Abstract

The farmer’s life in Rawang Jaya Nagari Kambang Utara, Kecamatan Lengayang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. History Education Program. STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Padang 2014. This thesis discusses about the change of life taro farmer be oilpalm farmer. The study very interesting for research because it can see the process of change live hood and impact for socio-economic life Rawang Jaya’s society in Nagari Kambang Utara. To facilitate this research, the problem can be formulated as follows: (1) why does Rawang Jaya’s society move to be oilpalm farmer. (2) How does the socio-economic life of people In Rawang Jaya in Nagari Kambang Utara after be an oil palm farmer in 1997-2012? The purposes of this research are (1) to explain why people in Rawang Jaya move to be oil palm farmer. (2). To Describe the socio-economic life people in Rawang Jaya in Nagari Kambang Utara after be a oil palm farmer 1997-2012). This research use historical method. The method consists of the following four stages namely Heuristic, Doing Criticism Sources, Interpretation, Historiography. (1) Heuristic is a collect the data, looking for the source and concludes to library study and interviews. (2) Criticism source, in order to obtain the facts of history. (3) Interpretation, the obtained data analyzed and interpreted with connecting and comparing the observed facts so the fact that ready to be served. (4) Historiography, writing in the form of scientific papers after collect the data and facts that really accurate and valid then write in the form of a thesis. This study describes the results: ( 1 ) the reason of why the society move from be the taro farmer to oil palm farmer in Rawang Jaya Kambang Utara , because there are several factor, the condition of soil make the society to planting taro cops, the cheaper of taro also make the society should hard working to get more income, and the willingness of the society to life better. (2) The socio-economic life People in Rawang Jaya in Nagari Kambang Utara after being a oil palm farmer in 1997-2012 have change, the education of that society also growing and give good impact for society life style .

Abstract

The government of Republic of Indonesia undertake pemajuan, penghormatan, protection, fulfillment, and enforcement effort of human rights to convicts who are in penitentiaries and correctional facilities through Correctional System as has been established in Law Number 12 Year 1995 on Correctional Institution. Based on this act, various regulation of execution related to Correctional process issued by the government as the form of correctional system operatinalization which is considered as effective implementation  and as realization of the government’ responsibility in respecting, protecting, enforcing and promoting human rights as stated in article 71-72 Law Number 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights. Besides the law, correctional institution becomes indicator of protection and fulfillment of human rights.  This method used in this research is qualitative method in which it is expected to result in deep analysis about utterance, writing and behaviours which can be observed from an individual, group, society and particular organization in particular context, which is analyzed from the whole, comprehensive, and holistic point of view. (Hadjr, 1996 in Basrowi and Sudikin, 2002:2)The findings of this research are the followings: (1) Right protection in performing the religion, namely the existence of mosque and church provided by the penitentiary supports the religious activity in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas penitentiary, Central Kalimantan, (2) Legal protection on the right of getting health service, namely by the supervision or the convicts’ clothes maintenance done by penitentiary officers, and the health checking for the convicts in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary is done by having cooperation with doctors and health centres, (3) Legal protection on the visit of convicts’ families, namely the visit is done in six days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB in visit lounge and the visit is limited for fifteen minutes (4) Factors which encourage and detain the law on the convicts’ rights should be revamped. In fact, the penitentiary officers has done maximum effort to give service in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary Central Kalimantan.    Keywords: right, protection, convict

Abstract

Citizen journalism is a journalistic activities undertaken by the citizens. Citizen journalism can be accessed via internet anywhere and anytime. Application of communication ethics in reporting by citizens is one of the issues that need to be highlighted. Moreover, citizens are not professional journalists who received special training in journalism. Citizens prefer the ability and experience alone in covering and disseminating information on the internet. In this research reveal how communication ethics of citizen journalism in ‘Topik Pilihan Demo 4 November blog kompasiana.com” according to the Islamic perspective. Data obtained by observation with a qualitative approach, as well as critical discourse analysis. As the result of this reseach, citizen journalism has the ability of fairness, free and responsible,also constructive criticism. Nevertheless citizen journalism still has weaknesses in accuracy andIslamic ccommunication ethics.***Citizen journalism (jurnalisme warga) merupakan kegiatan jurnalistik yang dilakukan oleh warga. Citizen journalism dapat diakses melalui internet di mana saja dan kapan saja. Penerapan etika komunikasi dalam pemberitaan oleh warga menjadi salah satu masalah yang perlu disoroti. Terlebih warga bukanlah jurnalis profesional yang mendapat pelatihan khusus  jurnalisme. Penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana etika komunikasi citizen journalism pada ‘Topik Pilihan Demo 4 November blog kompasiana.com” dalam perspektif Islam. Data diperoleh dengan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta analisis wacana kritis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citizen journalism memiliki kemampuan fairness, bebas bertanggungjawab dan kritik konstruktif. Meski demikian citizen journalism masih mempunyai kelemahan dalam akurasi dan etika komunikasi islami.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan gigi (PKG) merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan nonformal bagi masyarakat dengan cara belajar sambil berbuat untuk mengubah perilaku mereka dari yang kurang menguntungkan menjadi menguntungkan terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mereka menjadi tahu, mau, dan mampu memecahkan berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi, baik secara sendiri maupun bersama, guna terus meningkatkan kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya sendiri serta keluarganya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pendidikan kesehatan gigi dalam merubah persepsi kepala keluarga terhadap tindakan pencabutan gigi di Dusun III Simodong Sei Suka Batubara.Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai persepsi kepala keluarga terhadap tindakan pencabutan gigi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan PKG.Persepsi tentang tindakan pencabutan gigi dari 30 orang responden sebelum dilakukan PKG adalah 53,33% yang menyatakan takut cabut gigi dengan alasan karena ada efek samping kemata,misalnya mata menjadi rabun 90%, karena dapat mengganggu penampilan sebanyak 66,67%, takut akan darah yang keluar setelah pencabutan gigi 56,67%, takut karena adanya tindakan suntikan 50% , takut karena biaya yang mahal sebayak 33,33%. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa persepsi kepaa kelurga terhadap tindakan pencabutan gigi sebelum diberikan PKG di Dusun III simodong Kecamatan Sei Suka Batubara adalah buruk dan sesudah dilakukan PKG persepsi menjadi baik.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the contents of textbooks on sociology subjects at the high school level. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and literature. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, namely the researcher reads and develops the sociology textbooks written by Srikandi four. The results of the study showed that the contents of the sociology textbooks written by Srikandi four were more dominant in the cognitive domain (knowledge).  Keywords: Text Textbooks, Sociology, Blom Taxonomy

Abstract

Permainan kata-kata sangatlah penting dalam memasarkan suatu produk. Permainan kata yang salah dapat merugikan perusahaan dalam mengelola bisnisnya. Permainan kata-kata ini merupakan strategi dalam memasarkan produk suatu perusahaan. Ada empat hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam menetapkan strategi pemasaran yaitu produk, tempat, harga dan promosi. Permainan kata-kata juga disebut sebagai permainan bahasa dalam produk yang dihasilkan.  Permainan bahasa yang dimaksud adalah pemilihan kata atau diksi yang tepat. Cara ini tentu saja menarik untuk bisa digunakan dalam produk rumahan. Dengan menggunakan permainan bahasa dengan pemilihan kata yang menarik, produsen dapat menarik hati konsumen untuk membeli produk yang dipasarkan/dijual. Penggunaan nama yang sedang melejit seperti penggunaan nama hantu, bom, dan beberapa jenis lainnya memiliki sisi positif dan juga negatif.Kata Kunci: Permainan Kata-Kata, Pemasaran Produk

Abstract

This research aimed to know the  to determine the Performance Analysis Management of Village Fund Allocation at Sub-Ditrict of Vatunonju Sigi Regency. This aimed used a qualitative approach to the informant as much as five (5) persons within the Performance Analysis Management of Village Fund Allocation at Sub-Ditrict of Vatunonju Sigi Regency. This research result showed that the Performance Analysis Management of Village Fund Allocation at Sub-Ditrict of Vatunonju Sigi Regency had not yet run well as from 5 (five) dimention investigated, 3 (three) dimensions did not work well such as dimension of produktivity, service quality and accountability but two was only that worked well enough i.e responsiveness and responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there are market anomaly (day of the week effect, weekend effect, week four effect and rogalsky effect) on stock return. The population in this study were the companies listed in the LQ-45 index during the period of January – Desember 2017.The sample selection using purposive sampling method to obtained a sample of 38 companies.The secondary data was collected such as daily stock prices from LQ-45 from January to December 2017.Hypotheses are tested by Anova, One Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test SPSS version 20.All hypothetical test show that: (1) hypothese 1 tested by ANOVA show that there is no day of the week effect on LQ45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. (2) hypothese 2 tested by Independent Sample T-Test show that there isno weekend effect on LQ-45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. (3hypothese 3 tested by One Sample T-Test show that there is no week four effect on LQ-45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. (4) hypothese 4 tested by Independent Sample T-Test show that there is no rogalsky effect on LQ-45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017.Keywords : Market Anomaly, Stock Return, Day of the Week Effect, Weekend Effect,Week Four Effect and Rogalsky Effect.

Abstract

The focuses of the research are : 1) various kind of embroidery in Koto  Baru Simalanggang; 2) the shape of design in Koto  Baru Simalanggang; 3) the technique of embroidery in Koto Baru Simalanggang. The research is aimed to describe : 1) various kind of embroidery in Koto Baru Simalanggang; 2) the shape of design in Koto  Baru Simalanggang; 3) the technique of embroidery in Koto  Baru Simalanggang.   The type of the research is qualitative research. The informan of this research are the entrepreneurs of embroidery in Nagari Koto  Baru Simalanggang. The tecnigue of collecting data is gained through : 1) observation; 2) interview; 3) documentation.   The result of this research is based on the observation and the interview with the embroidery entrepreneurs in Koto Baru Simalanggang. The type of embroidery in Koto Baru Simalanggang such as : needlepoint liquid suji, flat embroidery, embroidered fantasi, emboroidered shadow, embroidered arise, ribbon embroidery, attaching lace, attaching sequin, attaching rose, attaching tulips, and attacing the stars. The design in Koto Baru Simalanggang are generally from the nature like ; stalk, leaf, grass, jasmine, rose, orchid, sunflower, tulips, ylang flowers, lotus, trumpet flower, daisies, grape and the other design like animal such as : butterfly. The decorative pattern in Koto Baru Simalanggang : sprinkle pattern, the placement of the design : table cover, curtain, bedcover, cloth, etc, the pattern of filling the shape of triangle, the placement of the design : table cover, pocket, sleeve tops, etc, the pattern of filling square area, the placement of the design : table cover, filling the edge, front center and free pattern , the placement of the design : free as longus it doesnot bother the sewing of the structure of the thing. The embroidery technique based on the embroidery technique at Koto Baru Simalanggang are : hand embroidery, such as : needlepoint liquid suji, flat embroidery, embroidered fantasi, emboroidered shadow, embroidered arise, ribbon embroidery, attaching lace, attaching sequin, attaching rose, attaching tulips, attacing the stars and machine embroidery sush as : needlepoint liquid suji, and satin embroidery. Based on the technique of the group of the embroidery in Koto Baru Simalanggang are : the decorative embroidery technique sush as : needlepoint liquid suji, flat embroidery, embroidered fantasi, emboroidered shadow, embroidered arise, ribbon embroidery and atfachment embroidery techniques  such as : attaching lace, attaching sequin, attaching rose, attaching tulips, and attacing the stars.   Kata kunci: sulaman, Koto Baru Simalanggang

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this study is”what the community participation was education SMAN 3 Teluk Keramat Sambas. The purpose of research was describe of the forms public education in SMAN 3 Teluk Keramat Sambas. The research used descriptive methods with qualitative study. The data collecting was a student of sociology in academic year 2015 FKIP UNTAN. The technique of data collecting were observation,interview and documentation. Tool of data collecting are observation, guidelines interview, arcives book and notes. The analysis in this research served in a descriptive qualitative by using informans abuot three people. The participation of citizen in education might include people formulating vision and mission education, from meeting and discussion, contribution ideas and respond or aversion towards programs and activites offered by school. The community participation in education system of community participation in accepting new students, procurement of teachers, the procurement facility, infrastructure, and supervision. The form of public participation in evaluation form of criticism and input community, and report evaluation  carried out by which was signed by the school management and community members through school commite..   Keywords: Community, Education, Participation.
