Abstract

This study aims to find out  how the effect of feed concentrate and the urea molasses block (UMB) of the hematocrit value of beef cattle. Research conducted at the Samata Integrated Farming System (FIS) Gowa Distric, and Lab Animal Physiology Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The method used a randomized desain (RAK)  with a pattern of 2 x 6, (T1; forage 70 % + concentrate 30%), (T2; forage 70 %v+ UMB 30%), using 12 male bali cattle in the range of age of 1.5 - 2 years. Data analysis using T-student. The results showed that feeding concentrates and urea molasses block (UMB) was not significant (P> 0.05) to the hematocrit value of beef cattle

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian telur itik untuk bahan kue Cucuru’ bayao di Kabupaten Gowa, 2) untuk mengetahui atribut-atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian telur itik sebagai bahan kue Cucuru’ bayao di Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2015, bertempat di Desa Lempangang, Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa, dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Jumlah responden sebanyak 41 orang. Model analisis adalah chi-square dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian telur itik untuk bahan kue Cucuru’ bayao berdasarkan variabel distribusi, ukuran telur itik, bentuk telur itik, kebersihan kerabang telur itik, cita rasa telur itik, promosi, dan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of feed concentrate andthe urea molasses block (UMB) to hemoglobin beef cattle. Riset in SamataFarming Integrated Systems (FIS) Gowa Regency and Lab. IntegratedLivestock Product Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology UINAlauddin Makassar. The method used a randomized block design (RAK) with2 x 6 pattern, (T1; forage 70 + concentrate 30%), (T2; forage 70 + UMB30%), using as 12 heads of bali cattle. Data analysis using t-student. Theresults showed that the concentrate and the urea molasses block (UMB), wasnot significant (P> 0.05) to the hemoglobin value of beef cattle.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the program implementation model conducted by Working Group IV, one of the Working Groups formed in SILE project of Makassar by considering the gender equality initiation of Cambaya’s community activities. One of the important results in ABCD approach is the establishment of Core Group derived from Cambaya own society. The group then organizes the society in advocating policies of institutions related to the public participation in public service. The entire processes of the activity stages are still controlled together by considering the aspect of gender equality. Generally, the practice of gender equality in the society has developed the awareness of respect and equality patterns in the societies’ daily activities and public services in the environment of Cambaya sub-district. The group was very actively in conducting the society mediation and mentoring related to the woman empowerment, the issues of domestic violence, the issues of child protection, and very actively help to mediate with the law enforcement officials when there were community members who had problems with the law.

Abstract

Manajemen perkandangan sangat penting dilakukan bagi peternak karena dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan memberikan kenyamanan pada ayam khususnya broiler sehingga ayam yang dipelihara dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana lokasi, desain, peralatan yang diperlukan dalam kandang. Maka itu dilakukan penelitian di kandang Closed house Chandra Munarda. Jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari interview dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari SOP/manual book manajemen pemeliharaan, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yang di peroleh adalah kontruksi kandang Chandra Munarda menggunakan kandang model closed house. Arah kandang pada Closed House (CH) Chandra Munarda yaitu membentang dari arah timur ke barat. Suhu dalam kandang yaitu 32°C-26°C. Peralatan yang digunakan terdiri dari alat-alat brooding, untuk pemeliharaan sampai alat yang digunakan untuk panen. Penerapan Biosecurity juga diterapkan pada kandang Close House ini.
