Abstract

Sumedang Tofu is one of the special food Sumedang city is starting cultivated in various citiesparticular region. This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty tothe attribute level the top Sumedang tofu. Attributes analyzed are taste, color, aroma, and texture. Thisstudy uses survey methods, site selection purposively selected with the consideration that the shop topSumedang tofu producer strategic places of business. The selection of respondents using accidentalsampling method by the number of respondents was 100 respondents. Acquisition of data derived fromprimary data and secondary data. Analysis tool is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), CustomerPerformance Analysis (CSI) and pyramid loyalty. Importance Performance Analysis Based on theanalysis, attributes that should be maintained is the taste and texture, while the attributes in terms ofcolor and aroma should be further enhanced performance. Based on the analysis of CSI, store of toptofu Sumedang able to satisfy customers by 95.53%. The results showed that consumer loyaltypyramids that reach the highest levels is Satisfied Buyer with a percentage of 87%. The value of eachlevel of the Buyer Price by 58%, Liking the brand by 62%, 53% Habitual Buyer and Buyer Commitedby 28%. Overall respondents were satisfied and loyal with the attributes provided by the shop topSumedang tofu, it is evidenced by CSI and satisfied buyers value high.

Abstract

Maraknya kuliner asing yang bekembang sangat pesat menyebabkan tergesernya kuliner tradisional Banten. Salah satu yang terkena dampak yaitu UKM yang menjual makanan tradisional Banten. Selain bersaing dengan kuliner asing, UKM makanan tradisional juga harus bersaing dengan banyaknya restoran, kafe atau warung kaki lima yang menawarkan kuliner lainnya. Kewirausahaan memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada UKM kuliner Banten di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan adaptasi lingkungan bisnis terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode survei, dengan responden sebanyak 34 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan model SEM-PLS yang diolah dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Berdasarkan uji statistik terdapat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Tidak ada pengaruh adaptasi lingkungan bisnis terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Tidak ada pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Terdapat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Terdapat pengaruh adaptasi lingkungan bisnis berpengaruh kinerja pemasaran. Tidak ada mediasi keunggulan bersaing pada hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dan adaptasi lingkungan bisnis terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation, Competence of Communication and Work Environment toward employee performance at Bappeda Office of Bima Regency. Population in this research is 64 employees of Staffing at Bappeda Office of Bima Regency. Data analysis was undertaken using statistical programme of SPSS and. The analysis method was multiple linear regression. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Independent variables (independent variables) in this study is Intrinsic Motivation (XI), Competence of Relational (X2), Competence of Communication (X3), and Work Environment (X4). Meanwhile, the dependent variable (the dependent variable) is the employee's performance (Y). Sampling technique used in this research was sample saturated technique. The results showed that (1) Intrinsic Motivation have positive effect and no significant effect toward job satisfaction, (2) Competence of Relational have negative effect and significan effect toward job satisfaction, (3) Competence of Communication have negative effect and no significant toward job satisfaction, and (4) Work Environment have positive effect and no significant toward job satisfaction.

Abstract

Empowerment and management of Human Resources through an organization or a conducive work environment, good communication, attitudes and behavior of superiors/leaders that will lead to job satisfaction for its members so that it can foster a loyal attitude towards the organization and in the end will have an impact on the quality of service provided. The aims of this study were to analyze and the influence of motivation, communication and leadership style on the performance of members of Company 2 Battalion C pioneer Sat Brimob Polda NTB. This type of research is included in the scope of quantitative research, because the research was conducted using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and the research aims to test the established hypotheses. The population of this study is the population in this study are members of Company 2 Battalion C pioneer Sat Brimob Polda NTB. The sample in this study using the saturated sampling method was chosen because the number of population in Company 2 Battalion C pioneer of Brimob Polda NTB is relatively small. So the number of samples in this study were 95 respondents. After analyzing the validity and reliability of the instrument, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that motivation had an effect on the performance of Brimob members. Another variable, namely organizational communication, has a positive effect on the performance of Brimob Battalion C members of the NTB Police. Leadership style has no effect on the performance of members of the Mobile Brigade Battalion C Polda NTB. Based on the value of the Standardized Coefficients Beta, it can be seen that the motivation variable is the most dominant variable that affects the performance of members of the Mobile Brigade Battalion C Polda NTB.

Abstract

The performance of Central Lombok Police Satlantas personnel greatly affects the quality of service to the community, especially in Central Lombok Regency in dealing with local and international events. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of reward and punishment on the motivation and performance of Central Lombok Police Satlantas personnel. This research is a quantitative research. Research respondents are 69 people who are personnel of the Central Lombok Police Satlantas and also as a sample. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis and path analysis to help explain the direction and magnitude of the influence of extrinsic variables on intrinsic variables clearly. The results showed that the higher the reward given, the higher the personal motivation of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit, which means that the reward has a significant influence on the personal motivation of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit. The higher the punishment given, the higher the personal motivation of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit, which means that the punishment has a significant influence on the personal motivation of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit. The higher the reward given, the higher the personal performance of the Central Lombok Police Satlantas, which means that the reward has a significant influence on the personal performance of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit. The higher the Punishment given, the higher the personal performance of the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit, which means that the Punishment has a significant influence on the Central Lombok Police Traffic Unit's personal performance. The higher the motivation given, the higher the personal performance of the Central Lombok Satlantas Polres, which means that motivation has a significant influence on the Central Lombok Police Satlantas personal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City (2) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on employee performance in the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  (3) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (4) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (5) Test and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  This research is a quantitative research.  The population in this study were all employees working in the Rasanae Barat District Office in Bima City as many as 112 people.  Determination of the sample by using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 88 people.  Sampling method used was a simple random sampling technique and each employee has the same possibility to be selected as a sample.  The instrument reliability test includes a validity test and a reliability test.  The model that used in this research is a model of causality or relationship or influence and to test the proposed hypothesis, the analysis technique used was quantitative analysis with a path analysis approach.  The results of the study show that (1) There is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.021 less than 0.05 (significant).  (2) There is an influence of work involvement on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.015 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (3) There is an influence of work organization commitment to motivation at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.004 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (4) There is no influence of work involvement on motivation in the Rasanae Barat Sub-DistrictOffice in Bima City with a significance value of 0.331 which is greater than 0.05 (not significant).  (5) There is a motivational effect on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.041 which is less than 0.05 (significant).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence between customer experience variables including physical environment, social interaction, accessibility, and emotional experience on variable revisit intention in culinary tour "Bunderan Perumnas Cibeber" Cilegon City and the contribution of customer experience variables to variable revisit intention with determination coefficient. The location of the study is determined purposively. The data collected is primary data obtained from observations and instruments, and secondary data obtained from library studies. The results of the study are known partially customer experience variables positively affect the variable revisit intention. Simultaneously the customer experience variable positively affects the revisit intention variable. The contribution of the variable customer experience to the variable revisit intention by 57.2% and 42.8% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees of the Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah Kota Bima. Referring to the level of explanation, this research is classified into associative research. Respondents in this study were employees of the ULP for the procurement of goods/services of the Bima City Government and the Pokja totaled 36 employees at the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of the Bima City Government. The research instrument used a questionnaire using a Likert scale and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) the lower the work stress, the higher the job satisfaction; (2) the higher the compensation, the higher the job satisfaction; (3) the better the level of work discipline, the higher the level of job satisfaction. (4) Work stress, compensation and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, it is better to take policies to increase employee job satisfaction, especially in the Goods and Services Procurement Service Unit of the City of Bima City Government should pay attention to work patterns as an effort to reduce high work stress and compensation adjustments and increase work discipline because it will affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to test the impact of system financial and nonfinancial compensation, competency on the employee performance and on the motivation as intervening variable. The research used partial least square method for the hypotesis testing and produced 100 respondent for the sample by using nonprobability samples with the convinience method. The result of the research revealed that the system of financial and nonfinancial compensation have significance impacts on employee performance and motivation but the competency does not  significance impacts on employee performance and motivation. However, further result revealed that motivation have significance impacts on employee performance.In order to improve the employee performance, the training is a needed and should be conducted in accordance with the job position. Moreover, the fair compensation with the range not far from the employee expectation.

Abstract

Indonesian handicrafts are one of the prides of Indonesia, because since 2015 handicrafts have been listed as one of the three sub-sectors that contribute to the GDP of the largest creative economy in Indonesia. Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Banten Province, there was a decline in the pottery business including, a decrease in income of 36% (thirty six percent) for the last 3 years (2019-2021). Therefore, pottery business actors need the ability to facing the market changes such as market orientation, to meet consumer needs that have a positive impact on marketing performance. The main problem in this study is how to improve the marketing performance of pottery business actors through market orientation and the purpose of this study is to analyze the role of market orientation variables with intervening variables, including dynamic marketing capabilities and market entry speed, in improving marketing performance. This research used quantitative methods with 83 pottery business actors in Banten Province as the object of research with sampling technique uses non probability sampling (purposive sampling) and using SEM PLS to analyze the data. Finding:  This research proves that Market Orientation affects Dynamic Marketing Capabilities and Market Entry Speed on marketing performance. In this study it was found: 1) Market Orientation has a negative effect on Marketing Performance 2) Dynamic Marketing Capability and Market Entry Speed have a positive effect on Marketing Performance 3) Dynamic Marketing Capability and Market Entry Speed mediate Market Orientation on Marketing PerformanceThis research proves that Market Orientation has a negative effect on Marketing Performance and prove that Dynamic Marketing Capabilities and Market Entry Speed mediate Market Orientation on Marketing Performance
