Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and mendkrepsikan influence of price and promotion to decision of purchasing XL starter card (On Student of Faculty of Administrative Sciences Halu Oleo Kendari University)The data collection techniques that are used in this study are faculty students of administration sciences that use XL starter card as many as 39 respondents. The sample in this research using porposive sampling technique. Then the data obtained in the analysis quantitatively through multiple linear regression analysis The result of research shows that: (1) Price influence to purchasing decision, (2) Promotion influence to purchasing decision (3) Price and promotion simultaneously influence to purchasing decision. Thus it can be concluded that the price and promotion significantly influence both the persial or simultaneous to the purchase decision.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendkrepsikan pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana XL (Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari) Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ilmu administrasi yang menggunakan kartu perdana XL sebanyak 39 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dalam analisis secara kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian (3) Harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga dan promosi secara signifikan mempengaruhi persial atau simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

AbstrakKondisi ideal berdasarkan tujuan pembelajaran RPP, (1) peserta didik dapat menjelaskan persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan baik (2) peserta didik dapat merumuskan dan menganalisis pengaruh transkasi ke persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan benar. Sedangkan kondisi riil yang terjadi adalah peserta didik memiliki pemahaman yang kurang, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya waktu belajar di kelas dan bahan ajar yang digunakan yaitu buku pinjaman sekolah yang sifatnya terbatas, sehingga diperlukan media untuk pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui kelayakan media e-modul dalam pembelajaran (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media e-modul dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan instrumen berupa (1) wawancara untuk ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media (2) angket peserta didik yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan media e-modul dan (3) pre-test post-test dengan uji t untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan media e-modul. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media serta serangkaian uji coba kepada peserta didik, media e-modul dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penghitungan pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel yaitu 17,453 > 2,015, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan menggunakan media e-modul yang efektif untuk digunakana dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Pengembangan, E-Modul, Persamaan Dasar AkuntansiAbstractIn ideal conditions based on implementation of the learning plan, (1) students can explain the basic equations of accounting well (2) students can formulate and analyze the application of transactions into the accounting database correctly. While the real condition that occurs is students have lack understanding of learning objectives, its due to lack of study time in class, and limited school books. So media is needed to help more flexible learning. The purpose of studies are (1) To know the feasibility of e-module in learning. (2) To know the effectiveness of e-module in learning. This study uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) with instruments consisting of (1) interviews for material expert, learning design expert, and media experts (2) student questionnaire which aims to measure the feasibility of e-modul (3) pre-test and post-test with t test to measure the effectiveness of e-module. Based on the validation of material expert, learning design expert, and media experts as well as the trials of students, get very good category so that it is suitable to be used in learning. The result of calculation on the t test is greater than t table which is 17.453> 2.015. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in basic accounting material using effective e-module media to be used in learning.Keywords : Development, E-Module, Basic Accounting Equations

Abstract

As an international lingua franca, English plays an important role for students of health for both academic and career success; however, it is often neglected in its planning and implementation. The present study aims at redesigning the teaching of English for midwifery students using an ESP approach by analyzing present situations (PSA), target situations (TSA), and learning situations (LSA) as the basis for designing English programs. The research was conducted at Midwifery Department, Polytechnic of Health (Politeknik Kesehatan henceforth POLTEKES) Mataram, Indonesia involving students, English lecturers, subject specialists, and management. Data were collected using triangulation techniques -- ECSCS Test, questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation – and were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively based on the characteristics of data. The research found that (i) the students’ level of English was still low (84.6% in Basic); (ii) the target needs (necessities) are to be able to communicate both spoken and written in carrying out the duties in workplaces and professional development; (iii) from those results mentioned above, there were conflicts among aspects of needs in designing courses, that is, the high target does not correspond to entry behavior, the number of credits allocated, and facilities. Considering the results of NA, it is suggested that the English programs can be designed using Necessities (TSA)-based Approach, PSA-based Approach, or Mixed Approach with its own advantages and disadvantages

Abstract

IPA berkaitan dengan permasalahan kehidupan baik mengenai proses kehidupan, interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian yaitu belum tersedianya bahan ajar IPA Terpadu, kurangnya pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA serta kondisi siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis pemanfaatan laboratorium dan untuk mengetahui apakah LKS tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Pada tahap validasi oleh validator yang meliputi komponen isi, bahasa dan penyajian diperoleh skor rata-rata 97,56% menunjukkan LKS ini sangat layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Hal itu didukung tanggapan guru yang mencapai 98,33% dan tanggapan siswa sebesar 91% menyatakan bahwa LKS ini sangat menarik. LKS ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mencapai 0,71 yang merupakan kriteria peningkatan tinggi. Dari analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis pemanfaatan laboratorium sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Science deals with problems of the life of both the processes of life, interaction with the surrounding environment. The background to the researchers is the unavailability of integrated science teaching materials, lack of utilization of laboratory science, and conditions that are less active students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the feasibility of integrated science worksheets based laboratory utilization and to determine whether these worksheets can increase student learning outcomes. The research method used is a Research and Development. In the validation phase by the validator, which includes content, language and presentation earned an average score of 97.56% shows this very worthy worksheets applied in learning. This is supported by the response of teachers who achieved 98.33% and a response of 91% of students stated that the worksheets is very interesting. Worksheets may increase students' cognitive learning outcomes reached 0.71 which is a high improvement criteria. From the analysis concluded that the integrated science worksheets based laboratory utilization is very suitable to be used in the learning process and can increase student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract. This longitudinal study aims to seek for solutions concerning the teaching and learning English at the Faculty of Medicine University of Mataram (UNRAM). The first year of the study is emphasized on the outcomes of needs analysis, which encompasses the Present Situation Analysis (PSA), the Target Situation Analysis (TSA), and the Learning Situation Analysis (LSA). Various data were collected form the documents of Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia (SKDI) a.k.a. Competency Standards of Medical Doctors in Indonesia, the Graduates Profile of Faculty of Medicine UNRAM and the documents of student English proficiency levels within the last 5 years. Other sources of data were taken from a number of focused group discussions and in-depth interviews with students, alumni, subject specialists, management of Block, and various techniques. The data were then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Findings of the study show that the level of English of students at Medical Faculty was still far from being adequate to meet the SKDI. As such, three learning goals were generated from this study, i.e. the short-tem, mid-term, and long-term goals. The study suggests that to bridge the gap, the Faculty of Medicine needs to develop a number of language programs to prepare these students to achieve competencies that meet the standard of Graduate Profile and SKDI.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media pembelajaran dapat memberikan pajanan ke dalam bahasa target secara maksimal melalui kegiatan empat keterampilan bahasa dan dua pengetahuan bahasa seperti kosakata dan tata bahasa. Ini dapat dilakukan melalui salah satu Program yang disebut Google Classroom dimana materi dalam bentuk dokumen word, excel, pdf, video, audio, dll dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam ruang kelas yang berbasisi IT. Rancangan materi tersebut telah dilatihkan kepada guru-guru bahasa Inggris yang tergabung dalam Muswarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Mereka merespon kegiatan ini dengan sangat baik diketahui dari pernyataan dan keaktifan mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dalam pelatihan penyusunan tugas mandiri melalui Google Classroom, Google Form dan Google Driver.
