Abstract

The current implementation of tax reporting regional Pasuruan hotels have used online (Web-based), with the aim of reporting systems can run effectively and efficiently in receiving the financial statements especially from taxpayer property. Pasuruan as one small town quite rapidly in East Java, have implemented role models online tax filing system starting in 2015, with the amount of 6 hotels, there are several classes of hotels ranging from the budget class up to class three stars. After the application of the system running for 18 months (2015-2016), from existing data, conducted research on the analysis of the level of compliance of taxpayers reporting incomes in a hotel. On the research was designed and built a system to evaluate the level of compliance with the performance from the taxpayer (WP) in the 2nd year (2016) and are classified in categories (1) the taxpayer (WP) very obedient (ST), (2) the taxpayer (WP) is quite obedient (CT), (3) Taxpayers (WP) less obedient (KT). Input data will be processed using the technique of data mining algorithms Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) to form the table of probability as a basis for the process of classification levels of taxpayer compliance. Based on the results of the measurement, the test results show with an accuracy of 50% i.e. 3 taxpayers is the very obedient (ST) to pay taxes. Then from the classification, the study could be made of recommendation solutions to guide the taxpayer in reporting revenues well and true.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi pada citra daun mangga hasil akuisisi dalam klasifikasi jenis pohon mangga adalah adanya wilayah dalam citra yang terpapar cahaya tinggi. Jika wilayah ini tergabung dalam wilayah pembangkitan fitur warna dan tekstur maka nilai fitur yang dibangkitkan dapat terdistorsi dari hasil yang benar. Untuk menghindari masalah tersebut maka wilayah ini harus dipisahkan. Untuk mendeteksi wilayah cahaya intensitas tinggi penulis menggunakan dua threshold yang dikembangkan dari threshold T. Threshold T didapatkan dengan metode Otsu. Nilai threshold atas (Ta) didapat dengan menaikkan nilai T beberapa persen. Nilai threshold bawah (Tb) didapat dengan menurunkan nilai T beberapa persen. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Saturation sebagai basis deteksi, karena merupakan komponen yang memberikan informasi kekuatan warna yang dipengaruhi oleh cahaya. Nilai piksel rendah pada komponen ini menyatakan pengaruh cahaya yang tinggi. Dari hasil uji coba 30 citra, rata-rata dua nilai threshold, Ta dan Tb, masing-masing Ta = 0.9T atau T-10%T dan Tb = 1.7T atau T+70%T. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah wilayah intensitas tinggi pada citra daun mangga dapat dideteksi dengan cukup baik. Kinerja recall 0.78, ini berarti ada sekitar 22% wilayah yang gagal dideteksi, sedangkan precision 0.57 berarti sekitar 43% piksel bukan intensitas tinggi yang terdeteksi.

Abstract

Tax, as generally known, are important aspect for Indonesia country sustainability. Taxpayer compliance is a conditionwhere the taxpayer has completed all of their tax obligations and get their tax rights. These compliance are identifiedwhen they send back SPT and their compliance of paying tax debts. Decision support system is a part of computerizedinformation system. AHP-SAW is one kind of a method which developed by combining weight and comparisonbetween criteria to determine the best alternative. Using the method, this research will help the tax office to choosewhich hotel and restaurant are eligible to get the best criteria in tax compliance. Based on the test result, for hotel,accuracy obtained is 78.6% on average, where Hotel Wijaya 1 always get the first rank. For restaurant, the accuracyobtained is 84.7%, where RM Ramio always get the first rank. Business entity criteria has big impact on rankingprocess where in a 100% accuracy test, this criteria got bigger value than other criteria.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the internet which is starting to be seen as a potential media to be used as a means ofadvertising. Compared to other media such as television, the internet offers relatively lower rates for a longerinstallation period. If it costs 20 million rupiah, an advertiser can only display one ad for one slot for two times.Conversely, for the same fee, advertisers can place weeks of advertisements on the internet. Since online advertisinghas emerged, many digital ad providers have been able to advertise a product. When individuals or their companies(customers) want to advertise products, many of them still don't understand how to use digital advertising providers.The purpose of this study is to provide an information or description in the decision to choose a digital advertisingprovider for car sellers according to customer desires.In this research, a system implemented using the Weight Product (WP) method has a vector V value that is differentfor each customer. The results of this study conducted by 20 individual customer types chose digital advertisingproviders Google Ads 30%, Facebook 55%, Instagram 10%, Youtube 5% and 20 corporate type customers chose thedigital advertising provider Google Ads 15%, Facebook 45%, Instagram. 35%, Youtube 5%. It can be concluded thatthe test results show that individual customer types tend to choose the Facebook digital advertising provider (55%),while the corporate type customers tend to choose the Facebook digital ad provider (45%).

Abstract

Many parking spaces available today generally require drivers to find their own location empty parking. Especially in parking lots located in large areas such as the Galaxy Mall area Surabaya. This will cause problems getting parking location information because drivers are not uncommon have to circle the parking building to get an empty parking location. The problem can avoided if the driver already knows the state of the parking location in the area to be seven. Driver can find out the availability of vacant parking locations in the destination area. In this case, we need a a system that can help drivers find vacant parking locations. Internet of things is a a concept or program by which an object has the ability to transmit or transmit data through the network without using the help of computers and humans. Internet of things or often called IoT is currently experiencing many developments. From the test results it can be concluded that the average Raspberry Pi boot delay on this system is 221.1 seconds. Sensor, From the test results it can be concluded that the average delay in scanning the QR Code using a Raspberry Pi camera at the entrance bar is 59.3 seconds, From the test results it can be concluded that the average delay in scanning QR Code using a camera The Raspberry Pi on the exit bar is 59.4 seconds
