Abstract

This research aims to know the marketing channels of Palm Sugar, knowing the functions that areperformed by each agency marketing, and to figure out the most efficient marketing channel in themarketing of Palm sugar from the Village of Cigemblong Sub-District of Cigemblong Regency ofLebak. Areas of research in the specified purpose of the Village Cigemblong and respondents takendone by stratified random marketing agencies with a method and snowball sampling. Manufacturersof as many as 28 people, merchants, merchant 2 collectors big 2 and 19 people retailers. The dataused in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research method using descriptive andquantitative methods. Results of the study showed that there were three Palm sugar marketingchannels is, Channel I : producer – merchant retailers – consumers, marketing Chanel II : producer -Middle-men – wholesalers - merchant retailer – consumer and marketing Chanel III : producer –wholesalers – consumer.

Abstract

Beberapa komoditas hortikultura yang ditetapkan menjadi komoditas unggulan pada periode 20152019 adalah aneka cabai, bawang merah dan jeruk. Cabai dan bawang merah merupakan komoditas strategis di Indonesia sekaligus sebagai komoditas dengan fluktuasi harga yang tinggi dibandingkan komoditas hortikultura lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan nilai volatilitas harga bawang merah dan cabai merah keriting di Indonesia serta merumuskan strategi alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi volatilitas harga tersebut. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model ARCH GARCH. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa nilai volatilitas cabai merah keriting lebih tinggi dibandingkan bawang merah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingat risiko harga cabai merah keriting lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bawang merah. Upaya meminimalisir volatilitas harga perlu dilakukan karena terkait dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen. Upaya mengatasi volatilitas harga bawang merah dan cabai merah keriting dapat dilakukan melalui upaya yang terintegrasi antara petani, pedagang pemerintah dan pihak lainnya. Kerjasama yang dilakukan antara berbagai pihak tersebut hendaknya diiringi dengan konsistensi dan komitmen yang kuat seperti pembinaan yang berkelanjutan dan adanya pengawasan yang baik. Hal ini dilakukan agar dalam upaya mencapai hasil yang diharapkan dapat lebih efisien.

Abstract

The study is conducted in the village of Teja Alas Pancaregang District of Serang which aims to findout how the role of agricultural extension is carried out on a group of women farmers, how theindustry earnings of cassava-based household and how the role of the extension of the income ofcassava-based industrial house. The research method used in this study is a survey method.Respondents who used the 25 women farmers or take a census. The data used in this study aresecondary and primary data. The data obtained were then analyzed with descriptive analysis, Likertscale, interval class, business income and cross tabulation. The research data generated in performingthe role of counselor duties and functions do counseling with 5 variable roles. produced the highestscores on the role of a motivator with high role category 15.2% of industry revenue score of 100 Levelof cassava-based household by 56% with the low category. Industrial household income of cassavabasedlow with the majority of roles in the high category. This dikarnakan no variables or otherfactors beyond the role of extension agents who have a relationship to the household income-basedindustries such as cassava selling prices, natural factors and capital.

Abstract

Model Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (M-KRPL) is an empowerment program for people inIndonesia. There need good comprehension from the participants to realize the goals of theempowerment program. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the comprehension of MKRPLparticipants in Singamerta. Respondents of this research were taken by census method withaggregate as much as 39 respondents. To measure the comprehension of M-KRPL participants is bygiving interview test including purpose, goal and limitation of program M-KRPL. This research useddescriptive analysis with making cross-tabulation. The census results showed that most of M-KRPLparticipants in Singamerta are productive women. Characteristic according to education, most of MKRPLparticipants just graduated elementary school by percentage as much as 61.54 percent.Characteristic according to main job, most of M-KRPL participants are homemakers even the rest asmuch as 25.64 percent are trading. M-KRPL participants in Singamerta have differentcomprehensions including purpose, goal and limitation. Most of M-KRPL participants in Singamertahave good comprehensions. It was showed by the percentage as much as 58.97 percent for purposeand goal, even 61.54 percent for limitation.

Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is to build local economic strengths that synergize with the growth of sustainable industries in the Cilegon industrial area. The specific target to be achieved is to form a model of an effective and oriented CSR program for community development (short term and long term) that can be a guide / guide to the implementation of CSR of large industrial companies at the local and national level, and formulate a model for local economic development ideal, equitable, and empowering oriented on the basis of industrial CSR. Research is located in the Cilegon Industrial area and carried out using qualitative research methods. The method of data collection is realized by combining triangulation techniques (observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies) with joint study techniques (jisam). The results of the study indicate that the complexity of the form of relations between industry and local communities has led to the implementation of CSR not yet synergizing with the development of the local economy. There are problems with the incompatibility of forms and implementation of CSR programs with the demands of the community
