitung pembagian disekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas II SD Negeri 155/1 Sungai Buluh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki strategi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran berhitung pembagian. Berdasarkan indikator berhitung pembagian yaitu pengenalan konsep membagi, pembagian sederhana, dan mengajarkan konsep sisa, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran berhitung pembagian tersebut. Adapun strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru berupa strategi pembelajaran langsung dan strategi pembelajaran tidak langsung.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the teaching style  of the servant and honorarium teacher in elementary school number 55/I Sridadi on years 2019/2020. This research use qualitative descriptive. The collecting of the data were use observation and interview. Interview were do with servant, honorarium and head master in elementary school number 55/I Sridadi, Analysis data was use interactive model (Miles and Huberman) and to test the validity data use triangulation data. The result from this research got there is differentiate among servant and honorarium teacher in teaching style in elementary school number 55/I Sridadi on years 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of discipline character education for students in elementary schools. Discipline character is one of the character values that are in the core competencies of social attitudes that must be developed in both students. This study uses a qualitative research approach. This type of research is descriptive research. This research was carried out in Teratai Muara Bulian Elementary School 187/1. This research was conducted in a period of two months (August - September). Data and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data sources taken in this study are 1) observation data, 2) school principal data, 3) teacher data, 4) student data. The technique of sample collection in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques, namely 1) observation, observation used is non-participant observation. 2) interview, the interview used is a structured interview. Interviews were conducted with the school principal and class teacher. Data analysis using military and Huberman analysis techniques. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display (data presentation), and data conslusion (drawing conclusions). This research instrument is based on two sources, according to the Ministry of National Education (2010: 26) indicators of the value of discipline are: "1) getting used to being present on time; 2) getting used to obey the rules; and 3) using clothes in accordance with the provisions "and according to Syafrudin (Muhammad Khafid and Suroso, 2007: 91) are:" 1) observance of study time; 2) observance of lesson assignments; 3) obedience using the time of coming and going home ". The results showed that the implementation of discipline character education in SD N 187/1 Lotus lotus estuary was carried out adequately. The results obtained are related to the discipline value indicator.
