Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui simbolisme pada puisi sufistik sastrawan Kalimantan Barat, Odhy?s, di dalam antologi berjudul Rahasia Sang Guru Sufi. Sufisme terkait dengan hubungan mistik dengan Tuhan maka simbol psikologi dipilih untuk menggambarkan keadaan dan situasi hubungan tersebut. Terkait juga dengan perjalanan atau pendakian dari alam rendah ke alam tinggi maka simbol kosmologi dan ontologi dipilih untuk menggambarkan rangkaian pendakian sampai ke puncak alam tinggi. Kedua simbol tersebut menjadi bahasan, sebagai terapan lain dari terapan selama ini yang tertuju kepada sebuah tanda. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskripsi dengan teori simbolisme untuk membangkitkan pengalaman hubungan mistik yang dilewati melalui pendakaian menuju Tuhan dalam puisi-puisi Odhy?s. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah-langkah harus ditempuh untuk memperoleh pengalaman mistik dengan Tuhan, yaitu langkah penyucian jiwa (tazkiyah al-nafs) sampai langkah membuka hijab (mukasyafah). Kemudian, langkah-langkah tersebut melalui pendakian dari alam nasut, alam malakut, dan alam jabarut untuk sampai kepada Tuhan. Penelitian ini menjadi bagian dari sumbangsih perjalanan perkembangan sufistik di Kalimantan Barat melalui sastra dan menambah khazanah sastra sufistik melalui kajian.[Simbolism of Odhy?s Islamic Mysticism Poetry (Study of Poetry Antology Rahasia Sang Guru Suf] This research aims to identify the symbolism of West Borneo writer?s mystical Islamic poetries, Odhy?s, in his anthology Rahasia Sang Guru Sufi. Sufism relates to mystical relation with God, and thus symbol of psychology is selected to describe the state and situation of those relation. Beside that, it also relates to journey or ascension from lower state to higher state; therefore, symbols of cosmology and ontology are selected to describe ascension succession to the peak of higher state. Both symbols become the discussion of the research as another application among existing applications usually aimed to a sign. Method used is description with simbolism theory to revivify the experience of mystical relation through ascension to God in Odhy?s?s poetries. From the analysis, it was found that the steps needed to achieve mystical experience with God include the self purification (tazkiyyat al-nafs) until the step of veil removal (mukasyafah). Then, those steps go through the ascension journey from nasut state, malakut state, and jabarut state to get to God. These research will become a contribution to the sufism development in West Borneo through literature and increase the sufism literature heritage through study.Keywords: sufism poetry; simbolism of psychology; symbol of cosmology-ontology; West Borneo

AbstractIslamic mysticism had influence in West Borneo through the thought of Muhammad KhatibalSambasiy, an inisiator ofQadiriahNaqsabandiahSufi Path (tarikat). One field that has strong tasawuf influence is literature as exemplified by the works of AhmadAran, a literature writer of West Borneo, , especially his poetry. His works are compiled inan antology entitled Jepin Kapuas RinduPuisi Kumpulan Puisi Kalimantan Barat. Except Aran’s poetry, poetries from other writers were also found on the anthology published by KomiteSastraDewanKesenian Kalimantan Barat (DKKB) at 2000. WahdatulWujud a discourse of Islamic mysticism was  used by Ahmad Aran in his poetry. Through hermeneutic approach, especially exoteric exegete (tafsir), this study concludes that wahdatulwujud was actualized by Ahmad Aran indeed in his poetry Keywords: wihdatulwujud, poetry, and Ahmad Aran.AbstrakTasawuf memiliki pengaruh di Kalimantan Barat melalui pemikiran Ahmad Khatib alSambasiy, penggagas Tarikat QadiriahNaqsabandiah (TQN);  dan aspek yang paling mudah dipengaruhi adalah sastra. Selain Odhy’s, puisi-puisi Ahmad Aran juga dipengaruhi oleh tasawuf yang berkembang di wilayah tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik, khususnya tafsir (exoteric exegete) akhirnya ditemukan bahwa wihdah al-Wujud sebagai pengaruh tasawuf, memang diaktualisasikan oleh Ahmad Aran di dalam puisinyaKata kunci: Wihdah al-Wujud, puisi, dan Ahmad Aran.

Abstract

Islamic mysticism has colored the development of West Borneo literature, either pre- modern or modern literature. Sastra kitab is a form of pre-modern Islamic mysti- cism, whereas modern literature has been acostumed to form of Islamic mysticism in modern era. Islamic mysticism and literature has had mutual relationship to develop the discourse themselves. West Borneo that had deep correlation with Malay culture could not be free from Islam due to the identical of Malay and Islam. Acculturation of Malay-Islam has given significant influence for Malay culture, including Islamic mysticism literature that has developed discourse of West Borneo Literature. There- fore, Islamic mysticism literature as one side of globally frame of Islam that has given influence within Malay culture were needed to be researched to show the spirituality of West Borneo literature. Furthermore, methodological frame has had to apply as a scientific step to know West Borneo Islamic mysticism literature. This study uses library and field research in order to collect and describe the data.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The no smoking area is a space that prohibited for any production, selling, advertisement and promotion and smoking activities. The no smoking area is a protection to the public on the health threat risk. The teaching learning process area is one of location without smoking. Langsa city has not yet implement the no smoking area especially in teaching learning process area as determined in Act No. 36 of 2009 regarding the health. This research was an explanatory research that aims to describe the influence of the knowledge to the principal or headmaster about the smoking and no smoking area in order to support the no smoking area in SD, SLTP and SLTA in Langsa of 2012. The population was all of Principals of SD, SLTP and SLTA of 122 schools and the sample was took by simple random sampling by the number of sample was 55 principals. The applied statistical test was multi regression logistic. The results of bivariate statistical test indicates that both of variables has influence to the support of implementation of no smoking area i.e. knowledge of principal about cigarette (p=0.000) and the knowledge of principal about the no smoking area (p=0.000). The results of multivariate statistical test in which the two variables together, knowledge about smoking variables exert significant influence because the value of p (= 0.037), knowledge of the variable region without a cigarette does not give effect to support the implementation of the no-smoking areas, namely p = (0.704). In order to realized the no smoking area it requires a solid cooperation of any parties, the self awareness and readiness in provide the support without any force and has accountability in realize the no smoking area.
